Description of Work: Scott Hall remodeling is a truly professionally run company. Their planning meetings with the clients prior to the job start, their meetings with the clients regarding specifics and the on-going weekly meetings with the clients while the work is proceeding is crutial to a successful project, something the company recognizes. Periodic payments are made easy through a funds transfer website. The company was easily accessible via telephone or e-mail and all of our concerns during the project were promptly addressed (there were few). Bryn, Pete, TJ, Sean and all of the workers were professional, respectful and perfectionists. The remodel was exquisite. What they did with the shower in the Master bath was fabulous. I hate getting up in the morning but getting into that shower to start my day makes it all worthwhile. The workmanship was beyond compare. Several times the guys redid some of the work because they did not like what our original plan had called or - and none of those changes added to the final price! Believe me , these guys are GOOD!

Description of Work: Scott Hall Remodeling replaced the tub in my downstairs bathroom with a custom shower, installed an exhaust fan, and replaced a window in the same bathroom. I was very impressed with their careful work and attention to detail. There were a few delays due to unexpected problems, some related to having an old house and old plumbing - but they very professionally solved the problems so that the shower ended up exactly as I wanted it. I was very glad I did NOT hire one of the companies that promises to complete the job in a day, because this was not a project that could be completed in a hurry. They are a small company, and I felt completely comfortable with them working in my home while I was not there.

Description of Work: Scott Hall met with me to discuss the remodeling of 2 bathrooms. He was thorough and provided excellent information on materials and processes used in his business.

Description of Work: We asked to have part of the work completed before Christmas, take a break during the holiday, and resume after the first of the year... that turned into one or more of the bathrooms being worked on right through the holiday..

Description of Work: Designed and remodeling our master bathroom. They were able to keep our tub and add a new designer shower and floor. Everything integrated well. Fantastic job, very professional.

Description of Work: It was a concern for me that my 91 year mother-in-law, who was coming to live with me, had a bathroom which was NOT handicapped friendly. Not being very creative, Scott helped me design a beautiful and extremely friendly handicapped bathroom. He kept within the budget he provided from the beginning and, he kept strictly to the timeline. He was pleasant and enjoyable to work with throughout the process. The crew, specifically Bryn, called me as instructed, to make important decisions every the step of the way. I enjoyed the process and the outcome was a beautiful and an amazing bathroom.

Description of Work: SCOTT WORKED WITH US THROUGH MANY, MANY MONTHS ON A MULTI-PHASE PROJECT TO ENCLOSE A BACK PORCH AND REMODEL HALF OF IT INTO A BATHROOM, REMOVE A WINDOW BETWEEN THE NEW ADDITION AND THE KITCHEN, TEAR OUT A WALL BETWEEN OUR KITCHEN & DINING ROOM AND REBUILD THE LOAD-BEARING WALL THERE INTO A COUNTER TOP PASS-THROUGH SPACE. IT WAS A VERY COMPREHENSIVE AND COMPLICATED PROJECT THAT HE WAS A PLEASURE TO PLAN WITH. SCOTT WAS EASY-GOING, NO-PRESSURE, WILLING TO LET US DO A LOT OF THE PRELIMINARY PREP WORK TO SAVE ON LABOR COSTS, AND VERY FLEXIBLE. HIS ULTIMATE GOAL WAS THAT WE BE SATISFIED WITH THE END PROJECT, NOT THAT HE WOULD BE MAKING MONEY OFF OUR CONTRACT WORK. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HIS INITIATIVE, CREATIVE SUGGESTIONS AND HELPFULNESS DURING THE ENTIRE PLANNING STAGES. WHEN HE CONTACTED US LATER IN THE YEAR TO LEARN WE COULDN'T COMPLETE THIS PROJECT, HE WAS OPEN & SUPPORTIVE OF OUR REVISED PLANS TO RENOVATE OUR HOUSE. WE SUBSEQUENTLY HIRED HIM TO DO IMPLEMENT THOSE REVISED PLANS.

WE BOUGHT THE MATERIALS, BUT SCOTT PICKED THEM UP FROM THE MANUFACTURERS.
