I've used them twice now. They're top drawer. They really are. Two people were there for the three hours, and they did a fabulous job. They knew how to clean a house. I didn't have to say go wash the floor or do that. They have a routine. They get started on the vacuums first. They're very organized and work extremely well with one another. There's a bit of a language barrier, but there's always one person who speaks very good English who's here, but other than that, that's a minor thing. We can actually speak to the other person, it was just clear that she didn't understand. It's just not a big deal for me. I don't have a particular large place and they actually finished everything I needed and wanted to get done well within the three hours. It was three hours per person. Their price was absolutely fair. It's sometimes a little hard to get them to call you back, but once again, that was a deal. Subsequently, it was a little hard to get ahold of them, but they did call. I plan on using them in the future.

Great! They did a thorough job. Money well spent.

We had previously used another company but they surpassed them by a long shot with quality of service. We will continue to use them each month.

Fantastic. Did the whole 9 yards. Did the unexpected: Blinds, cobwebs, took trash with them. Never expected the stove and bathtub would look new again. They did. I thought I was in a Grand Hotel. The toilet paper was folded.

The house was nearly spotless. Baseboards were cleaner than they were after the house was built. The floor of the tub in the master needed a little extra work, but that is my only complaint. Hugo and his partner worked quickly and efficiently and the house looked amazing after they left.

The crew was very friendly and did an AMAZING job cleaning our house. We couldn't be more happy with the service they provided. They did great job in every room and left our house spotless. They were very accommodating to our busy schedule and were willing to shuffle around and get us in as soon as possible. I would hire them again in the future and are even considering setting up monthly cleanings.

I was very impressed. Soft touch sends 3 people to do the work. Clearly they are excellent team working together. They cleaned my house better than I ever could and I liked their work so much I've hired them to do a move-out cleaning service. I'm putting my house on the market to sell.

This company will not be contacted again.

We contacted Mr. Rodriguez by phone on the 12th and set up an appointment time for the 17th. He and his crew of 3 arrived promptly on time and went to work. They were very thorough and the cleaning chemicals left a pleasant fragrance throughout the house. We have hardwood floors in every room and my wife was very pleased on how they looked. We have made arrangements for them to come once a month for basic cleaning and they have come once on that schedule. My wife is very pleased with their work and said we should have hired them a couple of years ago.

It went very well. We had some well water stains we never thought would go away. But they did.

Overall, they are excellent! For the price, it's excellent. It is what it is; if I didn't it was right, I wouldn't use them again. The quality of their work, there are a few things that I wish were different; for the most part, they are excellent! Yes, I think I would use them in the future. That's a good question. Nothing major, just like sometimes I see a spot on the floor: that they could have gone over a little better; a sticky spot on the refrigerator, little things, nothing major.

Great. House had been vacant off and on for several months so needed deep cleaning. There were 3 cleaners present and they did a great job. Even polished the backsplash in kitchen.

First I should mention that the day I had scheduled the cleaning my wife came down with a headache and needed to reschedule (very very short notice). The owner was understanding and worked with us to arrange a new date for them to come. The crew showed up on time (3 people) and worked for about 2 hours and did a fantastic job. My wife was very happy with the results. The crew was very professional, polite and respectful. I hope to have them come back on a regular basis.

It went very well, they did a great job. The only thing was after they cleansed the fridge they forgot to turn the temperature back down. I noticed it soon, but it could have been a problem. Otherwise everything looks great.
