Description of Work: They replaced 20 double hung windows in our house.

Description of Work: I had two windows in our basement replaced due to a leak and the other one was a garden window in our kitchen that started to droop. The salesperson was very helpful when he got there and told me what I could do and helped me fix another window issue at no Charge, they are not pushing the window sales onto you, just whatever you want to get done. They came when they said they would and completed the installation. The workers that came were polite and efficient. The only reason I gave them a B for price was because i wanted the garden window to be replaced by another garden window and they quoted me over $2,000 for just that alone. It seems very overpriced. I liked it because it gave our kitchen some openness, but i was just looking at our neighbors home so I couldn't justify paying that much. Thank you.

Replacement windows in general cost way more than I anticipated - the various estimates blew my mind. But the Rosati experience were competitive and previous customers took spoke so highly & my I agree.

Description of Work: A while ago we requested an estimate to finish our basement (our basement is unfinished).A Rosati rep came to our home to look at our basement and take measurements etc., which went fine.But then we never heard anything. I followed up, and I believe I got a couple brief email or voicemail, a few times but we never got a quote or a conversation about the project. The worst part is we gave the rep our home's blueprints (from 1961) and we never got them back, and I asked about this over email and voicemail (when I called). Our home was custom built (we're not the orig owners) in the 60's, so I don't believe there's a way to get a copy of the blue prints.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate for replacement windows. The estimator looked my windows and quickly said I didn't need full replacements but something much less expensive. I can't thank him enough for sharing his expertise and sashing me money too.

Description of Work: I had a few windows replaced. The salesperson was friendly and did not try to pressure me. The installation was professional as well. This was the only company to provide an estimate both on the spot, and provided a carbon copy for me to keep. I'd call them again.

Description of Work: All new windows....originally supposed to take 6~12 weeks to build and and intall...they did it in 4 weeks based on my need....HIghly recommend............good follow up and very customer oriented people.

Description of Work: I am so excited!!! Our 1956 Ranch is now modern. No more aluminum windows and the new windows are FANTASTIC!!! Not only do they look great, you really can tell they were made with care and installed with professionalism!! Mike, JD and Cliff worked hard and long to get 13 windows installed and two doors, even in the rain!!! They tested for lead, insulated, calked, fixed any oops from our old plaster and cleaned up beautifully. Doesn't even look like they were here!! I am so pleased with Rosati!!! Thank you so very much!!!

Description of Work: This past Fall (2010) we had a new entrance door replaced by Rosati and the work was excellent, as were all the representatives of this Company. I would rate Rosati Windows and Doors Company as top notch.

Description of Work: I find this very odd considering the consistently good reports Rosati receives. However, our experience was quite frustrating. We called for a quote to replace a large picture window. The Rosati representative came and inspected the window to provide a quote. We were told we would receive the quote in a couple business days. Several days passed without receiving the quote. we called to follow-up. our phone call was not returned. we followed up again. no return phone call. Several months have passed and the window has reached the top of our priority list again and we decided to give them one more chance. we called and the very pleasent admin looked up our file and connected us to our representative. we were routed to voicemail, left our information. 5 business days have passed with no response and no return call. We would have loved to do business with Rosati, but clearly they had no interest in doing business with us.

Description of Work: Replaced a very old handle on an old sliding door we had. I searched a long time to find a handle and had no luck until I called Rosati Home Improvement. They happened to have one that worked perfectly in their supplies they keep for situations like this. My handle and door aren't made anymore and can't be ordered or anything. But they had one in store from who knows what and kept it for a situation like mine. I'm cetainly grateful they didn't toss it and were able to use it for my situation. Very helpful, curtious and professional people.

The salesman, the "measuring man", the installers, and the "follow-up guy" all showed up when they said they would. WIndows come with a life-time warranty.

Description of Work: I had some areas on my fence I needed repaired and needed some general repair on my home. He seemed very rushed. He would not give a definitive estimate, only giving a ball-park figure and told me he would call back. He never called back, I called three times and never reached the owner, despite assurances to the contrary that they would call me back.
