It was excellent.

All services provided in a timely and professional manner.

They had a cancellation that day and came and fixed the opener (in bitter cold weather) and checked out the garage door system. They were great.

great. He told me I had a good door that will last a long time - glad to have someone who didn't try to sell me other things I don't need.

Called then on Friday afternoon and they were able to come out Saturday morning and look at it. They did not have the spring needed for my garage door on the truck. Told me they could have it by Monday morning. They called me at 8:30 Monday morning and said they had the part. They were at my house before 9 am and the job was completed before 9:30. They replaced the spring and a bracket, balanced the door, lubed the hinges, adjusted the garage door opener, and cleaned, adjusted, and lubed the track. All for $205.

It went really well. Had to call them couple of times to schedule the service. But overall, very satisfied with the work performed.

I called them Saturday, morning at 9:30AM thinking I would have to wait until Monday to hear from them. I received a telephone call at 10:00AM telling me they will be out to repair my garage door. They ask if I want a call when they were available. At 10:30AM I received a another telephone call that they would be at my house in 30 minutes. They were prompt and I appreciated that I was able to get service on a Saturday at a very reasonable price.

A spring broke on my garage door on a Sunday. I called S&S and Bob came out within an hour and got the spring replaced. He was very punctual and knowledgeable. Great service.
