Soft Touch did a great job. The place was immaculate. I left the door unlocked for them. They were done by the time I came back to check, so I never actually saw them. All I saw was the work, which was as quite good.

Very nice, hardworking family provided the cleaning. They did a terrific job.

They did an outstanding job and I will be contacting them to provide monthly cleaning services for my home.I have used a number of cleaning services over the years and by far, they are the best!!!

Jorge, his wife and son cleaned our 4 bedroom home in 2 hours. I took advantage of the $111 coupon provided for Angies List members. They worked quickly and quietly. The house is spotless after they finished. They did excellent work. I will use them again.

They were friendly, professional fast and thorough - even did more than asked or expected of them. We were very, very pleased with their work. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 10 ++++++.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were done just fine. I like the fact that they brought all of their stuff and the way that they cleaned my laminate floors. I thought they were very thorough, very nice, and very polite. I was pleased.

It went really well and we are very happy with their service, and in fact went on to hire them for weekly cleaning. It was basically a top to bottom house clean; they cleaned pretty much every room in the house, literally from the ceiling down to the floor, including all the blinds. They actually polished the floors with some kind of floor polish. They were great. In fact, they do this on a weekly basis; I was really shocked. I don't know if it is based on time on what they do, but they are fantastic. My kitchen is very small and I had a bunch of pots and pans that don't fit in my cabinets, so I wash them and keep them in the drying rack; they actually took the drying rack out of the sink and scrubbed the sink and wiped everything down. They were very thorough. We now have them on a weekly basis; we have a lot of rescue animals here and a lot of allergies, so it's really helpful to keep the hair down.

They did a great job. They worked when they were here. It was a husband and wife team and they were here for 6 hours. They both knew what they were doing, they were very thorough and did a really nice job. They gave me lots of information about the other things they could do if I was interested. In fact, I did call them and asked them to come back to do a whole house deep clean but I wanted those two because they were so good. They came on my request and not theirs because I'm were going to surgery so I wanted them to clean the house before I went in for surgery.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. They were wonderful, they showed up and did a great job. They took off their shoes before they entered the house and they were on time. We hadn't moved in yet, so they were doing a clean before we moved into the house. I had them focus on cleaning the kitchen cabinet, closets and bathroom cabinets and drawers around the house, and they did a good job. I would hire them again. The deal was for 6 hours of professional cleaning and 3 people came out each for 2 hours.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I love them. Three people came out and cleaned for 2 hours. Not only did they clean 4 bathrooms but they were also spic and span from top to bottom. Then they took the time to clean the rest of the house. It’s unbelievable. I can’t believe the house is clean. I’m actually having them come back in 2 weeks. The quality is wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I called about a week before August 27th and spoke to Jorge Rodriguez to inquire about the special deal he posted on Angie's List. I told him I wanted the walls in my home washed down because I was having some rooms painted, & I might need some other general cleaning. The work would not need to be done until early October. I asked if he could come to my home & estimate how long it would take to wash the walls, & if necessary, how much more it would cost if I needed additional services. I am very neat & tidy, & organized, & my ranch home is about 1100 square feet, which I explained to him. We scheduled the appointment for Tuesday, August 27th, at 2 pm. Before I hung up , I confirmed the date & time with him. I work two jobs & arranged my time off, & other things I needed to do, around Mr. Rodriguez's appointment. He never showed up and he never called. I was furious. I waited & waited, thinking he was running late. As the afternoon went on, I went on Angie's List to revisit reviews by members who had used Soft Touch, & saw that he had scheduling & punctuality issues with previous appointments. Everyone makes mistakes, but the previous Angie's List issues, coupled with my experience, are red flags to me. I will never even consider his services again, despite any cost. If a member is on a tight schedule, like I always am, I would think twice about making an appointment with Soft Touch.

We were pleased with the work. Soft Touch cleaning services contacted us immediately upon receipt of our Big Deal purchase and were very accommodating with our tight timeframe to complete cleaning. We had a vacant apartment that required cleaning. They did a thorough job of cleaning. We would definitely work with them again.

They did an amazing job of cleaning a 3-story house near The Ohio State University after the boys moved out. It's the best money these boys invested. The kitchen was absolutely disgusting - the refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven (owned by the rental company) had never been cleaned for the entire year. I doubt the 2 full baths had been cleaned either. I (mom of one of the boys) called the owner because we had only 1 day between moving and turning over the keys to the landlord. They worked around our schedule. I had emailed the owner what the landlord was looking for in cleaning. They showed up on time and worked really hard the entire 3 hours (3 men). My son was really impressed with all they accomplished. They ran out of time to wash the main 3 rooms' floors because it took SO long to clean the kitchen. My son swept out those 3 rooms. But, they did clean everything else. The boys were only charged $25 for cleaning. If you know anything about OSU campus landlords, they are notorious for not giving the students their deposit money back. This company was worth FAR more than we paid for this Big Deal and saved these boys hundreds of dollars in fines. Thanks SoftTouch Cleaning Services - you did a terrific job on a very dirty house. I would highly recommend them to others on a one-time cleaning job or on a regular basis!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful. They were friendly. They knew what to do in the different areas and what not to do on stainless steel appliances.

