The crew was punctual (arrived a bit early actually), and went immediately to work. While most of the crew moved their supplies into the house, a gentleman walked the house with me to get the layout and any areas I wanted them to pay particular attention to. I, along with our three labs, stayed out of the way while the worked. After approximately 2.5 hours, they came to tell me they were done. They did a phenomenal job - our house hasn't been this clean in a long time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for housecleaning services.

Company informed me via email several days after purchase that they couldn't do the work for at least 2 more week.

They never got a hold of me to schedule the work so i did not end up using the big deal.

I bought an Angie's List deal for a whole house deep cleaning at my sister's house as she was hosting my daughter's graduation party. The scheduled us exactly as requested. They arrived promptly and completed the work as requested. The house looked great. We were all very pleased with the quality of the work performed.

They did an excellent job. I walked them around the house and showed them all the rooms. They asked what I wanted cleaned and got to work. It took them about 5 hours (3,000 sf) and they did an excellent job. My house has never looked so clean! I did end up deciding to hire them to come back once a month to continue to clean for us. I would definitely recommend.

We had to schedule the cleaning via text message. On the scheduled day, the crew was supposed to arrive at 1pm but did not arrive until close to 4, due to (according to them) bad traffic all day. They were very communicative about being late, but the estimates just kept getting later and later, so I lost my whole afternoon. Once they arrived they were friendly and efficient. The house looked great and they even straightened up my son's toys. A few days later I received a message offering to come back and clean my house again in 2 weeks for $50, to make up for the inconvenience of coming so late. I responded that yes, we were interested and also asked what their monthly cleaning fee would be. When he told me and I responded that we wanted to hold off on that for now and just schedule the one-time offer, I never heard from him again. I tried one more time with no success. We were disappointed because they did a good job, but clearly did not care about our business. We probably would have considered them for a regular job had they followed through with their offer.

My house was somewhat neglected as I don't have time to do it all and I was very hesitant to hire anyone because I didn't think they would do a good job. I was wrong! The first visit was spectacular. No problems. The second visit there was a few minor issues. I clearly communicated my concerns and there have been no problems since. I have been doing some remodeling and when the room was finished the windows all needed done again, there was heavy dust all over the wood surfaces, and I had them vacuum all the seat cushions. I was very satisfied with this as well. They come weekly now. They let me know when they will arrive and they arrive on time. I liked them so much that I asked them if they would go out of town to my mom's house. I paid a little extra but they did go. She had a list for every room. They did everything she asked to her satisfaction. Trust me that's a tough standard to live up to. I had no problems setting up my initial deep-clean. Jorge arrived in time, listened to all my requests attentively, gave me an estimate and a start day. I would suggest that if you encounter any problems early on stay with it. It is worth working out any snags.

I purchased the service and just didn’t need it done anymore. It sounded great because they had great reviews but the timing wasn’t right for me.

Last autumn I hired Soft Touch for regular cleanings of my home. I have always found that their crew is punctual (arrive within the time window provided to me) and are friendly and professional. They also work around changes in my schedule, which is always greatly appreciated. The crew of three work hard from the moment they enter my home and are very detailed, even making beds and folding displayed towels hanging in the bathrooms. I am very picky about who I let in my home as well as how my home is cleaned, and have never been unhappy. Due to their quality of service, I have decided to purchase a deep clean for a relative.

The service went very well. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen including the stove and refrigerator. They vacuumed, mopped, swept and made all the beds. They sent out three cleaners who worked for about three and half hours.

It took multiple weeks to get an appointment set up. Then on the day I had scheduled the appointment they tell me it is going to be an additional three hours until they arrive. I had to take off work and they did not even make it a priority to arrive near their scheduled time.

The service went great. I have hired them to clean the house every two weeks. They did exactly what deal stated. Three people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. They did a great job and I feel comfortable with them in my home. They were also very polite and completed the service in about 4 and a half hours. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service. They were a bit late for the first appointment.

They were awesome. There were three workers, and they worked very hard for 3 hours straight. My house has never looked so clean!

It went fine. They were too expensive to hire as a regular cleaning service, but they did fine for the price we paid.

We had just moved to a new house, and after unpacking and the chaos that house moves bring, we wanted it thoroughly cleaned. The Soft touch team worked hard and did a great job. We were so happy that we have now set up a regular schedule with them.

The cleaners were late arriving. Once they arrived he asked me to show him what we needed cleaned. He then informed me that I would need to pay $10 extra for the extra half bathroom (which I did). He told me he wouldn't clean the rec room because it was in the basement. I pointed out that it was a finished lower level and the deal said unfinished basements would not be cleaned. I called the office that sent the cleaners and Mr Rodriguez said they would clean the rec room. The cleaner also said he wouldn't do the regridgerator unless we took everything out of it. So we skipped the fridge. All cleaning was done to expectations. The lady on the cleaning crew did an excellent job in the kitchen. The service was still a good deal, but the first thing I hear from someone arriving at my home should not be what they WON'T do.

They came with 4 helpers and did everything too quickly - bathrooms were clean, but house overall did not look clean after the whole job. After about 2hr of them cleaning the house I had to leave for a quick errand, before I left I instructed them to clean the kitchen hard wood floors the way we wanted, and also the kitchen cooking stove/oven was supposed to be pulled out of place before cleaning behind it. We agreed that when I came back from my errand they would explain to me all the points that were cleaned and all the work that was done, including cleaning the objects that were kept in high places. I knew they had at least and hour and half more worth of work remaining, but when I came back after around 40 minutes, they were simply gone. The kitchen floors were not mopped down with vinegar, they looked simply broomed over and ceiling fans didn't look clean either. So after I left, they basically just ran away, without a phone call or anything, after just quickly giving some superficial touches to the remaining work. When I called their coordinator, he said they had another job and he would try to get them to come back, but neither did they come back nor called back. Very unprofessional, not worth the money, will never hire them back!! Very upset and dissastified! We want our money back!

This was a very enjoyable experience. The 3 person crew took their time and stayed longer than I expected to insure everything was thoroughly cleaned to my wife's and my satisfaction. They were here at least 4 hours and we couldn't be happier.

The house was cleaned; however, things were put back in a rush and misplaced. It seems like a man did it instead of a woman, to be stereo-typical. The house didn't have that freshly cleaned smell. The owner was very nice, punctual, and responsive. I'm not sure if I'll have them back.

Availability not within needed time frame. No indication on deal of limited or delayed availability. No response from service provider besides initial contact, even though I responded to that initial contact.

Excellent. The crew was able to clean the entirety of my small house. Very thorough and professional job.

The house is sparkling clean throughout. Floors, blinds, furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, cupboards, baseboards, refrigerator, and just about everything else. I cannot be more pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of their cleaning services. Everyone worked very hard and non-stop. I definitely plan to have them back again and will recommend them to my friends..

They did a fine job. An 'A' grade for them is fine as far as getting the work done and everything. They were a little hard to schedule but part of that was my issue too. Other than that, they were fine. I have no complaints. I would possibly use them again in the future. They were good for the big deal that I bought.

Since I was'nt there. I can't comment on the process.
