Paul called me back within a few hours of leaving a message and found a time for an estimate within a few days. He called to confirm before arriving promptly at the agreed upon time. After inspecting the crack and bowing in our block foundation wall, he gave tips for some external drainage improvements but said that based on the amount of movement he could observe, he didn't think his services were necessary at this time.

Paul was great! He was reasonable and an honest straight shooter in making recommendations and giving his professional opinion. He NEVER engaged in any scare tactics the way some companies do (the way other companies try to make you afraid of the idea of mold and some things like that). I really appreciated that. Paul came to let us know what he would do in our basement. He came to talk about HIS company and the work THEY do. I all appreciated that. His crew worked well and got the job done on time. They were usually a few minutes early pulling up at my curb for any appointments. It was a great experience and we'll be ready to continue our basement finishing as soon as the concrete cures.

very well I had studied a lot of information on the internet regarding how this project should be done. They did the job as recommended. They bring a large crew of hard workers so the job is done very quickly. They clean up after they are finished. I had cleaned out most of the junk in my basement before they started and that was a big help both to them and for me since i am thinking about selling my house. I interviewed three companies before doing this project and liked Rogers r service and moderate price .

Paul the owner quickly returned my call and scheduled time to inspect the wall. He showed up on time and took a look at the wall. He gave an honest opinion about what he thinks is happening and discussed the many different things that could happen (good and bad). He gave a quote on installing i-beams to secure the wall. No high pressure sales. He was very down to earth and said if you have extra money to spend fix the wall and have piece of mind. If you don't have extra money, maybe fix the front walk outside to improve the drainage. He said that may do it, we just don't know if the wall will continue to move or not. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They came over, did an honest assessment and suggested some things I could do myself to help the situation. If that didn't work the said to call them back. Didn't try to sell me any expensive fixes. Even though I ended up not using their service I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future

I highly recommend Rogers Basement Waterproofing Company. The sales person Paul was very professional, experienced (he brought a 5" binder containing a single spaced listing of completed jobs, with names and addresses, sorted by neighborhood) informative with excellent customer service skills. I enjoyed working with him. As he explained, his team of workers completed the job in one day. They, too were extremely professional and great to work with. I can't say enough good things about the experience.

Paul (the owner) responded to my inquiry quickly, stopped by and gave an estimate to me within a couple of days and once I gave him the ok, the work was completed within two weeks. The work was completed very well. His crew busted up the old concrete sidewalk and trenched a drain tube for my two downspouts to run through successfully to my front yard for proper water drainage. They added needed window wells and replaced the sidewalk with nice fill dirt (the amount needed for drainage) and took all the concrete from the premises. I even had some extra broken up cement near my garage that I needed removed and they were nice enough to get rid of that for me at the same time.

In my opinion, this is a great company. timely, solved the issue, and reasonable in price.

Great. Paul came out and evaluated our situation. We had to have about 15 yards of driveway cut to install five downspouts underground on that side of the house, and we needed new lines dug through yard, under patio, and around sprinkler lines to access the front, back, and sides. Paul explained the job, showed examples and provided references; he had a responsible and kind crew, who showed up each day at 8 to get the job done; and he followed up to make sure that it was done correctly. They carefully dug the trenches to the roads--replacing both grass, driveway concrete, stones, and patio bricks skillfully. They also put in a sump pump and dug trenches around some basement walls. Paul followed up to make sure that we were satisfied. Our basement is better than ever, and the system works.

In a industry where companies are trying to rip you off, it is refreshing to have an honest and reputable company do a job for you. Rogers' get a A++++ from us. This is why. The Forman (not a salesperson) came to the house and was honest and told us the cracks on the walls were normal settling cracks and we did need the wall re-enforced like the previous quote we had received. This saved us $1600. There was a misunderstanding with their Forman on the day of the job. He suggested we do less work then we had contracted for. When we advised him that we wanted the job to be done per the contract, it was done. When I called the office to discuss my concerns, the office lady assured me the owner would be notified. The Forman called me to discuss my concerns. Then the owner called me. He was very concerned that I was happy with their service and work. He took the time to discuss my contract and the work preformed. He gave me his cell phone just in case I had any problems or questions. He even sent someone out the next day to fix a very minor issue. Over all Roger's is the best company I have ever dealt in 30+ years. They care about customer service and their good name. Mr Roger really impressed me. My basement looks great and the sump pump appears to be working great. Thank you again Mr. Rogers!

