ROGERS BASEMENT WATERPROOFING CO. UTILIZES A 24 HOUR LIVE ANSWERING SERVICE. ALL CALLS COMING INTO OUR OFFICE INITIALLY GO THROUGH THIS SERVICE. THE SERVICE KEEPS A COMPUTERIZED RECORD OF ALL CALLS. WE USE THIS SERVICE TO INSURE THAT OUR CUSTOMERS AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ARE HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. IN CHECKING THE RECORDS FROM OUR SERVICE, NO CALLS CAME INTO OUR COMPANY ON THE DATE OF THE REPORT, OR THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE REPORT FROM THIS CUSTOMER. WE WOULD GLADLY PROVIDE THE NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OUR SERVICE IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS INFORMATION VERIFIED. ROGERS BASEMENT WATERPROOFING CO. THE ONLY POSSIBLE REASON THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED SUCH A REPORT, IS PERHAPS THE CUSTOMER CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS IS NOT UNUSUAL. OCCASIONALLY, A CUSTOMER WILL CALL ONE COMPANY, WHILE CALLING FOR BIDS, THINKING THAT THEY ARE CALLING ANOTHER. REST ASSURED THAT ROGERS BASEMENT WATERPROOFING CO.
