 + -1 moreUnwilling to help, did not even have the professionalism to respond to phone calls and an email. My husband contacted SightSinger a few months past, and when he explained the situation, he was met with a gruff "I don't know, I'll call you back." Months later, no response. I then phoned Sightsinger on July 3rd, and once again explained our situation. When I asked if this was something they could assist with, I was also given a gruff "I don't know, send me an email." I sent an email on July 8th, recapping our discussion, and have never received a response. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and their lack of respect. A simple phone call or email response stating "I'm sorry, that is not something we can do at this time" would have been appreciated.
Description of Work: No service was preformed, as they would not even return two phone calls and one email.

 + -1 moreThis is the third house I have had them put a security system in and I would say they did quite well. The owner is professional. He explains things and he's good at making suggestions.
Description of Work: They came to my home and put in a whole new system, wired four doors and two large windows, and put in two pads to put my code. He also gave me an alarm I could wear around my neck in the house, so in case of an emergency I could just press the button.

 + -1 moreTESTING & REACTIVATION OF SECURITY SYSTEM. SECURITY SYSTEM WAS ALREADY INSTALLED IN HOUSE PURCHASED BUT HAD BEEN INACTIVATED. SIGHTSINGER SECURITY CAME QUICKLY T TEST & REACTIVATE THE SYSTEM WHICH IS ONE OF THE BETTER I'VE SEEN. PATIENT IN EXPLAINING.
