They were great. They missed the crown molding and as soon as I told them, the next day they were out there to clean it. Adam was all over the place trying to be a good guy and made sure we were happy. They sent a crew of 5 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 3 hours. They called me immediately that they were going to be late as there was a traffic jam. I will definitely be using them gain.

I didn't like they way they washed my kitchen floor. They kind of damp mopped it out the front door. They came back and corrected it, but it still wasn't done the way I would have done it. Everything else went well.

The house was clean when they left, but definitely not a Deep Clean. Refrigerator only slightly cleaned , dust under furniture. Not worth the extra paid for deep clean, better off to just hire regular cleaning. My home isn't even extremely dirty.

Scheduled this company to preform an "Eco-Friendly" clean of a new home purchase (completely empty). Return communication was pretty bad. If I hadn't started working on scheduling them a month out, I would not have had time to arrange it. The day of service, company called my three times at work to ask questions about things I had already sent e-mails about (ie garage code). Upon returning home I got the opportunity to see what "Eco-Friendly" means... Sticky spots left on floors, fridge doors untouched, cabinet faces had drywall dust on them from painters previous day, sunlight showed a 1 foot band of dust around perimeter of rooms, kitchen countertops untouched. All in all, apprarently for this company, Eco Friendly means 15 minutes using a push broom and a dry rag to clean a house. Exceptionally poor job.

Never could get a hold of them to get the work done.

The team from soft touch arrived on time, promptly began to clean. They were polite and professional and thorough. December 9 was the second visit and we have scheduled a third for January. I would recommend the company

Cleaned all the floors, 2 bathrooms, all bedrooms, the stove and refrigerator.

The service turned out really well. With the exception of doing the windows which is fine, I knew that, they did a really good job. We have some fairly-sized bookcases that I pretty much told them that they did not have to take the books off of because there was too much stuff. So, they kind of swapped out, because they did not have to do that, with cleaning the ceiling fans. They were really good. They did not charge us more than the Big Deal cost. Actually, I had a discussion with the guy that came out who was kind of the team lead, the supervisor who he was, and I really asked if they would give me an estimate to come out once-a-month or every couple of weeks to clean. He said he was going to talk to the owner and I have not heard anything about that, but I was not concerned about that because he said they do not have many people working around the country around here in Sunbury. They do not normally have a route out here, but they were considering putting a route up here because they were getting more inquiries. So, he is very open to coming back and I just have not called them to do that or I do not know what it would cost. I am very pleased with their service.

They were wonderful. I made my purchase of their deal the week before Thanksgiving. They were completely booked for the week (which I had expected), however stated that they would let me know if anything opened up during the week. They then responded that they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in during the week. They told me that they would arrive between 10-11. They arrived at 10:30 during the allotted window. When they arrived I was able to do a quick walk through with them and told them areas of concern for me. They cleaned everything that I asked them to and went above and beyond by cleaning our A/C and Heating Vents. The work was impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I hired another company. Soft Touch said to call Angie's List for a refund.

My wife was responsible enough to book this cleaning a month in advance so that everything would go smooth, and now a week before thanksgiving they send an email with a story about why they will be unable to come anytime the ENTIRE week. DO NOT use this company, they are very unprofessional and were not at all apologetic on the phone. The acted like my wife was wasting their time when she called. The seemed to think it would be ok if they came the week after Thanksgiving....long story short, choose someone else.

They were very responsive and were happy to take the job. They told me they would clean from 11-12, so I left work and came home to let them in. At 11:30 they were still not here. I called the office to inquire and he told me that 11-12 was the window for them to arrive. That was never communicated! When I told them that I had to get back to work and couldn't stay he made it seem like my fault because they didn't communicate. I won't be requesting service again...in fact I used a competitor and am more than happy with the results.

A team of 3 dusted, mopped, vacuumed, made the beds, cleaned my fridge, wiped down all the doors, cabinets and baseboards. In sum, they thoroughly cleaned my condo in 3 hours and I am basking in delight. They came in and got right to work with minimal conversation between them. Because I have a self-cleaning oven and recently had my blinds ultrasonically cleaned, they didn't need to do those tasks. I've occasionally had cleaning services in the past but Soft Touch has outdone them all!

The team was right on time and extremely professional and pleasant. I couldn't believe how much they got done in a short period of time! Since two of my kids left for college in the fall, the house has been a bit messy and dusty. Not now! I have my house back again! My home was spotless and neat when the team left. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They did a great job they arrived about 15 minutes late but that wasn't an issue. Edwin informed they may be a few minutes late it was well worth the wait I would definitely use them in the future. The price and value received was well worth it.

The crew of three was on time and went right to work and didn't stop until the house was spotless. They cleaned things that we didn't even think about and our house has never been this cleaned. The crew was very polite and we were so impressed that we are now on their schedule for regular cleaning. Highly recommended! Bob

Fantastic! What a wonderful group of people. They were both professional and nice. In and out in just a couple hours and still were incredibly thorough.

Kind of let my house get dirtier than it should be. saw the angieslist deal and with an A review I thought why not give them a shot. Three of them showed up and were done within two hours and my house was spotless. they were very nice and helpful. cleaned everything down to the baseboards and even inside oven. Very hard workers, will recommend them to family and friends and use them again.

They did a good job with what they did but I felt that the "deal" as advertised was misleading. It said inside and outside of cupboards, refrigerator and stove. Advertised as complete kitchen cleaning OR complete cleaning of 2.5 baths. Choose one or buy both. it also said 3 hours of cleaning, and they were here for 3 hours. My thought from the ad was buy one for the kitchen and another to do the 2.5 baths, not half of the items listed that were mentioned in the description. I do understand that there is only so much that can be done in 3 hours, but felt the description was misleading. I don't know if the provider wrote the description or if Angie's list did. They said it would not be possible to do all of the things mentioned in the "deal" in the 3 hour period.

Couldn't get company to respond to actually schedule an appointment.

Soft Touch is an excellent company with everyone as pleasant and kind as could be. The team is very detail-oriented and when I saw the finished result, I was more than happy. I didn't have to say anything. Their process is very thorough and everything from the baseboards to the folded towels had their touch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. And, in fact, I am now on their regular schedule. Thanks, Soft Touch!

Went very well. Very courteous staff. Asked questions of my husband ( who was on duty at the house that day ) to ensure that met expectations. Have lots of décor around which to dust... Most objects were picked up when dusting vs. dusting around them. Very careful. No breakage!

The team was to be here in the afternoon and I received a call at 10:40 that they had a cancellation so could be there at 11. I fixed my schedule so we could do that. at 11 20 still not there so I called and they came around 11:30. I have had deep cleanings done before and this was no where near the quality I have had in the past. There were some things we were pleased with but over all, I would give them a rating of fair. Several things were left untouched. I was told that I would receive a call from the owner to see how things went and if I would like to set up weekly or monthly cleaning and that never happened. Was disappointed.

Everything looked like new and they were really quick.
