Description of Work: I set up my annual furnace preventative maintenance. The tech, Ramon, noticed water in the base of the furnace. He was able to troubleshoot that the problem was being caused by my AC condenser not being level. He found a bent rear bracket, was able to straighten it and level the condenser. Good observation. Exactly what preventing future issues is all about.
