Speedy Tech Repairs

I took my sons MacBook here because it would not turn on. I was told it had water damage and needed a new motherboard. After 3-4 weeks I was told the wrong part had been sent. When I finally got it back the keyboard did not work. Mike initially agreed to cover the cost since he had the laptop for so long. When the keyboard came in I had my son stop in (we had been told the repair was a 10-15 minute fix). He kept the laptop again-upsetting my son. Mike felt my son was rude and decided not to complete the job (and failed to let me know until I called for a status). We are now trying to fix the keyboard and have been advised the motherboard was never replaced. I called to get more info and was told the records have been deleted. He proceeded to tell me I am rude as well. I'm sorry but throwing $378.43 away is not acceptable to me. He claims to have my initial motherboard but refuses to communicate with anyone but my attorney. Very poor service and manners!!!!

Fantastic it is good as new and they did it while we waited in about 20 minutes! We had inquired at Best Buy and they said it could only be fixed if we had one of their warranties which we didn't. Our carrier ATand T would replace the phone for $200 even WITH the added insurance I pay for! Our next stop was going to be the Apple Store when I decided to reserch a little and I found Speedy Tech. I have been recommending everyone about Speedy Tech!

I had a very good experience with speedy tech repairs. They were very professional and pleasant. I am DIY kind of person and in doing so I had damaged the battery screw which typically would complicate the process of replacing a screen. They weren't phased by this and replaced my screen very quickly (maybe 15-20 minutes). My phone is now as good as new. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a professional and reliable business.

Speedy Tech is awesome. They are friendly, fast and the prices were the lowest I could find. I'll be back for Cell phone or Computer repairs!!
