My first appointment they were a no show, I called they said it was a scheduling error. 2nd appointment only completed spraying around outside because employee did not feel comfortable spraying with my 10 month old Grandson on the premises. I was ok with that because he stated inside can be done on next visit and spraying outside should have big impact on our problem. 6 week follow-up appointment they called day of the appointment and left a message that employee would not be coming. They will call later in week to reschedule. 1.5 weeks later no call or contact. Since he sprayed outside I give them a D instead of a F.

Great. Sales person and installer were both friendly and helpful, answering every question and providing me with options. I would recommend the company for its personal touch and availability, especially compared to some of the larger "players" in this market.

Very well, the inspector was on time and was very through. He was very informative and open.

Worked great. haven't had any problems since.

The company did everything promised--two visits to exterminate. The professional who came to our home was knowledgeable about the chemicals being used and took time to listen to my concerns. We have not had any problems with fleas or other insects. They also guarantee their work.

Everything went very well as Andy Little of Scherzinger sent me an e-mail with a Prep Sheet attached for me to give to the tenant in preparation of the upcoming meeting. They also set-up an additional meeting within the next 30 days to ensure that the house is pest free.

They did. I haven't seen one of those creatures. I don't have a bug in my house. I had a fly in here two days ago and I killed it with fly fog. There are no bugs of any kind in my house.

They come out about every three months. They are due to come out again. They are good, they are really good. I would grade them an A. We had stink bugs in the attic. They had laid eggs in the attic, we don't know how they got up there. They went up in the attic and sprayed the eggs and for the bugs. They spray around the house. They got rid of all the stink bugs because they don't even come around here anymore. They are horrible because once they get going, they just keep multiplying. They are the only exterminators that will even attempt to kill stink bugs. They have a special kind of thing and they are very good. I would give them an A in everything. I started using the about 3 years ago.

Service was great. Timely and great follow up. One negative was they didn't call before they came. Service was effective.

Logan arrived promptly and diagnosed our problem.After getting a variety of different problems and prices for treatment he was professional in his presentation and did not try and pressure us to sign that day. When we made the decision to select the company he arrived promptly and treated our house. We discussed further options and he assured us that it was up to us! No long term year long commitments! What a pleasure to work with him! We highly recommend them!

Service is good, so far, but price is a different subject. Price - They get a D, but I get an F- because I didn't get anything IN WRITING before they came out to do the service. After the bright and capable technician came out and performed the work, he told me it had been priced incorrectly to me over the phone and he was very sorry, but the price for all my services was actually different. And, of course, different meant more, not less. The first tech I met last year was a good salesperson and worker, he was the primary reason I contacted ScherZinger again. Proceed with caution. Don't be dumb like me - - make them commit to a written price BEFORE they do the work.
