Flaviano and his team are loyal and trustworthy. They respect my home and anything I’ve ever asked for improvement on, they’ve accommodated. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so I’m sure my home isn’t their favorite but they help keep my sanity in line and I love the Mondays when I come home and the house shines and smells amazing. We retain Flaviano and his company for biweekly cleaning. Have had them coming to our home for 2.5 years now and continue. They do a good job and we love the house when they are done! We have 3 cats and they both work around and clean fur off of everything. I rated 4 stars on timeliness because their work much depends on finishing a job when they gauge it will be done, they aren't always there at the time when they say they will be but very soon after. If it's going to be a while, they let us know.

I’ve used his service for about one year now. Flaviano is always quick to respond when I reach out via text. I get a confirmation text the day prior to his team arriving with an arrival time frame. They provide great work, are efficient, and trustworthy.

I have been using Silva Cleaning Service for over 5 years. I would highly recommend. One differentiator in my opinion is they will clean everything high to low. When interviewing cleaning companies I found that many will only clean as high as the arm reach of the person cleaning. That didn't really work for me. Silva's is professional, affordable and they do a great job.

I’ve had my house cleaned by someone for 15 years. Unfortunately most cleaners become unreliable and their cleaning becomes inconsistent and sloppier as time goes on. Silvia cleaners have been punctual, consistent, professional, good communicators, and they go the extra mile each and every time they clean. The price is equal to my old cleaners but the work is more consistent and better. They do extras and really are great to work with. I recommend them!

This is the best cleaning company I've used. Previous companies were ok, but never left me feeling that my house was as clean as I'd hoped. After Silva's clean my house is sparkling clean, above and beyond what other companies could provide. I'd recommend this company with no hesitation!

I have always been pleased with the quality of the work they do (though they have broken a few things in their zeal to complete the job). My issue at this point is communication and reliability. I realize that cleaning once a month instead of weekly may not be their preferred client schedule, but they should keep the appointments that we arrange, and the have been exceedingly bad at doing so. It's like they don't even write it down, and I have to message them multiple times the day before they are due to clean. They are very unresponsive to messages and calls, and change or cancel the appointment at the last minute. This is not due to an isolalted incident, it has been ongoing for months, and the quality of the work they do when the bother to show up has been above average. At this point, I am going to have to chose a new provider. I can not be spending hours picking up the house in anticipation of them coming only to have them not show up. It stops now.

I have them come once a month. They are hard working and do a very good job. Recommended.

Ok. Coffee soill by young cleaner not cleaned up

Male was too "aggressive" with his touch and broke a wooden slat blind... They arrived later than expected. They were slow and unable to complete the work in the time window that I had.

It went well. House still smells clean almost a week later!

Fantastic! Flaviano and Chris arrived during the window they said they would and immediately got to work. They hustled and cleaned for 5 whole hours. They took the time to even remove books from shelves and dust the bookcases. I am going to use them monthly for regular service. Better than I could have hoped for.

When booking I had to leave a phone message but was promptly called back. They arrived on time and did a thorough deep cleaning. Had estimated 6 hours but took a little over 7 and did not charge more. Exceptional work!
