This was a $111 big deal purchase. I think this was pretty good. I remember my wife saying she probably would not have them back. They really didn't do anything wrong, I don't think. I just can't remember why she said it. I know he scheduled pretty quick. They were pretty quick.

They did a nice job! The crew arrived at the time indicated and worked quickly and efficiently. Next time they come we will ask for some different cleaning activities to be performed (windows, blinds, etc.)

The team worked hard the entire time, and I got my money's worth. My only complaint was that they would not listen to me when I said they could not clean the entire house in 6 hours, and were more interested in jumping on the work instead of hearing my priorities. we did discuss some, but other people have asked more questions. In fairness to them, I should have asked the lady wiping down my cabinets to do something else (I wanted the kitchen clean, but that was as detailed as I got) as I would have preferred they put more time into mopping the floors.

I am very impressed! 2 person professional cleaning crew for 6 hours. They did a very nice job! They thoroughly cleaned my house. It looked great when I got home from work. My husband was impressed, also. They emptied trash cans, arranged the stuffed animals on the kids' bed and pillows on the couches. Thank-you Soft-touch!

The house was empty and we wanted it dusted, swept and all surfaces wiped down before my daughter and her husband moved in. Unfortunately we had to trust they would do this. I don't feel they did enough to justify the cost of $111.00 The person answering the phone was polite

Cleaned 2 and 1/2 baths, picked up/organized living room and play area, cleaned the laundry area in basement and window blinds {specific ask). They tried to clean the kitchen and mop the floors but they ran out of time. Overall, they were very professional, arrived on time and were honest. They did a thorough job in the areas they could get to in the limited time. 3 cleaners arrived and worked for 2 hours.

Jorge and his team did an excellent job, I was really impressed by their punctuality, professionalism and attention to detail. Our home sparkled when they were done. I'd definitely recommend them, and I'll absolutely use them again.

I was extremely disappointed. We'd used this service before with excellent results. Unfortunately this time they did a completely sub-standard job. We asked they focus on the bathrooms and kitchen, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning floors. Examples are that the master bath's garbages weren't emptied and they didn't wipe down/off the countertops (toothbrush holder still had paste deposit and dust on the containers). They didn't wash the floors and barely dusted any surface.

AMAZING! I plan on using this company again. They were extremely courteous and professional, but more importantly sooo good at what they do! My house was the cleanest it has been in a while. I have used other services and this is definitely the best I have found! There were prompt, professional and through. I highly recommend Soft Touch Services!!

My experience with SoftTouch is always positive. They arrive on time, are professional and super polite and they do a great job cleaning my home. They are also flexible when we need to change the date or time of our appointments. They are extremely thorough and I have never had to ask them to do anything differently or better. I am so thankful for their work and I highly recommend them.

I have been using these guys for a few months now and am decently content with their service. I guess I don't really have a whole lot of exposure to other services to know how they compare but I would expect a bit more "thoroughness" to some of the cleaning areas. It is almost like they brush over things but they don't really get down to really scrubbing anything if it is needed. Also in my bathroom I have a tiled tub area but they have never really washed the tiles on the wall they just clean the tub. After a few cleanings I also have some cleaning streaks on some of my furniture too like someone had a wet towel and u can just see a line where they applied pressure on the towel so it just looks like a swirly circle. Again, it looks like they just brushed over things in a hurry and didn't really take the time to ensure everything looked 100% spotless. I will probably keep using them for a few months but I think at some point I will try another service to see how they compare.

Team worked all day in 90 degree weather in an old house with no air conditioning. Very thorough cleaning and even did extra to help us out. First meeting was a free estimate and Jorge arrived exactly when he said he would. He then scheduled a day to have 3 team members do a deep clean. We are very pleased and extremely appreciative of the hard work and effort they did to make our house spotless. Perfect combo of green cleaning supplies (very important to us) and outstanding work. We will be having our house cleaned on a regular basis now.

We have had reasonably good cleaning service. However we have have 3 items broken - that they did NOT bring to our attention. We have a glass patio room and after their cleaning with their metal sweeper the glass was shattered - no mention of the incident was made or even brought to our attention. I have no proof that they did it with the metal headed vacuum, `but upon inspection,there were no large rocks, bullets or anything that visibly could cause the break, The glass is like windshield glass and didn't shatter but rather broke into tiny rocks that stayed in place. The cleaner denied all knowledge of the incident, stating he didn't know how it happened..Repair of the window was nearly $800. Smaller incidents like breaking off of a clock hand, and then last week - the breaking of an antique plate. If they would have brought have brought any of these to our attention - it might have been partially forgivable - but to leave shattered glass was unforgivable.

The showed up at the time they were scheduled. Crew of three. All equipment in hand ready to work. I went to work and returned, the place looked great. I want to use them on a regular basis.

Very responsive company, and managed to squeeze in a last minute cleaning. Cleaning wasn't as thorough as I would've hoped. I specifically asked for certain things to be cleaned, and notified the cleaners of what to skip. The kitchen was one of the main areas I'd asked them to focus on, including inside the cabinets, oven, stove top, etc. I've spent many hours since doing follow up cleaning to finish what wasn't done completely. The oven and drawer under were not touched. The stove top was wiped down, but burners weren't cleaned. I had told them not to worry about vacuuming the floors since we were getting ready to have painters out and then move, which they did anyway (which is fine), but the time could've been better spent cleaning what I'd asked for.

The three person crew did a fine job. In retrospect, I probably should have purchased a deeper housecleaning, that involved the inside of my oven, refrigerator, and more time in the bathrooms. But in fairness, it was a general housecleaning I paid for. We have 2100+ sq. ft. home, so we received 2 hrs of cleaning from the 3 member cleaning crew (6 total man-hours), which consisted of all the surfaces in the house, a washing and changing of all the bed linens, a thorough floor and carpet cleaning throughout the house. There were certainly a few missed spots here and there... but in fairness, there was some attention to detail that they did that was a pleasant surprise, so I considered it to be a "wash". The $111 is probably a little too steep for me to pay again, without getting a thorough clean, which would have consisted of a little more time spent inside the master shower, cleaning out the oven, and the inside of the refrigerator. But they did a fantastic job on our carpets throughout the house and hardwood floor in one room. I am saying that I would use them again because the work met my expectations, but I would probably look to someone who could give me a better price on a general clean, next time.

I just asked that they clean both bathrooms and mop my floors. They had a crew of three and struggles to get these areas done in an hour. My home is not big. I had a cat that got sick on my hardwoods and they mopped around it rather than mopping it up. I also have a slate shower that they clearly used a rough brush on because it now has scratch marks. I never heard from the company to see how my first cleaning with until an e-mail stated they would be there the next week at the same time to clean. I was very disappointed in this company.

I'm very pleased! The crew was professional and thorough. The gentleman who appeared to be the crew chief even made an effort to reach cobwebs in a window 20 feet above the Great Room. He also cleaned the ceiling fan, which is suspended about 15 feet from the high ceiling. Embarrassingly, my house was in dire need of dusting. For the most part, Soft Touch exceeded my expectations.
