Fantastic service and quality of work. The contacted me within two days of purchasing the deal to schedule. They did an awesome job.

They did a great job! Three came to the house and they got busy immediately. It only took two hours and the house looked wonderful afterward.

From the very first contact Jorge and SoftTouch cleaning was very professional and punctual. They did exactly what their brochure said they would do and our home looked fabulous when we got home. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our family get together and not be exhausted from cleaning for three days. They did such a great job that we've hired them to come back every other week.

Jorge and team were prompt and hot right to wotk. They were all polite and worked hard. They were well organized. I had 4 people come in and each one of them had a job and knew what needed to be done. I will hire them again and would recommend them. Thanks Jorge! Wish the price was better but I know that's the going rate so the price was fair.

They showed up on time, introduced themselves, very professional and nice. They did a great job cleaning and when they were completing what I'd asked for and there was time remaining, they asked what else they could do! Happy with the service. I asked for a cost to continue service on an alternate weekly basis and the quote was pretty high for my square footage, so I'll continue to look for service in my price range.

Wonderful! We purchased the 6 hour coupon option, and we had assumed that the cleaning team (3 people) would be able to clean the upstairs (4 bedrooms, 2 full baths), and main living area (kitchen, 1/2 bath, living areas) in that time. Not only were they able to do a thorough and detailed job in those areas, but they also had time to vacuum, dust, and clean a additional 1/2 bath in our finished basement. The entire house looked and smelled beautiful!! Great work!

Excellent. The team arrived on time, and the team leader walked through my house with me while I explained which rooms I needed cleaned and some areas that didn't need to be done by them.

They were very nice and punctual. However, I think they didn't do that thorough of a job. My house was relatively clean before they came and after they left, upon inspection of floors, vanities, etc. I discovered pet hair, dust, dirt and other things that should have been swept up after a clean. I wonder if they skipped on things because it did not seem too clean.

They did a wonderful job every time. I along with my 3 year old son and 2 dogs were always there when they came and just made sure to stay out of their way. They were always professional and courteous. This was the second company I tried at this location, as I had to fire the first for doing such a poor job. SoftTouch Cleaning did a MUCH better job than the other company, and I wish I would have started with them.

They didn't show and claimed that they show no record that a purchase was made through angie's list. I sent them copies of the receipt, and they asked me to check the name. The name matched to the letter, but they haven't contacted me back. It should be obvious that I need the service done. In this case I really think the right thing to do is to show up for the work and then figure out what and where the payment is during or after the work is complete. If it were the case that payment hadn't been processed I would have gladly paid with ca4d, cash, whatever. If angie's list misplaced it, it could/would be located. I don't like it when a company is concerned first with getting paid THEN about what a customer needs. If , for some reason, it WERE a totally different company then shouldn't/wouldn't this "other" company (with an identical name) show up since it is known I need the service done, no one has done it, and I'm still waiting? At any rate, hopefully this review will get a response. I've done the searching, purchasing, scheduling, and all my communication through the angie's list app to keep stuff on the record and to avoid issues (I dislike phone calls)-. I'm disappointed with this whole thing, from purchase to communication. Instead of simplifying my life it's just cost more time, money, and attention in addition to still having a dirty home.

House was very clean. I would hire again. There was some miscommunication in regards to scheduling, but everything worked out as planned.

I found them on Angie's List. We just quit using them in November because I retired and I am home every day so there is just no need to have anybody come and clean. I think we were paying about $110 a month. Their pricing was good. They were slow about getting back with you. Punctuality was the major thing we had issues with. To get a better grade from they just could have been on time. We liked them to either come at 7:30 in the morning or 11 o'clock in the morning. They might be 30 or 40 minutes late in showing up. I understand they have gone to other jobs in the morning. Usually if they were coming at 7:30 in the morning they rarely were 10 minutes late. If we needed them to come at 11:00 or 11:30 in the morning then you could count on them being late. They were very good and did a very good job as far as cleaning was concerned. If they missed something one time all you had to do was mention it the next time. One time they broke a necklace, but they left me know right off what had happened. They did an excellent job. I never came home and found cobwebs somewhere or something unclean. They did a fabulous job on our bathrooms, floors and stuff. We told them we probably would hire them a couple of times a year to deep clean.

Cleaned the largest basement bathroom very well - excellent job. Also cleaned the half bath, which is the smallest bathroom very well. Did an average job on the 2nd floor bathroom, and did not get to the floor. They never got to the 3rd floor bathroom. They asked if I wanted them to dust, and said ok but I wanted the floors and the bathrooms done first. They dusted but never cleaned the second floor bathroom floors. Also found one of them dusting my daughters book shelf on the 2nd floor, which should have been a very low priority. Think they have some communication issues, and should consider getting some sort of plan together with the customer. Maybe have a written list that the customer could submit in advance with items checked.
