I'm very happy with the work that they did. We have a brand new electric panel with a whole house surge protector. The new box has some open spots, so we do have room for growth and so far no issues with the circuits being tripped. We definitely tried to recreate the issues we were having before and so far no issues. The electricians arrived on time and quickly went to work. It did take several hours to replace the electric panel. They did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up before they left.

Very well. In fact, I had to cancel the original install. They were very accommodating when rescheduling.

The total bill was between $1,100 and $1,200. My daughter had an estimate for a new panel in the house they bought and that was $1,500 by another company (verbal estimate and not given on site) so this price was in line. There was a $200 upgrade fee on mine because it is a 200 amp panel. My understanding had been that if I upgraded to a 200 amp., there would be a $200 fee, but I read the coupon wrong. The appointments were kept promptly, The owner and worker did very good work and were pleasant to work with. I can highly recommend them.

Mr. Speed came to our house for our quote. He arrived at the specified time. When the workers arrived on the work day they arrived early and stayed until the work was done. One light needed to be replaced outside with a motion detector but we had to purchase it ourselves. We did not remember our outside light was tied into the back yard light. Mr. Speed said they would fix it for free. Very happy the estimate did not change.

I called them to set up an appointment. They were very professional and seemed very trustworthy. Ultimately I did not use the Big Deal because there was some other work that needed to be done as well that we were not prepared to pay for. We got a refund on the Deal from Angie's List.

I had tried replacing a light switch, and ended up losing power to three adjacent rooms for no apparent reason. Speed's sent someone out that afternoon (within about 3 hours). The two-man crew was polite and professional, and undid my mistakes in about 10 minutes. They explained what I had done wrong without making me feel like an idiot. Would definitely use again for their promptness and professionalism.

He was here within the hour. He didn't have the electrical putty with him. I was notified that it was my sleeve that was covering the box. He is coming back to complete the job. I thought it was decent of them and he found the problem immediately.

THE PRICE INCLUDES PARTS, LABOR AND THE $150 PERMIT. HE WASN'T THE LOWEST NOR THE HIGHEST, HE WAS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THE OWNER, KEITH SPEED, CAME PERSONALLY TO CHECK THINGS OUT TWICE. I HAD A GOOD TIME WITH QUINTON AND RICH. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND THE "WORD OF THE DAY WAS APPRECIATED."
