A crew of 4 arrived about 20 minutes late - but they emailed and said they were tied up in traffic so that was fine. Upon arrival I showed them the various areas of the house and they went right to work. They cleaned everything very well. I am very pleased with the work. A great deal at $199

They did a great job. They were punctual and cleaned the house thoroughly. They were polite as well.

They were professional and did an excellent job of cleaning. Included in the deal was cleaning of refrig, oven, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. They were open to listening to me and answering questions. I wanted certain things cleaned a certain way and they were open to that and if something was to be included in deal or their first time cleaning, it was explained to me and why. I certainly am having them back to clean again and would highly recommend them to you.

Best $199 ever! This was such a great deal! The staff was friendly, professional, and timely. They cleaned everything in the house including the basement and the ceiling fans! My house looked like showroom quality when they were finished!

This was not what I had expected after reading so many reviews. Though I did run across some that had experienced the same difficulty I have. When they couldn't meet my requested date , they gave me one. That didn't meet my schedule. I countered with another possibility and never heard back from them. I want a refund.

Scheduling was easy and we agreed on an estimated price on the phone. Jorge and his team with right on time at the start of their appointment. i wasn't home during the cleaning, but my husband told me that the team worked very carefully and was thorough. when i came home i noticed small things that were done that, to me, made the service exceptional. For one, they dusted things that the cleaners who did our "deep clean" before we moved in missed. they cleaned the blinds and the windows which was above and beyond what they were there to do. they were friendly and very professional. my husband works from home, and in addition to that we have an annoying bird and a puppy. they worked through all of this without disturbing anyone! will definitely be hiring them again!

They did an amazing job. The house looked so clean. Thanks to our cleaning crew Adam, Lili and Jose. I still can't believe they cleaned the oven and the shelves and drawers in the refrigerator!!! Very professional. They were here for two hours so we got six hours worth of cleaning. This was an Angie's List Big Deal purchase and well worth the money.

They promised a two day response, but it has been a week, I have already complained about this provider and decided to just go with another company who is much more responsive.

It was ok. The house was super clean and looked great. But the description made it sound like a super deep clean. They didn't clean the windows or the baseboards, as the description mentioned. So, I'm not sure it was worth the $179.

OK, they had cleaned for us before, but never the deep clean. They broke a wine glass which they texted me offered to replace or pay for it which we said wasn't necessary. And they lost a plastic piece to one set of blinds which they didn't mention. I'm just not impressed with the quality and lack of attention to detail. Our house is not that big and we didn't get the refrigerator cleaned because it had to be cleaned out completely before they would clean it and since didn't know this ahead of t ime and had to go to work we just said skip that.

Terrific! My house looks really good. I have not been well, and they came in and rescued me from a ton of dog hair and dust. I swear, the man spent the whole few hours vacuuming, and the lady was the most thorough cleaner I have ever seen. I will defiantly use them again, and this time, not wait until I need them to remove so much dog hair. Thanks for a great job!

Provider could not meet any of my appointment requests two weeks out. After I agreed to an amended time, the next contact had the wrong date and time setup that we agreed to. When i replied to inform them they were wrong and I needed it fix they never contacted me back. My next attempt went unaswered also.

It went well, the house smelled great.

They arrived promptly on time, did a very deep, detailed cleaning, and were incredibly professional the entire time.

Purchased the Angie's List big deal. SoftTouch contacted me two days later to say they would get back to me to schedule within 1.5 weeks from then, which didn't seem right...Without my knowledge, they sent another cleaning company they had contracted for our work. The two cleaners who came did OK work, but not the full scope of the services that were stated in the package.

It went perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better cleaning job. The crew of 3 began cleaning the minute they entered my home including all the ceiling corners and woodwork being dusted. In the kitchen the entire outside of my fridge was cleaned. He had pulled it out from the wall and did a fabulous job! The bathrooms were spotless as were all the floors and carpets vacuumed. I was so happy with the job and I didn't smell any harsh cleaning odors. I don't know what they used but everything smelled fresh. I will definitely have them back again! They were all very professional and courteous.

AMAZING!!! The crew was meticulous, and I mean that. I honestly felt like our house was brand new. They dusted everything, did all floors, blinds, appliances, toilets, sinks, you name it! And they even folded our toilet paper ends and towels, giving the house an upscale touch. But most importantly the crew was professional, courteous (our 1 year old had to nap while they were working and they were extra quiet and avoided the area near his room so he could sleep), and very personable. They asked questions about how we wanted certain aspects of the clean handled, something I feel speaks highly of their desire to do a good job and respect your belongings/house. We will be using them again on a scheduled basis because we have been so pleased with the results.

They were very kind and informative when I was booking the service on Angie's list. They responded to my messages on time and answered all my questions. On the day of the work, they came on time. 3 people came and it took them about 3-3.5 hours to clean a 1500 sq ft house, all hardwood. We have two dogs (one, a husky) inside our house and therefore lots of fur all over the place. They did a great job cleaning all the surfaces, appliances, baseboards, bathroom fixtures and ceiling fans. They dusted and vacuumed the whole place, moving furniture around to make sure they did not miss any places. We left fresh cleaned and folded bedding on the beds and they made the beds for us. They took all the trash from every trash bin, and took it out. I think they did a great job, I have never seen my house this clean. They were very kind and professional. I would hire them again.

The housecleaners were thorough and cleaned the house well.

The service went well. The staff did what they said they would. The only problem I had was the time constraint with the deal. Three cleaners came out and completed the job in about 2 hours. They were able to clean all of the areas of the home I expected them too. They brought their own cleaning supplies. I was happy they asked if I had any preferences on cleaning supplies. It did take a while to get the deal scheduled because they were pretty busy. After a while they did contact me to make sure the deal was honored. They were also late to our appointment.

We have used 3 different cleaning services and none of them even came close to the soft touch experience. I asked the owner to meet me at my house and walk and talk about what his company does and our specific needs. He did. His son, Ever, showed up on time with 3 others and immediately went to work. We purchased the deep clean deal. It took 3 hours for 1500 sq ft. The final product is outstanding. The real test was my wife...she was impressed. I have already recommended their services to others. Know your requirements, communicate clearly, and soft touch will deliver.
