Description of Work: First of all, this is not to be confused with the nat'l company, Sears Roebuck; this is a family owned heating and cooling Columbus business. First visited by Dan, Sales Manager, who was not high pressure sales at all. Decided this was the best company for us and proceeded. John, the installer arrived promptly and worked morning thru the afternoon. John was a dedicated hard worker and didn't quit till everything was running smoothly. This company is extremely easy to work with and we will use them in the future when needed.

Description of Work: JOSH DETERMINED THAT THE A/C UNIT HAD A LEAK.HE ADDED COOLENT AND A SEALENT AND WAITED A WHILE TO MAKE SURE THE UNIT WAS COOLING AS IT SHOULD.A MONTH LATER ALL IS COOL.

Description of Work: The came in to give my air conditioner a tune up. Unfortunately this resulted in some parts needing to be replaced. They did all the work the same day.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioner w/3 ton; replaced furnace & replaced hot water tank w/50 gal. I am so pleased with the service and price. The crew was prompt, cleaned up and entertained my many many questions. They were fabulous. I think the best thing was no sales pressure. He presented my options and left it for me to decide. They also re-positioned my thermostat that desperately needed done.

Description of Work: My a/c unit wasn't working. They added freon, hosed out the a/c unit and advised to keep the filter clean.

Description of Work: The guy came in and checked our cooling system. The air conditioner was on but not pushing out any air. Found that a wire was burnt out on the contactor. He replaced the wire and checked other wires to make sure they were ok and not loose.

Description of Work: After a service call, I was informed that our furnace (~16 years old) was leaking carbon monoxide and needed replaced, so I decided to replace our AC unit (~25 years old) at the same time. Their prices were very reasonable, and the service was on-time and dedicated. They were able to install both units the day after the initial service call, which made a big difference in the middle of an early spring cold spell! They did not rush the job, and took their time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working properly, and that we understood our new thermostat. Cost of original service call was credited towards new furnace/AC installation. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.