Paul came out and examined my entire basement and crawl space, as well as, the entire perimeter of my home. He determined that my basement and crawl space are extremely dry, no moisture problem. He advised me to keep my dehumidifier running. He didn't feel that there was anything else that was needed. On the outside of my home there is one area by a downspout that looked like it could be suspicious. He asked me to look at this area during a heavy rain to determine what may be causing the pounding of the rain, which in turn is changing the grading. Again, Paul felt nothing needed to be done, at this time, just monitor. I am very impressed with Paul and his company. Honestly and Integrity is exactly what I received. I cannot say enough great things about my experience.

Provider set Paul, their serviceman out. Showed him a video how water was coming into basement, walked him around basement to show damage. He mentioned a few things that needed to be done. At no time did he pull out a tape measure or even have a tablet to write down my issues to prepare an estimate. When I asked about financing since he gave an estimate of the top of his head of about $8,000, he stated his company no longer does that and he would need half up front and the remainder upon completion. He also mentioned that his company was one of the top ones on Angie's List. At no time did I feel he wanted to even do my job. I told him that it was a mute point to discuss the job any further since they did not have financing. I am going with another company to get the job done. This company was just one of three that I choose from Angie's List to obtain estimates.

I had one basement wall that had moisture, mold and water seeping that needed looked at, addressed and corrected. I did my homework in searching for a company to do the job and went with Rogers Basement Waterproofing (RBW). The BEST decision I made! Upon making my initial phone call to them they came out within two days, assessed the issues, explained what they would do and when they could do it. I was relieved and anxious to move forward in having them do the work. This is what I can say with conviction: 1) The employees, office staff, ownership and management team are professional, personable, hardworking and genuine. They take tremendous pride in what they do and backing it up 2) They stand behind their warranty with pride in that they have with no hidden costs or exceptions. In fact they pride themselves in "doing the right thing" and did other work that was not discussed and did so at no charge! 3) The crew of men that came out to do the work were VERY nice, HARD working and were always hard at work, their work process and etiquette was impressive to say the least. They always maintained clear communication with one another during the job, explained everything they were doing to me along the way and when they finished they cleaned up after themselves. They did a FANTASIC JOB. I would, without a doubt, recommend them to others and have! Thank you RBW!!

The company came on time. They were all very friendly and worked until all 5 downspouts were rerouted. One line went through a large myrtle bed and then through the lawn to the street. All lines were hand dug and the grass or mulch was replaced. They also added cleanout sections on the downspouts. Was very worried about digging the other 4 lines through the front lawn full of maple roots. But Paul came up with a plan to avoid that. Am very pleased with the work.

large team got the job done quickly, efficiently and completed the entire job through a small basement window. Very light on the environment - house and landscape left just like they found it, even while using heavy equipment and moving stone and concrete. The plumbing changes both inside and out were very well done. I had discovered a leak in my plumbing the night before the job. The team took time to understand the problem and incorporate a fix with the basement work. They also installed an extension to one of my downspouts using buried pvc pipe to ensure proper drainage. Paul and team were enjoyable to work with and did a fantastic job. Very impressive.

Paul came out to look at the water problem we were having on our basement wall. He was prompt and professional and we definitely felt he knew what he was doing as he has many years of experience. The work crew came out to the house. There were six of them and they worked non-stop, finishing all the work, inside and outside, in a half day. When they had to take up some of our grass in the front yard, they put it back and no one would know there was work done there. We've had some heavy rains since the work was done and there has been no water problem since. Thank you, Rogers Basement Waterproofing! Everything went well. Paul came out on time to give the estimate. We agreed on the day work would be completed. The crew of 7 showed up on time and got right to work. The team worked well together and quickly. After getting into the work they advised a new sump pump and crock. They painted! So far so good! Would be happy to use them again, but happier if I never have to. ;)

Owner, super nice guy & very courteous. Workers were very professional, hardworking, and friendly. I would recommend them to friends/neighbors. Had basement waterproofed, took 2 days, dug up trench in entire edge of basement walls, installed pvc pipes, sump pump, and sealed back up with cement. No more wet basement. The crew cleaned up and everything went smooth, they kept us aware of what was being done and how it was going.

