Description of Work: The team from SoftTouch Cleaning Services did an awesome job of cleaning my apartment. The team worked quickly but effectively and left both my apartment and my spirits feeling fresh and clutter-free. Description of Work: This price was for 6 hours of cleaning. They sent 3 staff members and stayed for two hours. They did as much as possible in the two hours, cleaning to the last minute. They did most of a 2000 sq ft house, including blinds, ceiling fans, dusting, vacuuming, made the beds, 2 1/2 baths, windows, and dusted the molding and floor boards. They were polite but very quiet, you hardly knew they were here. They were also great with my giant dog trying to follow them around everywhere. :)

Description of Work: They contacted me once about coming and it was not a convenient time for us and then I never heard from them again with some other suggested days and times. We really need them as I am just home from a hospitalization and our home and our screened in porch need a super cleaning . Description of Work: They didn't call within time specified.when they did come, they said they were staying for only one hour instead of 2. Once clarified, they were hurried and when they left i noticed one of my drapery hangers in the living room was coming out of the wall.

Description of Work: They were delayed in getting to my home and didn't arrive at the time I expected them. The master bath was the only area that I have a complaint about. A stained glass mermaid that I had in the bathroom was broken by one of the workers. Instead of being up front with me that it had been broken, someone tried to camouflage it by rigging it together. I noticed it immediately. I would expect that a service provider be honest and admit a mishap--I understand that we are all human. Also, a can of shaving cream in the shower left a rust mark on the seat inside the shower and it wasn't cleaned. I would expect something like that to be addressed in a deep clean service.
