GREAT! Daisy arrived early and her team of three worked tirelessly. When I expressed my concern about the level of perfume in the cleaner, they adjusted for me. They cleaned baseboards, ceilings (and fans), floors and even carefully cleaned our porcelain items on our hutch. When they left our home, it was sparkling. I made the arrangements for this service from my hospital bed as I faced my brothers' visit in a few days. Jorge was responsive and able to accommodate my late request. I used an Angie's List coupon. Excellent! Communication with Jorge was prompt and easy. He came to give us a free estimate the very next day and was very friendly, polite and professional. Though they were booked for the rest of the week, Jorge was very understanding of our desire to have our deep cleaning completed before the impending arrival of our twins. He was able to work us in before the end of the week! The cleaning crew arrived right on time and spent about 4 hours thoroughly cleaning our house, working carefully around my wife who's on bed rest. Our house now looks and smells wonderful! We would definitely recommend and use Soft Touch again!

They were responsive after the deal was bought although we realized later that this had been one of the companies we were trying to engage that would not respond to calls or emails to inquire about price and availability. They were punctual and did a good job with things like removing all of the books from the book shelves and dusting them. They did return most things to shelves and counters in a very haphazard way though. A week later we are still finding things that are not even close to the correct place they were before. Also, their listing indicates that they use eco-friendly products which I highly doubt. If they are eco-friendly then they are the strongest smelling products that I have ever encountered in my years of trying them. After the cleaning, the smell was so strong that we had to open all of the windows to get rid of it.

Wonderful cleaning crew! They went to work the moment they entered the house. Very hard working, and they don't miss a thing. I'm going to have them on a regular basis. I also recommended them to my daughter and mom.

Initially had difficulty getting one of the $99 deals they were running, but was contacted by Soft Touch and offered the deal! As a First time customer I was very pleased with the company's performance and personnel! It was a Man and woman team and they were not only prompt, but a little early, which was fine! The workers showed respect for my home and exceeded my expectations in their cleaning abilities and thoroughness. Will pursue an ongoing relationship if price stays reasonable.

I use them continuously. I like that they use non-harsh chemicals in their cleaning process. They come when they say they will. Often times I am home working when they are here and they are very accommodating to work around if I need the office and stuff like that to clean. They are careful to vacuum and stuff if I am on a conference call. They are considerate of the fact that I am working at home.

I purchased the two hour special offer for my one bedroom condo, which is actually two cleaners for one hour. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and asked what I wanted them to focus on since two hours isn't typically enough time for a complete floor to ceiling clean. They accomplished a lot: bathroom, windows, dusting, kitchen counters, kitchen sink, microwave, ceramic stove top, mopped floors, cleaned cabinet fronts, cleaned dresser and nightstand, window sills, blinds, and baseboards. The only things that they didn't get to were the inside of the refrigerator, some high dusting, and vacuuming the carpets. I was very happy with their efficiency and quality of work. They are a little more expensive than some others on a per-hour basis, but I would hire them again.

Angie's list promo was $99 for six hours (or equivalent such as two workers for three hours). Usual rate for whole house cleaning was quoted as $110.00

Service was easy to schedule - very polite and responsive. The crew that came was friendly, hardworking and my mother was extremely pleased with the result. I would definitely hire them again.

THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE SCHEDULED SESSION. They haven't responded to my email and phone either. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Stay away!

My wife was more than over the top happy with the services. She felt everyone from the business owner to the employees conducting the service were professional, friendly and worked to give more than we expected. Yes we would and will hire them again.