I had bought a deal from Angie's List for two people for three hours -- It went very well -- They were professional but also friendly -- They went right to work and did not stop for the full three hours -- They brought their own tools of the trade -- They were open to all my requests and answered all my questions -- I was home working on other things while they were here -- I would recommend the company to my family and friends -- I will call them again -- The house just looked beautiful when they were finished -- I have been so busy this past year, I have not had time to clean my house throughly -- It was a pleasant experience -- What a relief to have a clean house again -- Ruth shaner

I purchased the $99 for 6 hours of house cleaning. I requested that my kitchen be "deep cleaned", baseboards and floor in livingroom be "deep cleaned" and the rest of the areas cleaned as normal. I am overall satisfied with the service, however there were a few minor issues that I was not happy about. It may be possible that since this was a coupon deal the attention to detail was not as good as it would have been had I paid the full price. It is also possible that my standart of clean is simply too high (ask my husband). Anyway, some of the issues were that whatever product they used on the stainless steel left streaks, so I had to go over all of it myself. The slate tile floor in the kitchen was mopped but there were some water spots and stains left over. There were still some stains and "crud" in the grooves on the kitchen cabinet doors. Some dust remained in corners of the livingroom and under the TV stand. In the bathrooms there was still some dirt left around the faucet base. Like I said, these issues were minor and having someone spend 6 solid hours cleaning my house surely beats having to do it myself. I will probably use this company in the future. They were great. The price was exactly what they quoted. They were very friendly and prompt. They did a thorough cleaning and I highly recommend them.

Three people came for two hours work each. They were exactly on time. They were pleasant and very hard working. The job here was a tough one. The large studio apartment had not been used or cleaned for well over 2 years. It was very dirty, with paint on floor. They dusted paintings, cleaned floor, bookcases and cabinets, kitchen sink and bathroom, as well as windows and blinds and a treacherous stairway. They washed a window and even killed the large wolf spider and removed his foot long web between the windows. The place is sparkling and smells great! It has never been this clean! It's the best money I've spent. I would definitely recommend them, and will hire them again for other work. I left them alone for the two hours to select the tasks and they did wonderfully well. I liked what they did. They exceeded expectations! Good experience

Arrived early and worked very hard for 2 hours. Very professional family of 3. I was very satisfied with the job they did and have asked them to return on an ongoing basis to clean my home.

Husband and wife team were very friendly and conscientious. They were very focused and worked really hard the entire time and did a really terrific job. I would recommend them very highly. Will definitely use them again.

I did specify to them that there were a lot of things in my house on counters and not in their usual places in order to make it easy to access things that I need on a regular basis. They said that was fine, they would move things and put them back. They did a very good job cleaning. There was one minor problem...I had been leaving my hand-held shower head hose hanging down since I currently am using that bathroom with a shower stool, and I didn't realize till I was already in the shower that the shower head had been re-attached at the top of the shower. Had I realized that before I got in the shower, it would have been easier to deal with, but I did survive the slightly dangerous one-legged maneuver I had to do to get the shower head down again! I can't fault them too much since I forgot to stress that I wanted that left down. Overall, I was very pleased with the job they did.

This transaction went very smoothly. I used them for the Angie's list Big Deal for 6 hours of house cleaning (3 people 2 hours each). Before I purchased the deal I contacted them to see when they could come to the house because I wanted to use the service to clean our house for my daughters birthday party. The owner of the company told me he would check his calendar and get back to me. He got back to me the same day, so I went ahead and purchased the Big Deal. We set it up for him to come around 3 pm. He called the day of to ask if he could come early (which worked fine for us). He showed up with his wife and their son and got to work immediately. They were done in 2 hours and I had a clean house. Everything went very smoothly. We are thinking about using them on a regular basis.

In six hours they were able to clean the kitchen (including oven), living room, a bathroom, family room, dining room and sun porch. We had them do the gross window sills in all of those rooms, as well as general dusting and mopping. The work they did was great - I was just a little surprised they weren't able to do any of our upstairs in the three hours they were there. That being said, I'd hire them again because they were punctual, flexible about working around my kids and the work they were able to do was well done.

The Rodriguez family, Jorge, wife & son, worked as a dedicated, professional team to clean our German Village home -- before we tranferred ownership to new buyers. We're proud of our home and garden and very much like the new owners. We want them to experience a "wow" moment when walking in on the first day as new owners, just as they experienced the first time the walked in weeks ago as curious buyers, when it was fully furnished and glowing with our warm detailing, music, atmosphere, and upscale appointments. I'm giving them a freshly cut lawn and well-watered flower beds, but found the interior to be more than I could handle, with the hundreds of dusty surfaces needing attention (cabinetry and built-in bookcases, and plantation shutters on every window, etc.), in addition to floors, bathrooms, windows, large mirrors, etc. I bought the $99 for 6 person-hours promotional, but even that was not enough time. So by arrangement, they returned a day or two later to finish up for an additional $150 -- plus (our discretion, of course) a generous tip. One expects professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, integrity -- all of which we experienced; beyond that, we were truly impressed by their methodical approach and shining results by the end of the task. When I returned to the home to inspect it alone and saw a little pile of change that they had found scattered about and neatly stacked on a window sill, I decided -- this is a special man and family. They'll be hired for my new home as well.
