A crew of three cleaned and vacuumed the whole house along with dusting and wiping down the blinds. Although not part of the original order, I decided to have the fridge also cleaned internally at the last minute and was able to be accommodated. I was very happy with the results and would consider them again in the future.

they did a good cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom. dusting not as careful. The sweeper that they used was not as good as mine. wanted too much money for a second visit $125. for 2/3 hrs.

They did an amazing job with bathrooms, oven, appliances. Dusting was not very thorough.

Good, however, scheduling was a bit tough. Would be better if we could have had options and understood availability of crew to be able to pick a date and time.

Carlos and crew were great. They went around all the ceilings and the walls and removed cow webs; completly cleaned the bathrooms, dusted ( including wall art, ceiling fans and picked up the items on surfaces and dusted each), swept, mopped up the kitchen and bathroom floors, removed the garbage, changed a bed,. Three people were here 1 1/2 hours and cleaned a condo with three beds., 2 baths, kitchen and great room. I'm completely satisfied.

It was absolutely perfect. They're quick, efficient, do a good job and their price is great. They would get an A+ for punctuality.

I have had cleaning services before; some terrible and some very good. I can say without hesitation that SoftTouch Cleaning is the best service I have ever hired. My entire home simply sparkled. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I will work with them again.

They are on time and always very pleasant. They have been willing to adjust the job to fit our needs eat time. Usually after 2 hrs., we have a shiny clean house to enjoy!

It went fine but there was a language barrier which made giving instruction difficult.

The three-person crew cleaned our house from top to bottom. Jorge was also onsite since this was the crew's first experience with our house. The crew was thorough and professional. We are very pleased with their work and plan to hire Soft Touch to clean the main living areas of our house every two weeks.

They arrived on time, almost to the minute. It took them 1 1/2 hours with 4 people and my house looks beautiful! I have hired them for bi-weekly cleaning at a very reasonable price. I had been toying with the idea of a cleaning service for a year or so and wanted to see how this worked out. Now I am sorry I didn't do it along time ago. They are very polite, professional and did a fantastic job.

I hate to leave a bad review being in a customer service oriented career, but I have to speak out about my experience. I spoke on the phone with Softtouch the week before they were supposed to come to the house. The day of the cleaning at 9AM I called and asked where they were and they said I was not on the schedule, despite having a text message from them confirming the appointment! He told me he could move things around to get our house cleaned by 2-3 PM but I was going out of town and needed to have the cleaning done before I left. He called me back about an hour later and said he could have a cleaning crew at my house by 10:15, which I was appreciative about and met them at the house. After 3 hours of cleaning, they were ready to leave but the house was not as clean as we would expect a house with no furniture to be. There was still food remnants on the stove and backsplash, dust on the window ledges, spots on the floor that easily came up with a gentle scrub (despite them vacuuming and mopping), and the laundry room wasn't even cleaned at all. When we tried to get them to re-clean the areas that were not to our standards, they became frustrated and left. I'm not sure if they had another cleaning to go to, but it was very unprofessional seeing as how they were the ones who showed up over an hour later than originally planned. Judging by the good reviews, I'm wondering if I just caught them on a bad day? Bummer, because we were looking for a company we could re-hire in the future.

It was a godsend. What took them a little less than two hours would've taken me all day...or more. They didn't ask a million questions about how or what. They just got down to it and did a wonderful job.
