Rosati Windows

We loved working with Rosati Windows. They were professional, great communicators, and delivered on any commitment they made. The installers were also very nice and took the time to explain what they were doing. The company offered a follow up inspection from a technician as well.

Great product, great service. The installation guys were considerate and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. We love our new windows and doors!

They were exceptional. They cleaned up after themselves, were in and out of here in a day and they replaced 14 windows in my home. There was no damage to my property. I was very impressed.

My overall experience was good. They put the windows and doors in one day. It was very clean. They were on time. They were very polite and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. They knew what they were gonna do next.

I have used someone for windows, replacement of windows and that was Rosati. The windows are very good. They were timely. They were neat workers. They got the job done when they said they would. To other Angie's List members I would say that if they want a good job, call Rosati. I would grade them 'A's across the board. I definitely will use them again in the future if I needed to.

I had purchased windows from them last year in April and put down a deposit, however I had to have foot surgery so I had to delay installation. They were completely fine with holding off and were accommodating with my schedule and situation. They are the best company ever! Their customer service is superb and their product has a lifetime warranty. I will continue to use them for my basement windows and doors in my home.

The installation is excellent and we are very happy with the results. Our installer, Mike, was very professional. He did an excellent job with the door and screen door installations, put new interior wood trim around the door and left everything spotless. He was careful not to damage the wallpaper in our front hallway and made sure to put matching caulking in between the doorsill and the front hallway floor. The new door is beautiful and really adds to the look of our home. Rosati installed a rear exterior door for us a few years ago and did a great job then. Their sales help are pleasant and go out of their way to assure the job goes well.

Everything was great. The windows work great and we have seen our heating bill decrease this winter. The house is definitely less drafty than before. We bought the windows with the wood on the inside for about half the windows. We wanted to be sure that they matched the original look of the house better. The vinyl windows look great and if we had to do it over again we would have saved money and gone with the vinyl for the whole house. The salesman, Butch, recommended the vinyl and we should have listened to him.

They were quick to respond when I called and reported a problem. They sent someone out to check all our windows within a couple days and immediately agreed the window glass needed to be replaced. They were back in a week or two to replace the bad panels. The person who came to do the work was very professional and worked quickly and neatly. There was no charge since the windows are guaranteed as long as we own the house. I would like to have given Rosati a better rating for quality, but having 6 window panes fail in such a short time is concerning.

It went well. They were here for two days and that was it. The quality of the work was good.

They did a good job. They were clean and professional. They arrived on time and it only took about an hour to an hour and a half. We were pleased with the service. They are busy, but its worth the wait.

We were unhappy with the original windows used when our condo was built. We had used Rosati in the past for our house (about ten years ago) and were happy with them. In October 2014 the salesman met us and assured us that they could match the color and design of the condo windows which is a condo requirement. He gave us the estimate, we agreed, and a week or so later a man came out to do exact measurements. We were told installation would occur in January 2015. On 1/28/15 we were called and told installation would be the next day. Short notice but weather was a contributing factor. On 1/29/15 there was a freezing rain, icy roads and it was just plain nasty. Four men in a truck showed up exactly at the time they said they would. These four men did not arrive in three piece suits but they were definitely dressed for the weather. I had moved our car out of the garage so they could operate from there. To a man, each had their own role: who was on the inside, who was on the outside, who was the "go-for," who did the inside caulking, etc. They were polite, one sang a bit, the others hollered out to others what the next steps were and in four and a half hours we had 12 windows replaced - in spite of what I would call horrible working conditions due to the weather: ice on driveway, snow on roof, etc. The windows are their own factory made basic white double hung. They are steel reinforced, very easy to operate and fit perfectly. Their product speaks for itself. I was concerned about installation but I am completely satisfied. They removed the old windows, installed insulation all around the opening and then securely fastened in the new windows. They added the trim work, caulked everything evenly and cleaned up thoroughly. They may not be the cheapest, but I highly recommend Rosati Windows as a product and service. It was worth every penny!

They did a great job. I was very happy with the windows. With the quality and service provided, I am going to get them for work again. I have already recommended them to my mother and she has her windows replaced. They were punctual and did a great job. They were not messy and cleaned everything up.

better than expected, they arrived around 9:00am, left around 12:00pm, they had cleaned up all the debris they were all very professional, any questions I had had they answered I will use them in the future for some replacement doors, also

I initially thought the presentation went ok. However after getting other estimates and having them talk more about the features and quality of the same door, showing me lots samples and helping make recommendations of what products would best meet my needs I am unimpressed by Rosati. The pricing for a midrange door was also much more expensive than the company I decided to go with.

Excellent service. Very professional. The door has been done all day. I was very happy because there is no more cold air coming through. I would use this provider again in the future.

It went well. The sale person came out looked at all my windows, the two windows in question , he gave me a quote . I felt it was a fair price. A few weeks later another guy came out to verify the size and measurements. 6 weeks later i has two guys show up and instal the windows. Great work.

jWe got estimates for the job in August and got one from Rosati knowing they had a great reputation, product, etc. but were likely to be more expensive than other estimates. (We had gotten estimates from them for installing windows a few years ago and although their windows were great the estimate was quite a bit higher than the one for the business we eventually hired.) When the estimate for the sliding glass door and screen from Rosati was the same as another estimate we went with Rosati. We were told it would take about eight weeks for the job to begin and I think it wasn't until late Nov. (not sure of the date) when Rosati called my daughter about the installation. My daughter was incredibly impressed by the professionalism of the installer and how quickly he was able to install the door and screen. We all love the new door and were very pleased with the quality. Only drawback, it took such a long time from initial estimate to installation but it was worth the wait.

