Description of Work: Waterproofed basement that had been habitually wet-not flooded, but would experience water on floor during wet periods such as the 2015 winter and spring. Basement has remained dry from the very day the work was completed. This is the first time in the 22 years I have lived in this house that the basement is dry.

Description of Work: installed French drains around perimeter of basement and painted basement walls. Very professional, neat and punctual. Explained each step of process and what to expect.

Description of Work: Installed beams to correct bowing wall, fixed drainage/weep holes, and applied waterproof paint. Paul was very responsive to our needs to minimize costs, but not to the point that it would compromise the project. Other estimates were putting a bandaid on the problem -not fixing it. Paul and his crew were prompt and professional. It looks great. They did an amazing job on the clean up too. The warranty on the work is also a great benefit too. I would highly recommend Roger's Basement for basement work.

Description of Work: Installed 3 beams on a basement wall. Upon meeting Paul for the inspection there was no bull. I knew what I wanted and he knew what he could do. I did contact him after and sent him a picture of a worry I had and he responded right away with the solution. The crew was clean polite and impressed my father to the point that he will be using them in the future.

Description of Work: We had problems with water leaking into our basement and cracked concrete block walls. Paul came out and assessed the job. We needed new drain tiles, I-beams to brace a wall, some new pipes for our sump pump, and we wanted two glass block windows. A crew of 8 guys came out and did the work over a two-day period. They were friendly and professional and invited me to come downstairs to see the work they were doing, all of which was inside the house. They explained that the builder's concrete crew messed up by pouring too much concrete, which blocked the weep holes and pipes, so the water had nowhere to drain. All of the crew knew their specific jobs, and it was a pleasure to watch them work in tandem on the coldest, snowiest days of the season. They cleaned up everything and answered all of my questions. Paul explained some work we'll need to do next spring to build up pulverized clay near the foundation so that water drains away from the house to avoid future problems. I highly recommend Rogers.

Description of Work: Was having a problem with bowed basement walls. I had done several things |on my own in an effort to correct the problem but felt I needed professional help. I contacted Rogers Basement Waterproofing and Paul Boeriu came out to give me an estimate. |After looking at the walls he gave me some 'advice' on correcting the problem instead of an estimate . . . what a surprise. | He thought the work I had done would take care of the problem but I had quit too soon. He gave me some pointers on what to do, wished me 'Luck' and left. |Any other basement problems I'll call Rogers first.

Description of Work: They dug up and replaced my existing drainage tiles along two sides of the basement. They were also willing to break up and haul away my concrete utility sink at no extra charge. | |The job went very well! There were no surprises. The guys arrived while I was working. When I got home, they were very friendly and showed me what they had accomplished so far and explained what they still had to do. Once the job was finished, they took me on a tour of the job to make sure I was satisfied, to answer any questions, and to explain what I should do in the next couple of days. Everyone I dealt with from the beginning stages of getting estimates to the end of the project was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and professional. Thanks guys!

Description of Work: We had water leakage in our basement and had a few estimates but we were most impressed with the solution, price and information provided by Paul with Rogers Basement Waterproofing. The solution was to dig a trench in the floor and insert a drainage pipe to the sump pump, add supports to the wall and replace the piping outside of the house to the curb. The crew arrived promptly at 8am and immediatly started working. They laid plastic over the floors and stairs that they would be using. One gentleman came up and closed the basement door stating "they would try to keep the noise down" I told him it didn't matter since I was going to work to escape from the dirt that would be created. He explained to me that there wouldn't be much dirt, if any, since they place a rag over the jack hammer and keep it wet which contains the dirt and dust. I was skeptical but when I returned from work in the evening you could not tell that any workers had been in the house and that they had been busting up concrete! In the front and side yard they dug up the old pipe by hand, replaced it with new pipe, recovered and placed the grass back then tampered it down--you could not even tell anything was done in our front yard! They did an amazing job and we highly recommend them.

He went on to suggest a few simple things to try and watch the leak in the basement wall before scheduling an appointment to estimate the repairs. Description of Work: Came out to evaluate basement wall cracks. Had a total of 3 providers come out and do the same. Paul was very honest. He said that for now, my money would be better spent on making sure the dirt grade sloped away from the house, and to get my gutters to drain all the way to the street. One of the other companies I called had told me that I needed to put beams in as soon as possible.....just so he could get a sale. I appreciate Paul's honesty, and would use his company if the need arises in the future.
