It went pretty good. They are excellent. The one thing they didn't do was help pick up, but they ended up to help clean things and I found them to be actually very helpful.

Overall I'm pleased with the work. Two cleaners arrived for 3 hours each and helped to dust, wipe, and vacuum the copious amounts of construction dirt/debree around the property.

It worked out just fine. It turned out very well. We continue to use them. We worked out a plan for an every two weeks appointment. Currently, I have modified it but we might go back to that as time commits. I've been happy with them.

The Soft Touch staff have been to my home several times now and they've done a wonderful job every time. I'm very pleased and would recommend their regular service to anyone.

The three-person crew arrived on time (and early!). The trio did a pretty good job cleaning the house, cleaning details I would never think to do (or would want to). I would recommend SoftTouch and would use them again. The carpet smelled wonderful afterwards and the team did have to deal with a lot of pet hair from our animals. My only concerns were a few spots were missed?the deal allowed for an oven cleaning, but the top of the oven was skipped. I lost a valuable pin on my desk that may have been lost in the cleaning?a lesson learned, as I'm particular about items on my desk and would in the future ask my desk not be cleaned. Also, a lot of my dogs' toys were either put under the couches to get them out of the way and some miscellaneous items were misplaced.

The best part about this cleaning was the price - 199.00. This was for cleaning a completely empty house. There was no furniture to move or clean around. This made it super simple. I was also able to negotiate with the cleaners to clean the cupboards inside and out because they did not have to clean the oven. I also negotiated beforehand to have them clean the basement (lightly clean - sweep, wipe walls) for an additional amount (nominal). The worst part about this was getting a hold of the company to set put the cleaning. It was verity difficult - I tried calling, emailing, and leaving an message on Angies List with them. Eventually we got it together. I would use them again. I also tipped the cleaners, but that is just my habit.

SoftTouch posted an Angie's List coupon for six person-hours of cleaning for $111. I contacted them by email to ask if this coupon was usable for a deep clean. They told me that it was for a regular cleaning only (3 people x 2 hours), but that a deep cleaning would cost $260. I scheduled the deep cleaning, which was to include the inside of the fridge and the oven. They showed up on time, but there were only three people and they only cleaned for maybe a few minutes over two hours. The cleaning was OK for a regular cleaning, but nowhere near what I'd expect of a deep clean. There were a few stubborn black mold spots in the shower that are still there, some of the light fixtures weren't dusted, no cleaning inside cabinets, etc. We have hardwood floors throughout our house, and we provided a large amount of floor cleaner and floor polish which we expected would be used. Practically none (in fact, I think none at all) was. My wife was at home, and at one point she saw one of the cleaners open the fridge and declare that it didn't need to be cleaned. They did clean the oven, oddly enough. They told my wife that the price was $250 (not $260, weirdly), which she paid, not having been part of the original conversation about price and what services would be done. I followed up with two emails to SoftTouch - one immediately afterwards asking for clarification on the price and service, and one a month later demanding an answer. No response. They obviously have no intention of returning the $139 difference between the coupon price and what we paid. For a larger amount of money I'd have taken them to small claims court, but for $139 I suppose they've correctly guessed that it's not worth the headache.

They did a great job. I bought the 6 hr. coupon. I live pretty far out of the city and the weather was bad. I expected them to cancel but they didn't. They did a great job, even did windows. I inquired about having them come out monthly.

They were a little late but called. 3 people, worked fast, and were here for 3 hours. They worked very quickly but missed things such as baseboards and window sills, blinds.

They were just fine. I had them clean the bathroom, kitchen, family room, bedroom and the floor. I kept them busy. Three housecleaners came out for 2 hours each. They brought their own cleaning supplies too.

Very satisfied. Exactly what I expected. Will use again.

Service was great. Showed up exactly at 8am as scheduled, since deal was for 6 man-hours, Jorge asked for our order of priority in cleaning (6 hours is not enough to do a thorough cleaning of our whole house), and they finished the priority areas in 2.3 hours (three people working at once), with no additional charge. The cleaning was really good, and Jorge even asked if we had any preferred cleaning agents for our hardwood floors, like Murphy's Oil. Very happy with results.

SoftTouch has been very thorough in their cleaning and attention to detail. We've had cleaners before and cancelled because we felt it wasn't worth it: this cleaning service has been.

They did a very good job around. They were timely and worked fast. There were no mishaps. They sent three people for two hours of cleaning.

I am very pleased with the cleaning service provided and by the value of the service I purchased. The crew was very polite, quick and thorough. This was a move out cleaning, and there was a lot to do since we had lived there for 10 years! The wood floors sparkled and the bathrooms never looked better! They were about 30 minutes late from the scheduled time, but once they arrived, they went right to work and worked the full time. The house looked amazing and I would absolutely hire them again!

Adam and his wife did an excellent job cleaning my fathers home. He is very picky over who he will allow in his home and we have used this company a couple of times. He is very comfortable with them and his home is spotless when they leave.Adam is very kind to my father. We do recommend this company and plan on using them in the future.
