What business tells a potential customer they will be at their house for a free estimate and then never shows up? My wife and I made some adjustments in our day to ensure we would be at our house during the time this company said they would be here and they never showed up. Not only is this disrespectful to the time of my wife and I, it's just bad business. Perhaps the most important thing you can do in running a business is to do what you say you're going to do. Jorge and the Soft Touch Cleaning Company obviously don't make this a practice of theirs. We'll find a company that respects our time and honors their commitments.

I was impressed with the.attention to detail. My house has never looked better. I've retained.their services.going forward.on a monthly basis.

Three cleaners arrived ready to work with all their equipment. The lead person, Adam, was most helpful in checking about any specific concerns and requests. Each of the three worked non-stop and they were quite thorough in the cleaning. I have had three other companies over the years and have never had a group of workers I would consider hiring on a regular basis. I will be trying to make arrangements for regular cleaning dates.

Excellent service provided by four hard working people who came on time. When they finished, the inside of the oven and refrigerator sparkled like new. They cleaned the baseboards, kitchen cabinets, blinds, inside windows in addition to the usual stuff. They spoke about 'detailing' the bathrooms and fixtures. I signed up to use them in the future on a montlhy basis.

They did a beautiful job. Such attention to detail! Great professional touches here and there, such as how they folded towels in the bathroom. I've never seen baseboards look better, even when they've been prepped for painting. Makes others' work look poor in comparison. Inside of microwave and fridge are spotless; contents of latter organized beautifully, as well as all knick-knacks when they dusted. They even crawled under husband's desk to retrieve items that cat had knocked off! (I wouldn't have done it, but it is so appreciated because I know he will appreciate it a great deal.) They used all green cleaners so that the house didn't stink of chemicals when they were finished. I was amazed at how the glass bathtub enclosure gleamed w/o the use of an ammonia-based product. The rails were very clean--a hidden checkpoint for a cleaning job. HEPA vacuum greatly appreciated because of allergies. They didn't use a mop, which was both good and bad. Bad in that the worst of floor mess in the kitchen was still there when they left (spilled Maalox); however, really excellent in that they don't transfer germs, etc., from other households. Each household gets it's own clean towel(s) at the end of an industrial-sized sqeegee-type thing. One has to appreciate that lack of transmissibility when one has cats. Very polite, friendly, professional crew. I think they offer deep cleaning of floors and walls as additional services.

I told Soft Touch Cleaning to schedule appointment on the phone. Did not speak good English. Very, very hard to understand. Did not call back as he said he was not able to help.

This was the best experience I have had with a cleaning company. They arrived on-time as scheduled. They actually worked HARD at cleaning my home (unlike other companies who just do a light wipe job). They WASHED my baseboards; WIPED my blinds; DUSTED my ceiling. Overall I am VERY happy with this company and plan on contacting them again in the future.

Three people arrived on time and worked for at least 7 hours. My house has not been this clean since I moved in. I'm thrilled.

It was excellent. They stayed past the time limit and they did not charge any extra. They come out every 3rd week to do the cleaning now. They sent 3 people out to do the cleaning for the Big Deal and just one person out every 3rd week for now. The cleaners are really respectful. I like that if they try new products they make sure that I am okay with them using them. They are very trustworthy and honest.

On time. Courteous. Detailed. Efficient. Self-sufficient. House is really clean for the first time is years. The crew earned the right to clean for us on a regular basis if the price is right.

This service was really great. We hired them to do a whole house clean before our daughter's baptism this weekend when we're expecting a house full of people. We had tried a different service about 6 months ago and were pretty disappointed with the details missed. This husband and wife team were amazing; they were efficient and didn't miss anything! We are highly considering signing up for a monthly service, but at the least will definitely use them again for "big cleans" before special events.

We've used several cleaning companies in the past, which all start out well but seem to decline in quality over time. We've used Soft Touch for about a year and so far, so good. In addition to good work and feeling like I can trust them in my home, I like that they stick to our schedule and text me to confirm ahead of time. Hard workers, honest people, fair price. We are happy with them!

It went very well, we were preparing our home for showings and had moved out. We needed them to come in and do a move-out deep clean. The owner was very responsive and flexible. The team was very thorough and did a great job, I used them a second time for touch-up cleaning, which also went very well.

The cleaners did a wonderful job. They were friendly and worked diligently throughout the day to get the house cleaned. They house was spotless when they left. The owner/Manager only communicates via text, which I thought was odd. The cleaners were an hour late the first time. We actually scheduled a second cleaning, but I had to cancel because the cleaners were late again, and I had a very tight time frame that day as I was leaving town. If I was not leaving town, I would have continued with the second cleaning but asked for a discount. If you schedule something, just ensure you push on them to be prompt.

Responded promptly. Family worked very quickly. Had a lot of chaos going on at the same time that they coped with well. The only reason I haven't called back was price. I wanted twice a month cleaning and it was a little high.

Pulling into my garage after they cleaned my house and I could already smell the freshness. They did a great detailed job (moved furniture, dusted every inch). I am very pleased and look forward to using them again!

They contacted me to let me know that they were extremely busy and they would get back to me. I contacted them via email about three weeks later. They stated they could get me in within a week or two weeks from that day. I contacted them a few times and was only able to speak with a voicemail. I have chosen to seek a refund from Angie’s List.

In all my years of keeping house, now a condo, I have NEVER seen the quality that I have seen with this incredible group of people known as Soft Touch Cleaning Services! I still cannot believe the work they did, especially for a special price! They came early in the morning and went right to work. The quality of the job performance was better than superior. They did detail work on everything they touched. The bathroom more than sparkles. The floors shine. Americo, the lead person even cleaned out the vents in the floor. The baseboards were cleaned in practically with a toothbrush. I don't know how else to say it. They cleaned every spot in every roon maticulously! They did special added touches like displaying the kleenexes (looked like a flower) and folded the toilet tissues and paper towels in decorator styles. They swept all the floors and the furniture and left lovely "path marks". I didn't sit on the couch for three days because I didn't want to mess up the design. They cleaned my oven even though I said they they didn't have to. It is not a self-cleaning and I thought it might be too much work, even though it wasn't that dirty. But it now it shines too! They had me check every room and everything they did before they put their supplies in their car, so that if I found something that they may have forgotten, they were ready to fix it. Needless to say, they didn't forget anything! I was so happy I have employed them on a permanent basis. I recommend them unconditionally!!! Barbara B. Columbus, OH

The cleaning crew was excellent. Very professional and courteous. The house was very clean when they finished, and I have since signed up for a monthly maintenance cleaning.

Fantastic work, They took their time and worked non stop all day. Couldn't be happier!

Home was empty in preparation for sale. Went fine. Done in a day. I guess the only thing I would have liked added was to have the windows washed.
