Description of Work: I needed an inspection of basement with minimal leaking and after review he advised me that I didn't need major basement repair but instead should look into improving the grading outside in the flower beds. I appreciated his honest opinion -- not trying to sell me more than I needed.

Description of Work: They dug up and replaced two drain lines from our downspouts to the curb because they had become completely clogged with roots from a tree in our front yard. They were on time for the estimate and repair appointments and wasted no time at all. The yard showed very little signs of anything being done at all when they left and they did a follow up call a few days later.

Description of Work: After speaking to Everdry Waterproofing, I called this company for a second opinion. The service person looked over my basement, assured me that it was structurally fine, and we discussed solutions to unrelated high humidity, with an estimate for sealing my crawl space and a better humidifier. Overall, he was professional and courteous, and there was no push to purchase anything at the time of consultation.

Description of Work: in 2005, they put in a sump pump and perimeter drain. There were no more rivers of water after that!

Description of Work: I had some serious problems with water seeping into my basement from several cracks in the foundation when we had any significant rainfall. This company sealed the cracks promptly, and they cleaned up the work area very well. I have had no water in my basement since the repairs, despite several heavy rains.

Description of Work: Rogers Basement Waterproofing completely waterproofed my parents' 38 year old basement. The basement had water damage in each corner and also had some buckling in two walls. Rogers installed their perimeter waterproofing system, 5 wall support beams, and painted the walls with waterproof sealant. The estimate process was professionally conducted by Paul Boeriu. He spent as much time as I needed to understand the entire process which was very much appreciated. When the process was actually performed, the crew was very professional and mindful of leaving the home in better condition than they found it. Many times, I have experienced damage to carpet, woodwork, etc. with these types of large processes. Description of Work: Paul was prompt and even rearranged his schedule because of a problem I had in keeping our appointment. He looked at water damage and mold in basement, identified source of water (which had already been fixed) and told me that I did not need the kind of work his company does (many other companies would have tried to make a sale anyways). I was impressed by Paul's knowledge and honesty and will keep Roger's Basement Waterproofing on my A list for the future.
