The technician was courteous and called me before he showed up to accommodate my schedule. Uneventful inspection with full documentation.

I paid ahead of time for an A/C and a Furnace tune-up. I forgot to call and schedule my A/C tune-up (I was very busy). Sears called me and then they apologized for not getting in touch with me sooner to remind me. Rather than come out at the end of the season, they offered to extend my contract for free, and they will come out next spring at no charge and provide an A/C tune-up. Wow, I forgot to call them, so they extended my contract for free!

The technician was very thorough and respectful. He wore shoe covers and explained the problems he had discovered in a very concise and understandable manner. He notified us that we our interior a/c unit had rusted out in the bottom and had produced a mold issue in our furnace. Since our a/c unit would need to be replaced, he had a salesperson come out to give us an estimate as well. In addition, he gave us a recommendation on how to take care of the mold in our air ducts.

Great job. Arrived on time and finished the work quickly. Very pleasant experience.

I was very impressed with the promptness of their arrival. I called for service on the afternoon before - during a heat wave-. The promised arrival time was next day between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. At 8:30 am the company called to say that James was on his way to my home. James was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He checked the furnace then looked at the thermostat. I had a new thermostat installed a week before. James immediately found the problem and promptly fixed it. I was very impressed and relieved because four days earlier, another HVAC company came to my home. They never checked the thermostat but said that the control board in the furnace needed replacing. I was told that they would order the replacement part and call me about the cost of the part and their labor. I never got a call and the part was never ordered. Sears explained everything to me and said that the control board was fine. I signed a service contract with them. I heartily recommend them.

Arrived on time, called me at work so I could come home to review work. Took time to explain new furnace and thermostat. Cleaned up after himself nice experience from estimate to finish.

They are excellent. Goes above and beyond. I have a service contract with them.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THE UPPER ARLINGTON INSPECTOR CAME AND SAID THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THE SALESMAN WAS ALSO GOOD IN THAT HE SEEMED TO WORK REALLY HARD TO GET THE FURNACE WE NEEDED. HE DIDN'T TRY TO PUSH MORE ON US THAN WE NEEDED.

MITCH, THE TECH KNEW A LOT ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. HE TALKED US OUT OF GETTING A TRANE, WHICH WAS WHAT WE WERE ORIGINALLY GOING TO PICK.

HIS ESTIMATE WAS ALMOST $1000 HIGHER THAN THE OTHER ONES I RECEIVED.

THEY TOLD ME TO SAVE SOME MONEY AND INSTALL THE UNIT MYSELF. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE VISIT. I PURCHASED ALL OF THE MATERIALS FROM THEIR STORE AND DID THE WORK MYSELF.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I'M GLAD I CALLED THEM. THE TECH'S NAME WAS JAMES, AND HE WAS ON TIME, AND VERY POLITE. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, UNHURRIED, AND THEN SOME. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

LARRY NEWCOMER CAME OUT. HE IS GREAT. FIXED SOME OF THE STRIPPED SCREWS. SHOWED ME HOW DIRTY THEY WERE, AND HOW CLEAN THEY WERE AFTER. CLEAN UP WAS GREAT.

DECIDED ON SEARS DUE TO ANGIE'S LIST RATING. FELT THAT THE SALESMAN HAD MY NEEDS FOREMOST, NOT HIS COMMISSION. PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL, CLEANED UP VERY NEATLY.

THEY WERE NICE AND UNDERSTOOD MY CONCERNS AND PROBLEM. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY. HOWEVER, I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE IT ALL CAME DOWN TO PRICE AND THE COMPANY THAT I ALREADY HAD AN A/C INSTALLED WITH, CREDITED THAT AMOUNT TO THE PURCHASE PRICE.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, AND GAVE US THE OPTION TO CALL THEM BACK OUT WITH ANY QUESTIONS, AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING, AT NO CHARGE. THEY WORKED IN BAD WEATHER WITHOUT COMPLAINING. THEY WERE POLITE, NICE, AND THOROUGH. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY KEEP ME INFORMED ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON.

HE FIXED THESE THINGS WITHOUT ME ASKING AND JUST ALL AROUND HELPFUL.

I WAS CALLING A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT HEATING AND COOLING COMPANIES TO GET PRICING FOR A YEARLY AGREEMENT TO SERVICE FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING. SEARS WAS ONE OF THE BEST IN PRICING AND THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHEN I CALL. WE RECEIVED OUR AGREEMENT IN THE MAIL JUST A DAY OR TWO AFTER I SPOKE WITH THEM AND WE HAVE OUR APPOINTMENT SET UP FOR APRIL. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING HOW THE SERVICE WOULD GO, WHO WOULD BE COMING AND THEY CALL WHEN THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY. THEY HAVE MORE FLEXIBLE HOURS THAN MOST COMPANIES WE SPOKE WITH AS WELL.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD.

HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND EDUCATED ME IN THE PROCESS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SHOWED ME THINGS I CAN DO MYSELF FOR REGULAR UP KEEP. HIS PRICING WAS REASONABLE AND I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

TECH TIM B. COME OVER VERY PROMPTLY (WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF MY CALL). BEFORE COMING OVER, WE DID A LITTLE TROUBLE-SHOOTING OVER THE PHONE AND DETERMINED THAT A VISIT WAS NECESSARY. TIM WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SEEMED HONEST. FOR A SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE CALL WITH THAT KIND OF RESPONSIVENESS, I FELT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

I CALLED AT 7:30 WHEN THE OFFICE OPENED AND THEY SAID THEY COULD HAVE SOMEONE OUT AT 9:30. THE OFFICE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON HIS WAY AT 9:15. HE WAS POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT.

AFTER FINDING THE PROBLEM, TIM CHECKED ALL OTHER CONNECTIONS WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND POLITE. HE WAS VERY PROMPT. HECAME WITHIN FOUR HOURS CALLING.

DAVID SCOTT, THE SALES REP. FOR THE COMPANY, REMAINED PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION PROCESS. HE WAS HONEST, PROFESSIONAL AND RESOURCEFUL.
