After using my Yard Machine Snow Thrower twice over the holidays, I could smell gasoline underneath the carburetor. I thought maybe I just flooded the engine by mistake. However, when I tried to start the engine to drain all the gas out, I could not start the engine and there were large backfires. I looked up authorized authorized dealers on Dec 31 and called several. Roush was the only service dealer that answered the phone. Terry answered the phone and indicated that I needed service after explaining what happened. The snow thrower weighs 250 lbs so I needed pick up and delivery. Terry said he could pick up the snow thrower on Thursday morning. He did. Terry said repairs might be able to be started by the next day (Friday). On Friday afternoon, Roush called and said the repairs were done and Terry would bring it back on Tuesday morning (today) between 8 and 10. I asked if I could get the snow thrower delivered first thing. Terry called me at 8:00 this morning and said he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived, Terry said he had started the snow thrower earlier this morning. However, we started it up and it ran smoothly. The carburetor had to be rebuilt. Terry was punctual and very friendly. The repairs were completed promptly and I was very satisfied.

They pick it up once a year for maintenance and they have been very nice. I have an electric starter on my mower and they helped me determine that I needed a new battery. They have no extra for pick up if you do it in the winter.

Very well, they are up front on cost estimate and time to complete the work. Give good advice on how to maintain mower during the season.

Smoothly, no problems. Called and asked to have the mower picked up. They picked it up and did the tune-up. Process took about a week, including pick-up and delivery.

CALLED - THEY CAME, TOOK HIM BACK TO SHOP, FIXED A CABLE THAT HAD COME LOOSE (NO CHARGE) AND RETURNED HIM IN TWO DAYS. THIS REPAIR MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN RELATED TO THE ORIGINAL REPAIR. HAVE USED ROUSH FOR YEARS NOW -=- ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE, A-1!!!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DELIVERED IT SO THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO PICK IT UP.

THEY FINISHED EARLIER THEN EXPECTED AND IT IS WORKING GREAT!

THEIR WORK WAS DECENT. HOWEVER, IT TOOK THEM 7 WEEKS TO GET THE WORK DONE (WHEN THEY ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED 4 WEEKS), AND THEY COULDN'T FIND MY SCREENS FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, AFTER I CALLED TO FIND OUT THEIR STATUS ABOUT 6 WEEKS AFTER DROPPING THEM OFF.

I CALLED ROUSH HARDWARE TO FIND OUT IF THEY COULD REPLACE THE SCREENS ON MY SCREEN DOORS. I DISCUSSED THE AGE OF THE DOORS AND THE STYLE WITH STEVE ON THE PHONE. HE CLEARLY TOLD ME THEY COULD FIX MY SCREENS. I DROVE 30 MINUTES TO WESTERVILLE LATER THAT DAY TO HAVE THE SCREENS FIXED AND HE ACTED AS IF HE HAD NOT TOLD ME HE COULD FIX THEM. HE SAID THEY COULD NOT FIX THEM. ANOTHER HARDWARE STORE IS NOW FIXING THEM FOR LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE I GOT FROM ROUSH.

ONLY REASON I GAVE A B IN QUALITY OF WORK IS BECAUSE I HAD TO RETURN MOWER FOR SOME ADDITIONAL WORK NOT DONE RIGHT. BUT THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PUNCTUAL IN MAKING AMENDS.

THEY SHARPENED AND CLEANED BLADE. I WAS ABLE TO PICK IT UP IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

THE SPEED WAS AWESOME AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.

VERY NICE PEOPLE, MOM AND POP SHOP AND THEY GIVE GREAT TREATMENT VERY PROMPT.

QUITE HAPPY. JOB DONE 3 DAYS EARLY! VERY SATISFIED.

REPAIRED MOWER, CHANGED GAS TANK, FIXED LEAK.
