They did a good job. They did everything what I expected them to do with three people in 2 hours. It was pretty good.

I tried hard to get the house "ready" for a good cleaning before company came. Unexpected work travel and misunderstandings by my kids made the house less than "ready". SoftTouch Cleaning Services came promptly, removed their shoes before walking into my home. I gave them a quick walk through on my expectations and they said, see you in 2 hours. I had clean linens on the beds and had most everything cleared for them to work, but it really needed some TLC! The crew of 3 moved swiftly, adeptly and easily My house was so clean. Their attention to detail was excellent. I asked for business cards so I could pass out at work!

At the beginning their communication was fine but then I could never get a hold of them.

The service was good. The only thing was -and they were able to do it- we had a specific time when we needed them to come by, which they were able to do but it did take a while to get communication.

Very good! They do a nice job. My son’s happy with their service. I think they are prompt and I would recommend them. If they won’t be there on time, they call to let us know.

Soft Touch sent a crew out lead by Americo to clean as a Father's Day gift. They arrived within the promised time frame, were professional and friendly, and worked well as a team on this large and very dusty home. Both crew members did a fantastic job dusting all wood work and making those hardwood floors beautiful again. All of the bathrooms sparkled and they attended to every detail of the kitchen. The house looked great and they will be used again in the future.

They were excellent. They were on time and paid great attention to detail. They cleaned under the rugs on the hardwood floor, the base boards, the ceilings, ceiling fans etc...They scrubbed down every nook and cranny of our bathroom completely and it looks brand new. When they were done the house looked spotless and smelled fantastic. They were very professional and did a great job... I will definitely use them again!

They were amazing... my home was way overdue. Everything was dusted, every room vacuumed, bathrooms were spotless! My home was finally, really clean! They brought their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. They were quiet and thorough. Nothing is perfect but this team was as close as you could get. I highly recommend Soft Touch!

I originally contacted this company through an Angie's list deal and have used them several times. After the initial cleaning, i had them return and I provided a list of issues that i felt needed to be addressed. They provided an good basic cleaning each time I used them but their attention to detail was lacking. An example is that i have hardwood floors and which are covered by a number of large rugs. I asked the lead cleaner what they did to clean the floors under the rugs? The response was that they cleaned 'around' the rugs. I informed him that I wanted him to clean under the rugs, by rolling them in alternate directions and cleaning the floor under the rugs. i had to inform them to use stainless steel cleaners on the stainless steel sinks. I then had to provide the cleaner. On a number of occasions they would clean one sink and not the other or the sink would be half cleaned. The bathrooms where not cleaned well. These are just a small list of issues that caused me concern. I would not use this company again.

Services scheduled for 8-9 a.m. After calling the service I was told 10 a.m. Crew arrived at 10:30 with no clue of what was needed to be done. I had to point out each area to be cleaned and what they should do. When they said they would clean only the outside of the refrigerator I told them to cancel. They said that since they were late they would do the inside as well (which was pretty clean already). The two-person crew that arrived was not from Soft Touch Cleaning, but from a third party cleaning service. This makes me wonder if Soft Touch is nothing more than a booking agency with no cleaning personnel of their own. Had I known this before the booking I would have hired another company. Their cleaning was acceptable, but not as well as I've had done in the past by other firms. I will not be utilizing this company in the future.

The house looked better than when we moved them in! Kitchen actually sparkled! Very impressed with this company.

Very pleased with the service. Two cleaning staff arrived at the specified time and worked for three hours (totaling 6 person-hours). I worked in the yard while they were inside and they let me know when they were finished. Very happy with the results-- the house looked like new when I came back in. Tidying a few spots in the kitchen and making our bed and our daughter's bed were a nice touch.

Have used this provider before. They're in, working hard, and out in a reasonable amount of time. I don't have them wash windows or heavy duty cleaning, just a basic good cleaning and have always been pleased. Will use again.

A laminate flooring installation somehow turned into a construction project leaving a coating of construction dirt on every surface, kitchen cabinets, hanging lights, ceiling fans, etc. I located SoftTouch Cleaning on Angie's list and gave them a call. Mr. Rodriquez returned my call within one-half hour and said that he could give me an FREE estimate between 5:00-5:30 p.m. that same day. When he arrived we discussed the cleaning I hoped to have completed. He suggested I go with $111 deal; which I did. I wasn't home when the cleaning crew arrived, on time, as promised; however, my husband was here to let them in and stayed in the house while the crew worked their magic. We have never had professional cleaners in our home before and we could not be more impressed with our first experience. According to my husband, the crew was polite, courteous and hit the floor running; completing all the work I requested and MORE because there was actually time remaining on the "deal." When I arrived home, the crew was gone, and left behind was a clean, clean home. You would never have suspected that construction had taken place. We would highly recommend this company for any cleaning job, large or small. They are terrific, do not cut corners, and we will be using them again!

