Well. Paul came, inspected, and said they were not the right company for our specific job. We appreciate honesty.

I felt like I received a very honest explanation, saving me over a thousand dollars based on another company's estimate.

Couldn't have asked for a better transaction. Paul did everything as promised, on time, and on budget. They even took the time to hand dig the drain line trenches so the grass could be put back in place. He has been very responsive to follow up calls and really stands by his work.

Paul, the owner, was out to my house today to assess my basement. After he viewed my basement, asked a few questions, and walked the perimeter of my house outside, he told me I didn't need his services,and that I had a problem with my gutter lines. I appreciate his honesty and would definitely recommend him. Very friendly and personable guy.

We called several companies to get estimates. Paul Rogers came out, explained the problem to us, assured us that nothing in the basement needed to be done. He also suggested we have someone come out and scope the line to the street from the downspout to see if that was the problem - and it turned out it was. After we got another estimate, we had Paul come out again and give us a full estimate on replacing the lines, inserting the window well extension, and re-grading the lawn next to the house to prevent the rain problem from occurring anymore. He did, and even though he told us it could be a bit of a wait, his company was actually able to come out within two weeks to do the work. They were prompt, very professional, very nice, and very neat. They worked quickly - no idle standing around. And even though we had a thunderstorm in the middle of their work, they continued anyhow! I was impressed! They left the ground in good condition and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with basement water issues.

I had Paul come out to check on my basement since there is some mold on the walls. He discussed options - both short and long term solutions. I appreciated his expertise and that fact that he wasn't trying to make a quick buck. I felt he was looking out for my welfare and gave me the most feasible options to work with at this time.

Everything went well! Great experience from beginning when we met with Paul for an estimate to the end. Very labor intensive work but nice workers who were very willing to explain all they were doing to my husband so he could fully understand the process.

Paul came out and helped me figure out I have a downspout issue. Once we (he) figured out the problem was outside the scope of what his company does, we shook hands and he left. Paul was sincere, helpful, and professional; if I ever needed a basement to be waterproofed, I would hire them in a second.

The guys were great. Tried to finish before the downpour. Could barely tell that we had the grass dug up to put in new pipes.

They brought in extra guys to make sure the job was done before the heavy rains started. They also dug up pieces of sod to replace so you could barely tell any work was done.

Paul was awesome! Came out and gave us a quote and then fit us in his schedule within 2 days. He even recommended a person to tear out the porch and replace. We had it all done within 2days thanks to Paul!!!

The company was responsive and Paul came over on time. After looking at the problems in the basement, Paul told me the problem was the drain or the down sprout above and suggested that I call gutter and drain company. Paul was very honest and helpful. It went fantastic! Paul arrived at pre-arranged time to look at the basement, discuss options and quote price. A few days later I called him to get things rolling. He arrived on time and I gave him the designated down payment. The crew arrived at 8AM on the scheduled day and immediately began working. They worked for two days installing 8 steel beams, digging a trench around the perimeter of the basement, putting gravel and plastic drain pipe in the trench, installing a sump pump, digging a trench to the curb and drilling a hole in the curb for drainage. They even tied my downspouts into the drain line. It looks fantastic with no downspout extensions to mow and weed eat around. This was a no nonsense crew that were professional and courteous throughout the job. I am totally pleased and feel like I dealt with an honest company with integrity that takes pride in their work. Best of all I have a Lifetime Warranty for a waterproof basement at no extra charge!

The crew arrived promptly at 8 am on the scheduled date. They were courteous and professional. Digging the new line from two downspouts to the street involved working around extensive landscaping and two flagstone paths as well as trenching the lawn and cutting through the sidewalk. They hand dug the trenches and carefully moved all the mulch on the flower beds, replanted perennials that were over the new line, replaced all the mulch and grass and left everything in perfect condition when the job was done.

They gave me a free consultation over the phone, assessed my situation and redirected me to another provider who was better suited to my specific issue (outside gutter over flow) as a first course of action. I appreciated the honesty and referral. Thank you Paul.

Mike Stearns walked me through the entire process, as I was a bit nervous about such a big job. The crew showed up early Wednesday morning and they were done by Thursday afternoon. The guys were very friendly and responsive to my questions. I could not be happier!

I met with Paul. He came to our home two days after calling. Was right on time. We had work done back in the fall by another company and we were not happy with the work that had been done. The previous company had built out a concrete ledge that they said was necessary to keep the basement dry. It was a 12"x 12" step that projected from the floor and looked awful. We were told this was the only way to handle our wet walls. Paul was very honest and said although it was ugly and unnecessary, there was no work for him to do. He went over the method he would have used but said he did not feel comfortable redoing the job because he felt like he was not correcting anything other than this massive step out and was taking money that wasn't necessary. He told me to save our money. I very much appreciated his honesty and will definitely be calling him back with any basement concerns!!!!

Perfect experience! Paul came to our house, walked us through the root causes of our water issues, and explained the different methods of resolving them, including competitors'. He was very straightforward, relaxed and helpful. We decided to have a french drain installed, and Paul's crew were great to a person; friendly, respectful, competent, prompt in their work, and they even did some extra work for us at no charge! Excellent. My crawl space was smelling musty. Paul (co-owner) returned my message the same day I called and came to the house the next day. We discussed the work to be done. He also educated me on some issues the crawl space had which I never thought of but were on target. A week later a crew of 3 men came to do the work. They were polite and professional. They took down insulation that was 30 years old and had mildew. They wrapped it in plastic and removed it to the outside so no insulation particles or mildew were spread through my house. They killed the mildew on the bare walls and applied waterproofing. A week later when the waterproofing dried, they returned to seal the plastic sheeting for the radon system to the wall. Both times they cleaned up better than I was expecting. I'm glad I hired them.

Owner, Paul, called us back the same day and visited a few days later. He was punctual, very personable and very knowledgeable. He took his time and looked over the situation in our basement. Right off the bat, he indicated we did not have much of a problem, that it could get worse and if it did, the way to hande it if we decided to do so. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We decided not to proceed with any work at this time, but should anything worsen, we would call Paul without any hesitation.

Paul called back within just a couple hours. He was very professional and helpful, but unfortunately they specialize in waterproofing and ours is not a water problem. Even though we determined early on in our phone call they weren't the company for this type of problem, he spent time answering any questions I had about our situation. He helped me prepare for calling the next company. If we ever do have a basement water problem, I'll definitely call these guys! Thank you, Paul! :)
