He was very professional and courteous and identified the major issues immediately. He then explained everything he was going to do after he picked up the correct part. He then made the repair, tuned up my furnace with new filter and air sensor in minimum time. The furnace now runs quietly and we are very pleased...

I have been using them for about 3 years. I usually use them twice a year for tune ups. They are really cheap. The technicians are nice and responsible and they do not try to sell unnecessary services. They also always send me emails to confirm my appointment date with me.

It went great. I think everybody was really good. They were very communicative in either calling me, whether it was to meet me there or telling me what's going on. They were very easy to work with. They made me feel very comfortable with what's going on.

Sears sent Brian out to work on my furnace. Brian did a thorough diagnostic of the furnace to determine the problem. He showed me the issue (I hadn't been changing the filter regularly so the coils were dirty causing the heating elements to burn out.) Brian provided a quote and went back for the parts. He replaced the heating elements, cleaned the coils and provided a filter to get me started. After taking care of the inside unit he also cleared ice and snow off the outside unit, making sure that it was working correctly. I was glad that Sears had someone available and Brian did a thorough and professional job.

I have a service maintenance plan with Sears Heating Co. on my Bryant furnance and air-condtioner. Jodi checks the air-conditioning in the spring and the furnace in the fall. He is very knowledgeable and dependable. I feel confident that both are in good working condition after he does the scheduled maintenance. He is always helpful with any questions about the furnace or air-conditioner and also with the programming of my Bryant Evolution Control scheduling thermostat. Sears Heating Co. is wonderful to do business with and Jodi is a great representative of this company.

They came to the house as arranged. I was racing to make the appointment. The tech was politely waiting for me. We had spoken on the phone when he was giving me his eta. He came to the back to see the a/c-heat pump coil and saw the hole in the condensor. The next biz day, they gave me the cost of fixing it, around $2250, which was around $1000 less than others. Tomorrow they install it. Good. We're cold!

Sears representatives and techs exibited a very high degree of professionalism,courtesy, punctuality, friendliness and skill. on this project. They certainly deserve their high rating. I would, without hesitation, use their services again. I would reccommend them to anyone. Great Job guys!!!

Estimated cost was much higher than others. Trying to push for decision on the spot. When that did not happen, Sears called the next day saying they just started a huge promotion.

the sales person was very knowledgable and friendly. He came to my house on the hottest day of the year, but didn't complain or rush me to make a decision on which unit was best for my home. I appreciate his honesty and that he wasn't just trying to make a sale. The installer was wonderful, although there were some challenges - it started poring the rain as he was just finishing pulling all his tools and the unit from his truck. He was completely professional, continued to work as much as possible, and was very thoughtful to not track mud into the house and on my carpet. It took longer than expected to complete, and he did have to call in another to help at the end, but I'm very pleased with the unit and with the vendor.

Through use of a test of the electrical meter determined that heater and/or A/C has been using an unusual amount of electricity, thus driving up my electrical bills. Have used Sears Heating and Cooling for more than a decade and have always been highly satisfied with their service. Sears representative arrived on time [1/2 hour early in fact] and quickly determined that central A/C unit needed cleaning [heater was fine]. Cleaned A/C housing and coil. Now I'll have to see if my heating bills go down.

There was nothing wrong with it. This is something you don’t see very often. They put a little freon in it but did not charge anything. They are very responsive and make sure to call you beforehand if anything is wrong. I am very pleased with them.

I have used Sear's Heating and Cooling for many years to inspect and maintain my heating system. In 2012, my system needed to be replaced due to its age, safety, and quality. I priced several companies, and was most pleased with the cost from Sears. The new system has operated well, and my heating and cooling bills seem a little lower. Because I have trust in this company, I renewed my Maintenance agreement, and they were here in May, for a system check-up. I have always found Sears Heating and Cooling to be knowledgeable and informative, to respond promptly and efficiently, and to offer a sound product line. I will continue my relationship with them based on that.

Our air conditioner stopped working so we called Sears to check it out. The capacitor was bad, so they replaced it. The entire service call was under 20 minutes since the tech had a capacitor available on his truck. We were surprised at the high cost, but with the heat as bad as it was at that time (summer 2012) and the affect it was having on our dogs, we bit the bullet and paid the price to have it fixed. The breakdown came to: $129 for an ER call and $229 for a Turbo Cap for a total of $356. We had a coupon for $20 off, so the total was really $336.

They've always delivered exactly what they say they will at exactly the price they quoted. They're always prompt and courteous.

The technitian took his time looking at the wiring diagram. I was worried for a while as he seemed a lttle confused. But eventually he figured out the problem. The AC has been running with no problem for the last 2 months.

Everything was fine and handled as discussed with them. We are please we chose Sears Heating/AC

They were hear for the annual air conditioning preventative maintenance. He called ahead, was very professional and friendly. Walked me through what he checked and what he found. Very thorough in his explanations. He also detailed whether the repairs are common, what my options were, etc. The air conditioning unit is 14 years old so I did not expect it to be perfect. Very happy with the service.

Even though we had a service contract with Columbus/Worthington Air we were told that they could not provide service till the next day. Friends had told us about the good service they had from Sears Heating and Cooling so we called them and they came within an hour. The service tech-Brian Swiger was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. We are extremely pleased with the service provided. If Brian is indicative of the quality of the service personnel at Sears Heating and Cooling we feel that we made a good call.

Jamie was on time for the estimate and very professional. He showed me a few different options and reviewed the pros and cons of each option. After getting two more estimates we choose to go with Sears. The installer was very professional and treated our home like his own even taking the time to talk to our curious 3 year old. Jamie stopped by during the installation to check the progress which was nice but not needed because the installer was great. The follow up letter from Cindy was very nice and they have a gained my future business. We were using Atlas Butler since purchasing a furnace from them two years ago but I feel like a number to Atlas where Sears treats me like a valued customer.

I was not really happy with them. I had trouble with them and will not call them again. My furnace was not working so I called them to check what was wrong with it and see if they could fix it because I did not have any heat. They replaced the stuff in it but it came through over almost $500 to get it fixed; I still did not have any heat. I called them back and they sent a team back out but said nothing was wrong with it. It was not cold in here and it was in November-December. They said it would take another $600 to get it fixed. I told them that I had paid them just a week ago and asked them why they did not fix everything at the same time. My son talked to them and they got mad. He told them that I could have bought another furnace for over a $1,000. They sent somebody else out and he said that all that they had to do was push a switch and the heat came back on. I will not be calling them again and I will be probably calling the people who put the furnace in even though they cost more. I thought could give them business because they were in my neighborhood and were not that far away from me. I actually called several others who could not come but they came. They were lousy because they did not do what they were supposed to do. They did put some new stuff on it like rubber pipes and rubber stuff on it because they were worn out but the heat never came on. I kept waiting hoping that the heat would come on. I was giving it time and they asked me why I waited for 7 days. I informed them that I was giving it time to work. My furnace kept stopping at 72 and would not go higher than that in winter. I had set it at 80 and still it did not go past 72. The last person who came out was fine. He went straight down there and it took him just 10 minutes and the quality was good.