It went very well and quick. Windows were installed in about 5 hours. John and Mike did an excellent job. They were professional and polite. They knew what they were doing very well. They were carfull with our belongings. They cleaned up after they were done. Very pleased.

I will summarize my unbelievably poor experience with Rosati Windows by letting you know that they left my family without doors for 48 days and did not repair the damage they caused to my home for 158 days. Imagine how your family and pets would live without any doors in your home for 48 days; we did not have any bathroom doors or bedroom doors. Imagine the embarrassment you would feel when your friends and family were uncomfortable visiting your home because there was no door to any of the bathrooms. Imagine the frustration you would feel when the president of the company you hired to work on your home told you it was his "number one priority" to get doors back in your home--only to have it take 48 days. Imagine the disgust you would feel when the president of the company you hired to work on your home accused you of not "liking" the paint finish/sheen. Then being told by him, "You have been ridiculous about the paint sheen," only to have him later admit, "We did it incorrectly." This is the reality my family faced because of Rosati Windows. Is this the kind of company you want to hire? Rosati Windows was hired to replace all of the interior doors and closets in my home. This included 15 doors and 4 closets. I indicated on my contract that the doors were to be painted with a semi gloss finish. When the doors arrived for installation, they were not painted as indicated on my contract. The doors were painted with a matte finish. In addition, my home was damaged by Rosati Windows during the installation: A hole was put in the wall at the top of the second floor stairs, a gouge was put in my new laminate flooring at the bottom of the stairs in the basement, baseboard moulding was removed and was not replaced which left exposed nails in every room with a closet and every corner of every closet was gouged and later covered with spackle that was not sanded or painted (despite paint cans being provided). Lastly, the quality of the doors was almost universally unnacceptable: Rails were split due to lock sets that were drilled in too tightly, doors were littered with paint boogers and overspray, gouges and scratches were present, one door was incorrectly measured and could not be installed, one bedroom bi fold closet had a 1.5 inch gap where the slabs met in the middle and two of the bi fold closets fell off of the track when opened because incorrect hardware was used for the weight load of the slabs. Is this the kind of company you want to hire? It is important for you to know that I specifically asked Mike Rosati, the president of Rosati Windows, if his company used the correct hardware for the weight load of the closet doors. He said, ?We did not.? I then asked if he was aware of the fact that two of the closets fell off of the track. He said, ?I do, because they were, they, they sent us the wrong hardware.? I followed up with the question, ?Are you accepting responsibility for using inadequate hardware?? He said, ?No, I?m not.? Mike Rosati refused to take responsiblity for the actions of his company that created a dangerous situation. Is this the kind of company you want to hire? I was in contact with the Vice President of Operations, John Vaccani, whom Mike Rosati referred to as his, "Six figure executive." The six figure executive was to help resolve the situation that had been created by Rosati Windows. After nearly three months of phone calls and in home visits with the six figure executive, Rosati Windows agreed to replace the damaged doors and repaint my doors with the finish I indicated on the contract. Rosati Windows originally tried to convince me that they could use a paint roller to fix the paint finish on all of my doors. I said that was not acceptable and that the doors would need to be sprayed in order to provide the factory smooth paint application for which I was to receive with my original order. This required Rosati Windows to remove all of the doors from my home. It wasn't until 48 days later that the doors were reinstalled in my home. Over the course of this time, I was told that Rosati Windows was, "Working as fast as we can" and that they, "Ran out of paint." During the 48 days that my family was without doors, I spoke with the six figure executive and requested on two separate occasions that the doors be reinstalled in my home because of the unreasonable turnaround time. Each time I was told, "No." Is this the kind of company you want to hire? In order for Rosati Windows to repair my damaged laminate floor, I had to provide the materials. The repairs took place 123 days after the damage had been done. I opened a new box of laminate flooring to provide the materials necessary for the repairs. Afterwards, the six figure executive told me that Rosati Windows would only be paying for the two planks it used to repair my floor. I told the six figure executive you cannot pay me for two planks because the product is sold in a box. I told him I would need to be paid for an entire box because that was what I provided for the repairs. The six figure executive argued with me and insisted Rosati Windows would only be paying me for two planks. Is this the kind of company you want to hire? In total, I was forced to take 6 days off of work to allow Rosati Windows to complete a job that was supposed to take 2. How would you feel if you had to waste your vacation time to have a company fix all of their mistakes? Is this the kind of company you want to hire? Rosati Windows demonstrated disrespect, recklessness, procrastination and arrogance during the time it took them to complete the job I hired them to do. Is this the kind of company you want to hire?

They were great. We are absolutely pleased with them. The price was way less than what other companies quoted. They were professional. They are a terrific company. They have a warranty as long as we live in the house. We are going to use them again next summer.

They didn't respond to my calls afterwards.

i checked several different companies for estimates. although most of the quotes were close in price. i choose rosati because of there promptness and reputation. it did take about 10 weeks for them to finish the job.but this created no issue. they did an excellent job upon installation. the did 1 window at a time. the day was very cold the day the windows were installed. so that was appreciated. the job was completed promptly on the day of install. any mess was cleaned up as well.everyone was very professional. i am very pleased with these windows. no more frozen windows and the house is noticeably more comfortable
