I purchased an Angie's Deal offering cleaning services from Soft Touch to have a home I had just purchased cleaned before moving in. The previous owners had pets (cat and dog) and had not cleaned the home, including the bathrooms, in some time. The Soft Touch team (of 2) arrived promptly, got right to work, and worked non-stop for 3 hours (a total of 6 man hours). They cleaned 2.5 bathrooms; 3 bedrooms, including the floors; some windows as necessary; the kitchen, including the oven; and the basement - and when they left the home that was once covered in pet hair and dirt was clean! The pair was very professional, focused, and motivated. I plan to hire them again to clean my home periodically once I am moved in and settled. They truly did a fantastic job.

The service went wonderfully. They did an excellent job. I will request their services in the future.

They did a thorough cleaning of my 2br/3 bath condo. They worked diligently, and listened to where I wanted the emphasis. Everything looked wonderful and smelled great when they were finished. I am very happy with their service and would use them again and recommend them.

I was very pleased with the cleaning. Jorge and family are very professional and thorough. The only negative was that they were a half hour late, without notification. However, I realized that Jorge did not have my phone number as we had done any previous communication via email. The ad is a little ambiguous. I was under the assumption that I would get 6 hours of cleaning for $99.00., two hours each for three visits. This is not the case. It is 6 hours of cleaning for one staff member, or 2 hours for three staff members. Regardless of my misunderstanding, I have asked Soft Touch (Jorge) to continue with the service bi-monthly. I would certainly recommend Soft Touch to a friend.

One word- Excellent!!! I have used numerous housecleaning companies within the past four years, and while most have been fairly good, this is the first time someone has really impressed me. From the beginning, the owner remained in contact with me via phone, email and text to get all the right information and he and his crew arrived on-time!!!! From start to finish, this company was friendly and professional. I provided them with a whole list of things I needed done, and they were finished, I was amazed by the quality of their work. For example, many companies I've used (whether noted ahead of time or when they arrive) will list many basic cleaning services they wont do (or will do for an additional cost), such as clean the microwave, move objects to wipe shelves, polish woodwork and clean baseboards, dust hard to reach cobwebs around ceilings, etc. Conversely, this company didn't try to cut corners or nickle and dime me!!! They did a fabulous job attending to detail and all three floors of my home now sparkle!! I am so happy with this family business that I plan on referring my grandmother to them and I would recommend this company to anyone on Angie's List as well.

Jorge and his family have been helping us for the last few years. They are punctual or Jorge calls/txt if they may be late or even early! Jorge and his family are thoughtful about taking their shoes off before entering the house; they are hardworking and methodical and most of all - they love and tolerate our bossy Maltese!

Jorge always calls if they are delayed, which is rarely, and he is very agreeable when I have to change the cleaning date because of travel or other reasons. That was not true when they worked at the other service, whose owner always made me feel I was inconveniencing him when I called to change the date. The house always looks clean and smells great after they leave. They could not be more pleasant and friendly, and always work quietly and efficiently.

I could not be happier with Soft Touch. They clean my home every other Monday and work with me closely on the timing of the cleaning. They cater to my schedule and have even come to clean with very little notice when I had a schedule change. They are thorough in the manner in which they clean and are also willing to pay special attention to areas that require additional attention. I also trust Soft Touch completely with my home and its contents, often running errands while they are cleaning. They are always careful to lock up when they leave. :-) I highly recommend Soft Touch for all of your cleaning needs.

Jorge and his family do an outstanding job! They are always professional and punctual. Jorge is flexible with his schedule and very easy to work with. I have used SoftTouch for over a year and would readily recommend them to friends and neighbors.