I can't say enough good things about Rogers Basement Waterproofing! From Paul's initial estimate through the final sweeping up, all was smooth as silk! The basement had a number of issues, including multiple leaks, overall dampness, mold, and a bowed wall. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and recommended exactly what was needed to address each of them. Rogers installed a perimeter French drain system, installed a sump pump, removed mold from the walls, braced the bowed wall with five I-beams, and replaced two drain lines to the street. One of the street drain lines involved digging up the driveway but they were able to accomplish that job leaving the drive looking better than it had initially! Communication from the company was outstanding! The first day the crew was going to be a little late because of a traffic backup and Paul called as soon as he saw there was a problem. He also called each evening to see if I had any questions and ensure that I was happy. The final drain line to the street had to be postposed until slightly warmer weather so that patch concrete would set correctly, but Paul kept me informed throughout the interval. All of the crew members without exception were friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable about their job, and very hardworking. A previous reviewer has said they work together "like a well-oiled machine" and I would second that. They obviously take great pride in their work and very much like working for Rogers. Paul, in turn, is very proud of his crew and his company, as well he should be! Thanks so much Paul, Nicole, and guys for a great job!

I've waited a couple of weeks to write this to see if the rains and now snow melt left any random puddles in the basement. As expected the basement is dry and sump pump is cranking - but tripled my electric bill :-( and there is water reaching the street from the new drain! From the front office (sorry, I forget her name - but she was so nice and super patient with my questions) to the "crew", you could not hire a better company. Paul came in November and I liked him immediately. He is truly a pro and you can tell he has done this forever! Other than joking to increase my price due to my football team alliance, he knew what he would be in for before he even got into the basement. He walked me through the entire process; what the drain did, why it was needed, etc. He continued to tour the basement and outside while I read up on the information he provided. He pointed out other fixes that all were in the price he gave in the first few minutes. He moved the HVAC drain that used to stretch across the floor and sit on an open drain to a new no trip-hazard next to furnace and within the new drain channel; replaced the bottoms and then connected the 3 drain spouts and sump drain to the new main drain out to the street. He promised to take care of everything! With the mild winter, we moved up the date but the poor guys were there on probably the coldest days. Paul arrived first and shortly after the crew arrived. He made sure the lead knew everything and within minutes they were getting to work. One of the reasons I felt comfortable hiring Rogers was that Paul spoke so highly of his crew - and it's one crew - no outside contractors. I stuck around the first morning for about 3 hours - I have an anxious cat and I knew it would be noisy, and I'm kind of nosey. When I came home from work that day, they had the entire trench dug inside, all 3 drain spouts fixed and the trenches dug through the yard connecting everything. The following AM, I felt comfortable heading straight to work. When I came home from work, it was done...everything, including the city inspection, done - in 2 days! Angry, anxious cat met me at the door and I called Paul immediately - afraid she may have escaped her room during their work and attacked the workers...he offered to come back and patch up where she decided to test the new cement (she's kind of chunky) but the paw prints are hardly noticeable. By the next weekend I was able to repaint the floor and felt comfortable putting throw rugs down. Expect some clean up - they are jack-hammering your floor so some dust in inevitable. But it was a much cleaner process than I expected. They covered everything I had to leave down there and left no mess - even outside - you can hardly tell where they dug up the yard! I never thought my basement was that damp, but I noticed a difference in the air immediately and sweaters that would take 3 or 4 days to dry on the rack are now dry in less than 24 hrs. If you have any dampness or worse in your basement, call Rogers! Again, everyone involved was great to work with! And they truly took care of everything!

They created 4 holes in basement floor about 1 foot down. Put the beams in and then with 2x6s created bracing among joists for about 3-4 feet. They started right at 7:30am with prep to keep house clean. Paul, the boss was also there at 7:30am to explain what exactly needed to be done with his guys and then asked if I had any questions or concerns. Three guys worked for 4 hours, which was estimated time, and then they were gone. Everything was cleaned and they politely said good-bye and Merry Christmas. I went down in basement saw the 4 beams cemented into floor with bracing and the large crack was mudded along with cement was placed between beam and wall gaps. I was thrilled with their work, ability to get it done quickly, and explanation of the entire service. Also enjoyed only having to contact Paul to get estimate, contract, and service date. Even Paul followed-up with phone call afterwards. One big "thank you" to Rogers Basement.
