We’ve been using Silva’s cleaning for years. They are reasonable priced, do a great job and I’m comfortable with them in my home when I can’t be there, which is really important for me. The language barrier can be a challenge but we always figure it out. The owner and his wife are really nice people and I feel good about giving them my business.

More than anything, they are very thorough. This is a small family business with the same few cleaning crews. They work hard and my home is always spotless when they leave. The service I received is beyond my expectations

Da Silva Cleaning Service is the best cleaners that I have had. The team has done a great job on my floors and my bathroom, especially on my bathroom tile in the shower. It looks new after they finish cleaning. They move my knick knacks when they dust I've had previous cleaners where they just have dusted around things. I have recommended them to my neighbor and two of my close friends, they too are very happy with the cleaning service.

Silva's does a great job cleaning my whole house. They have been cleaning for us for multiple years and are very professional and easy to work with. We have our house cleaned biweekly and the cleaners always do a nice job keeping my house looking great.

The deep clean was amazing. The team was there for 3-4 hours. This was the first visit. Once I was in a schedule, regular cleanings lasted about 90 min - 2 hours. Our home is only 1500sq feet, so not huge. I don’t know how they do it but my glass top stove only shines after they clean it. They will make the beds with new sheets if you leave them out. I had a couple cleanings when I thought things weren’t quite right and they were corrected immediately. Great communication via text. We love having them clean our home…and it always smells like citrus when they are done.

They were very quick to respond to me. They were on time and very polite. I was very happy with their job. I have asked them to return on a full time basis.

Flaviano is great at communicating each time he provides service. He always responds to our requests and is easy to work with.

Flavio and his crew have been cleaning for us, for well over 5 years in total. They do an amazing job, are always on-time (but usually always running early) and whenever we need to change times or days, he is always extremely accommodating. They are amazing with our pets, and are always super careful around our art and collectibles. You definitely WON’T regret working with them!
