It was fine and we didn t have any problems with it. They had the sales person come and everything was punctual.

My furnace stopped working sometime after dinner-I emailed Sears and they contacted me first thing the next morning. The technician arrived within half an hour and found two blown fuses and a bad wire which he fixed and I had heat again. The furnace worked fine for one week and then it started to cut off the furnace circuit breaker. I called on New Years Eve and the tech came within an hour and tested the furnace and informed me that the furnace was pulling the proper amount of power so my problem was probably in the circuit breaker. I was able to get the circuit breaker fixed on New Years Day but the new breaker was still cutting off-I called Sears again and the tech cam back on Friday morning and discovered one of the furnace motors was malfunctioning and causing the breaker to blow-she removed the fuse and explained that the furnace would work fine and it was not worth fixing this motor since the furnace is 33 years old.

I've always been pleased with their work. They told me I could install the ducts and furnace and they would come to check it out when we were completed. They did that.

They come out right away after you call them. We have done business with them before and they always do a good job. The technicians are easy to talk to and answer all of our questions.

They came out on time and were very professional. I explained that he was our third estimate and that I wanted to compare apples to apples. I also explained that the original diagnostic given indicated that it could be repaired, we were ready to replace the furnace as the current one is over 30 yrs old. He indicated to me that he would not invest any money in this unit and that we needed to make our decision fairly soon as the furnace may not last more than another week or so. He gave me several options and price points and pointed out the most energy efficient option. He was very professional and I appreciated his honesty. We have not yet made a decision on which company to go with, but will be deciding very soon.

They've taken care of a few minor problems and are always available... even if we've had emergencies on weekends or evenings. They're very quick to respond and great to deal with.

Good service. More than I anticipated paying, but he uncovered some unknown issues. He needed to replace a transformer and a switch. He had all the parts on his truck. He thoroughly tested the system before he left.

He is fantastic. He is there at the time he says. If there are any problems he comes soon after I call him. he is always good at cleaning up when he is finished.

Dave Scott visited our home, inspected the existing equipment, analyzed the duct system and discussed our home s HVAC needs and the equipment options with us in detail. He then prepared a timely and professional estimate. As it turned out, we decided to purchase a different brand of equipment so we went with a different contractor.

My air conditioner had not been turning on. He came when he was supposed to. He checked everything out. He was thorough. He solved the problem in a short period of time. They gave me a reduction in cost. I have been dealing with them for several years and they have always done a good job.

Our furnace/air conditioner sounded louder than usual after an electrical surge. We called them and they were able to come and look at the system within three days. They replaced the blower motor fan and did maintenance on the air conditioner. We also purchased a service contract that appears to be the best I have come across.

It was good. They came in and were very efficient. They came in and did the job. This past spring they had to come out and replaced the pad they put it on because it was tilted. They replaced it quickly at no cost. I would recommend them and use them again.

Serviceman. John Smith came and discovered bad thermostat, so promptly fixed it, but he was the nicest serviceman they could have sent us, he was young very knowledgeable, did not seem rushed even on 90 degree day, explained everything well, and made me feel better about this furnace that I have not been happy with from day one. Installation of it from Sears was July 03. We have had many servicemen check it, but they all made us feel like we were expecting to much. Finally, we just gave up and got an electric heater to compensate. In the back of my mind, I've always wondered if maybe we had a defective thermostat and of course the servicemen could not detect that. Time will tell.

Sears Heating and Cooling is a great company. We had them check the furnace in the fall and signed up for the annual contract. We called today for the A/C check-up and they sent someone same day! Now that's almost unheard of! Very professional.

Very well. The company sent out a service man the same day we called. He accessed the problem and offered a solution.

They do a great job. They are very honest and their rates are fair. They do charge a flat rate which I have found saves me money. I recommend them to all of my friends. They are very prompt and will help work through problems over the phone to save his customers money.

We had a lot of trouble getting reimbursed under our home warranty, which was still in place at the time. Dave did everything he could to help us get reimbursed. Dave truly went above and beyond what was necessary. Without his help, we would not have been reimbursed. I cannot say enough good things about the great service we received. The other people we dealt with were also very friendly and very helpful. When we finally do need to replace our furnace, we will definitely call Dave!

The problem was taken care of the next day and was done fast. They were in and out and up to my standards. It was brought up to code fast. I was impressed the owner came out and the next day was fixed 100%. I will stay with them and keep on using them for the yearly checks and cleanings for years to come was a good experience and will use again.

They had installed my furnace so I called them when my AC went out. The person who did the work was very nice and I felt comfortable with him in my house. He did a good job and I would use them again. Price includes parts and service contract. He was honest and did what he could to save me money.

I originally went with this company because I thought that they were the Sears Roebuck department store which I later found out that they were not. This was a very unsatisfactory experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terry Meier came to my home within 2 hrs. of receiving my call. He was very personable, professional,and efficient in answering all questions and addressing my needs. His proposals were very fair market and he made no attempt to sell more than what was needed. I would not hesitate to employ or recommend his professional services.

He did not charge us and he explained in detail what we needed to do. We appreciated it, and will call him back to have the work done once he can do it.

We've used them for 26 years and they've been able to keep the furnace running well, with no problems. Their maintenance people seem to be knowledgeable and able to take care of any problems with the equipment.

We have relied on them to do our bi-annual check up of heating and air conditioning units for many years. As usual, we have been satisfied this time with their work. They looked at the furnace and recommended that we replace it only if we were going to stay in the house much longer.
