I thought Soft touch Cleaning Services did an excellent job. I purchased the package which covered 6 hours of cleaning. Three people showed up at my house on-time and worked hard from the time they arrived until they left. Each person worked 2 hours each. they were able to get through my entire house with the exception of two rooms. They were very thorough and did a nice job. I will definitely use them again.

Again, they are very professional and thorough. A pleasure to work with.

Jorge"s crew did a fantastic job! My home had a lot of dust from wood floor being refinished. They cleaned from baseboards to the ceiling. I am very pleased!

They responded promptly after I purchased the deal and the appt. was set for several weeks out, which was completely understandable since I, sure they had many people respond to the ad. I was extremely excited as we use to have great cleaners, but since we had our son and got a new car, the cleaners got cut. So- now I am ready to have cleaning done again and was hoping I'd found a great company to hire regularly given all the positive reviews. So finally 12/4 arrives and they do show up on time. My husband was home to meet them and three seemed to be some confusion as to if we were to pay or not. Once that got straightened out ( my husband was still not clear on how that got resolved) he told them to concentrate on the main floor. There is a kitchen, family room, master bed and bath. 3 people for at least 2 hours. I talked to my husband when I was on the way home and asked him how it looked. He told me ok, but they weren't as good as our old crew. I thought he might just be being picky. Well, I walked in the door and it did indeed smell clean. I excitedly started looking around expecting to be so happy. Quickly my heart began to sink. The home looked as though my son had cleaned it, but maybe not even that good. I don't know if these reviews are from people that have never had cleaners or people with lower standards than me, but I was so disappointed I almost felt like crying. True the stovetop was clean, but that's fairly easy to clean. The shower was clean-ish, the 1/2 bath was semi-clean given that the mirror hadn't even been cleaned. The floors were ok, if I didn't mind glitter still apparent on the rugs and giant hair balls ( we do have 2 giant goldens) sticking out from the bottom of the stools as if they hadn't been moved. The wood floors still had many of the same markings that were there in the morning.The ottoman cocktail table still had some trash under it and toys and had obviously not been moved or swept underneath. The glass range hood hadn't been touched. I made a dust line in it when I touched it. The sofa cushions had not been swept under-I'm not sure if that's unusual or not, but the other cleaners swept under the cushions every single time. In fact if we couldn't find something we knew that they would find it on their next visit. There had even been a wrapper and a cup sitting on the couch and they were both still there. The frames on our paintings still had dust on top. The piano still had dust on it. Mind you these rooms are not large by any means and I have NO idea what wad going on for the supposed 6 man hours of cleaning. I could go on, but I fear I am sounding like a picky and bitter person. That is far from true. I just feel that if I'm going to pay my hard earned money for the luxury of some extra time that not having to clean myself gives me, I expect it to look better than if I were to do it myself. I may just be spoiled, but the other cleaners cleaned things I didn't even think about and I always felt like it was totally worth the money and my home looked almost like a hotel room when they'd left. Needless to say-I did not find my new cleaning crew as I'd hoped, and in fact feel as though I paid too much for what I got. I was very disappointed.

My house has NEVER been cleaned so well. The family group from SoftTouch was wonderful! They are prompt, friendly and so efficient. They listened to my requests about cleaning the tile floors, and my hardwood floors were as clean as the day they were first refinished! A wonderful experience!

Softtouch arrived on time and immediately got to work. They stayed the full time I had paid for. The house looked and smelled great.

It worked out well. The cleaning was okay. There was nothing special about anything. I don't have any other issue with the cleaning. I had to call them like 3 to 4 times before they responded. Punctuality was okay.

They did a great job and it was wonderful to come home from work to a clean house. They were punctual and quiet. The bathrooms look amazing and they cleaned all of my light fixtures, baseboards, and ceiling fan. This was also very helpful to have done right before the holidays as I will have many house guests next week for Thanksgiving! The only thing they did not do was clean my blinds, but this is a small oversight in the grand scheme of things. Overall, they did a great job! I will definitely use their services again in the near future.

SoftTouch cleaners arrived on time, went right to work, and did a really fine job. I explained to them some of the quirks of our house including where I did not expect them to clean - my junk room - and they asked us if they could clean more than I had asked on our stove. They were very easy to work with and we were comfortable having them in our home.

My house is on the market and I needed a jump start to help the house look it's best. They worked very hard and gave great advice about Bona hardwood floor cleaner and polish.

They weren't able to get to much more of the house than that- wish I had been more settled. The team of three worked quickly and efficiently.

They were pretty busy when I called to schedule my appointment and couldn't get me in until my third available date. However, they were on time, efficient and very thorough. I have hired them for continual service and have even recommended them to my neighbors.

I purchased an Angie's List "deal" for housecleaning and could not be happier with the services of SoftTouch Cleaning. Jorge responded immediately upon notification of my purchase. He was patient and understanding when I put the wrong date on my calendar for the cleaning and wasn't home to let his crew inside. Instead, he was very accommodating, despite my mistake, and worked me in 2 days later. His crew was professional, thorough and efficient with their time. I am very pleased with their work and will using them again soon.

The crew as very professional, efficient and friendly. They asked what I wanted detailed and made sure that was done. They were able to dust, vacuum, and clean all the areas I requested and more. Each one did a great job and worked fast without wasting time. Their attention to detail was excellent. I've had several cleaning companies and individual cleaning people before and also owned a cleaning company, so I knew what to expect - I was totally impressed with their work, work ethic and overall service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
