Description of Work: The staff did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend them and I plan to use them again. They were prompt, friendly, efficient, and professional. I was preparing for overnight guests who were staying for the holidays and I had many additional smaller-type cleaning jobs, such as baseboards, windowsills, doors, etc., as well as typical areas such as showers, bathroom and kitchen. The crew did everything beautifully and the house looked great when they left! I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: This is the third housecleaning "deal" I've purchased, and these people were able to do more of the house in the same period of time than the previous two. I appreciated that they were able to get more done, but in defense of the other two (whom I also thought did well enough), two bathtubs and one shower had not been used (which had to help time-wise) and the house was tidier this time around.

Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned 5 rooms, the kitchen, and two bathrooms. Cleaned inside of refrigerator, oven and microwave. Dusted, vacumned, wiped down hardwood floors, sills, blinds, baseboards, kitchen appliances big and small. Wasted no time and were very professional. This three person team was able to complete all requested work in a little less than two hours.

Description of Work: Over the years, I have had three housekeeping services. The first two did a good job and provided services for many years. Jorge from Soft Touch came out and answered all my question satisfactorily. I get the same crew every time. There are three in a crew and they are done in 1.5 hrs. They are honest, thorough and use top off the line environmentally safe cleaning products. They are very professional and know their business. I couldn't be more pleased.
