We purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services have turned out good. Their cleaning is okay. They are good and they make sure that everything is done, and they also make sure that everything is done up to our expectations. They have been coming up every three to four weeks and they charge me every time they come.

They were very professional and did a very good job.

We weren't actually there to meet them but they performed all services that they initially stated. They even called me before hand to verify date/time. Would definitely use this service again.

It went very well and I was pleased with the results. I had them come back for a monthly cleaning and that went like the first experience. I was told they would call me and schedule another monthly cleaning but haven't heard from them.

House looked great, and they were very nice to deal with. I've now hired them for ongoing cleaning.

Once I got this situation corrected, the bathroom and the bedroom I wanted cleaned were done thoroughly. Moving to the downstairs, they were where I could watch them. They cleaned the areas I wanted cleaned, The living room and dining room were done ok. The kitchen was a chore as I have too many things and no place to put them, so areas have to be cleared, cleaned and the things replaced. The counter top and tables were done well. They did poorly on the floor, not cleaning very thoroughly. I have two refrigerators. Neither was cleaned inside as I requested. I got a lot of "so sorry" etc. The problem was none of them speak English well enough to understand simple instructions. They also were not as thorough in the cleaning as I wanted. Normally I do this all myself, but starting about a month ago my right knee is so painful with arthritis I can hardly walk. Surgery is on Monday, The bottom line is I will not use Soft touch Cleaners again and if I do hire a cleaning company, I will insist on cleaners with a good work ethic and who are fluent enough in English to get it right the first time.

They proactively contacted me and scheduled a time right away. They contacted me when they could come earlier which worked better for me. They were punctual and responsive. They did a nice job cleaning my house.

They did a pretty good job. I liked the fact they washed the windows. That there was worth the price of admission :) There were some spots they missed but overall I think they did a good job. They cleaned areas I hadn't thought of (like the shower door track).

It's pretty good. They brought three people and it was a two hours of cleaning and it didn't seemed like they even got that much done. They were good it's just that their ad is a little bit of deceiving. Maybe the ad could be change, it's like it's really a great deal but it's really not a strategic cleaning. I feel like one person could get more done than three people. I wasn't expecting a three hours of work, I expect a six hours of it.

Bought the services from the provider as a result of an Angie's List Big Deal offer. Emailed provider with possible dates for rendering services. Provider never responded. I therefore ended up requesting refund of amount paid.

This family-run business is a hit with us. We were so happy with their performance that I've called to have the house cleaned by Soft Touch on a regular basis. I believe they were not only wonderful people but also very thorough. We look seeing them soon.

They did an OK job, the guys have good marketing skills but the work was not that great. One of the stove top burner area paint was gone and causing it to rust since then, didn't notice that before that and it's a brand new stove.

Looking for a company to clean our office and left this service a message at 10:27am on 3/7/2014. As of 11:40am on 3/11, I have no return call. Moving on to another, more responsive service provider.

Fantastic, showed up promptly at scheduled time. 3 workers, got straight to work, cleaned everything - baseboards, ceiling fans, were on their hands and knees scrubbing the floors, even the track of the glass shower doors. House was amazing after they left and didn't have that chemical cleaner smell. I've used 3-4 different cleaning companies in the past and this was by far the best I've seen.

SoftTouch Cleaning Services was very professional during the entire process. They were prompt and completed the services that were purchased. They did a great job, it is so nice to have my spring cleaning done already. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
