Eric Winter came out at our earliest convenience, and thoroughly explained the entire process, even showing us samples of the high quality materials they utilize. The time Eric Winter spent with us, and the information he shared far exceeded our previous estimate experiences. Eric Winter was also extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process, including our own insurance provider. Eric Winter's assistance and ongoing involvement with our insurance provider in this process was absolutely invaluable. Additionally, Eric Winter was always very responsive to any texts or calls. The installation only took one day, and Diego consistently kept us updated in reference to the install and any issues. The crew did an exceptional job of cleaning up, including the magnetic pick up of any nails on the ground. Schottenstein Roofing and Eric Winter will have us as customers for life.