3 PEOPLE ARRIVED APPROX. ON TIME,I TOURED THE PROPERTY WITH THEM,SHOWED THEM SOME OF MY PRODUCTS TO USE.AFTER LEAVING I FOUND SOME PLACES MISSED IN SWEEPING AND DUSTY,CLEAR GLASS SURVICES SMEARED AND STAIRWAY MISSED ENTIRELY,

I messaged them twice to get scheduled and the last that I heard from them was eight days ago. They told me at that time they would have an appointment for me by the end of the week and they would let me know asap. That came and went and I still have not heard from them. At this point, they are unable to communicate to schedule appointment so I am afraid that this will reflect as well on the day of the appointment.

Overall they cleaned well, but missed a few places of dusting. The areas that 2 of the workers did were great but the area the 3rd one did was O.K. I have found another housekeeper I like, but if needed I may try this company again.

I've already arranged for them to come back every other week. They're the best quality of cleaning I've found (although I've only tried 2 others). The first appointment, my place needed a lot of work and they prioritized really well. They did all that I asked, and some things it hadn't occurred to me to ask, like making my bed, folding the clothes that were out, and wiping off the blades to all my ceiling fans (which were really gross). They came again a week later and did even more. Since it wasn't too bad after a week, they pulled out all my living room chairs to vacuum under. They even picked up all the power cords I have running against the walls so they could vacuum better. I love them!

A team of three cleaners arrived on time and worked very h****** this home, which needed a deep cleaning. The deal was purchased to help my elderly grandmother, and were were looking for a company we could really trust . The team did a fantastic job attending to details and everything was completed to her satisfaction.

They showed up on time and asked for a walk through of the house. Pointed out areas of special interest and trouble spots. They got to work immediately. They were happy and smiley and the crew of 3 just killed it!!! Our house has never been so clean! Very happy - having them back soon.

To start off, they never showed to my first appointment. I waited 1 hour to call the owner, and he stated he had me down for a different day and time entirely. However, I know I never would have made that appointment bacause I work every day of that week at that specified time. So I had to reschedule, which nothing was available for another month. So when my real appointment occurred, I was greeted by a very rude man who once I started showing him around our 1800 sq ft home, started telling me that: - only 2 bathrooms are included in the coupon I purchased (we have 2.5) - only fridge OR oven is to be cleaned out, not both - they could not clean our finished half basement saying that the coupon does not cover basements - they would not clean the windows, stating they didn't have the time - and I was scolded for having my 2 dogs around, him saying that his wife (cleaning partner) is terrified of dogs and that I must put them up. (which I was going to do anyway. However, when I called to make the appointment, I was sure to tell the owner that we have dogs and to please send someone that would be ok with that) So, I had to call the owner, stating that the coupon does not say there is a limit to how many bathrooms, it says BOTH oven and fridge will be cleaned, it says no UNfinished basements (ours is finished). And I pointed out that our home was easily within the 2500 sq ft limit of the coupon so the basement and half bath should not be an issue. He fought with me on this, then finally saw my side. As I'm putting my dogs out on our screened in porch, the wife cleaning person screams when she sees them, which anyone know just makes the dogs more excited and on edge. Then, the male said to me that they are out of vinegar to clean my floors with and asked if I had any. I did, so I let them use it, all of it. At the end of their 4 hour stent, I didn't even check the work because I was so mad and over it all. These were things not done or done poorly: - cupboards not wiped down in bathrooms nor kitchen - oven cleaned out, but not fridge - baseboards not touched - everything on kitchen counter was moved to clean but not put back, not even close - shower not touched - vacuum they were using must of sucked, but not literally. There was still dog hair and all sorts of stuff still in the carpet. - furniture in living room, office, and one of the bedrooms not dusted I called the owner to complain. He said he could send someone back out to finish the job. It was going to be about another month before he could get someone out there. So I scheduled it. He called me back 2 days later leaving a message saying he'd have to change that appt. I tried calling back twice with no response, and that's how I've left it. I would definitely not recommend!

Very, very thrilled with the amount of work done, the attention to detail, and the overall quality of cleaning provided over a two hour service by a team of three. Cabinet fronts, base boards, dusting, HVAC vent covers...they did it all.
