Rogers Basement Waterproofing

WOW! We had our basement waterproofed a couple of years ago by Rogers. I started to worry because my sump was almost dry. I called TODAY, January 1... a holiday!... to ask a question regarding my sump. I NEVER expected a call today! But, I received a phone call and was given excellent advice and help! Thank you so much! We are still SO thankful that we hired you to do the waterproofing and even more so, now that I know you will still assist us even after the job is done! THANK YOU!!!

Paul called ahead and arrived on time. He gave us his honest opinion that we should use water plug to stop the leak. It was only minor. If that does not fix the problem we can call him again.

The owner Paul Boeriu came out and identified the issue right away and knew the correct solution to the problem. The service was scheduled, and associates along with Paul arrived on time and began working on the issue which Paul correctly identified. They did an excellent job in determining what the cause of leakage was and installed a hydro glow network, repaired the floor, wall, and pipes that had failed. A new floating floor was installed and the area cleaned up and painted. Customer service was excellent.

Rogers came in and fixed everything perfectly. They were all very nice and they were accommodating. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

We loved Rogers Basement! Paul gave us the estimate, and thoroughly explained what they would be doing to my house. They installed a new drain system in our basement, new sump pump & new exterior drains. The team was professional, did a great job, and cleaned up when they were done. We've had several big rain storms since the work has been done, and my basement is dry. When they replaced the exterior drains, they were able to replace my existing grass back on top of the new drains! That was so nice, as I've seen multiple neighbors with a "line" of dirt on top of the new drains out to the curb. I would definitely recommend.

Paul was very professional and honest about what I probably needed done. Rather than try to sell a service I didn't need, he suggested I contact the city to have a pressure test to see if my main water supply line had a leek. Other basement companies wanted to start cutting holes in my basement to fix the leak before knowing the root cause. Paul was correct that the leak was coming from the main water line and that was what needed fixed not the basement. I appreciated his honest and integrity and he would be the first company I call for any plumbing needs I have in the future. Thanks again Paul !

I live in a 1910 house with poured concrete foundation walls. I have had a problem with water intrusion over the past two years I've lived in this house. After the horrible rains of the past two months, I knew the time had come to have the problem fixed. I interviewed 6 companies and each one had a different solution. I was hoping to compare apples to apples. The last one was Rogers and I couldn't believe how they looked over my situation and began to "think outside the box." The answer they came up with was something no one else had thought of and it fit the problem to a tee! I called three references and they were all happy with their results. The company went out of its way to make sure my problem was solved in the best way possible. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them! I also like that they have been in business since 1975.

Paul returned my call the same day and said he had an opening around lunchtime the next day. He came and took a look and said they could do about $10k of work that might fix the problem, or I could do some DIY tests involving drainage and downspouts outside first, which he said most likely would be the source of the problem and I could take care of it myself. I will perform those tests when/if spring actually ever comes, but if it turns out that I actually do need the work, you can bet I will call him back.

Fabulous! Rogers Basement Waterproofing employees were very professional and did a wonderful job installing all the new drains and relocating the sump pump lines. They had to remove a portion of my deck (to install new pipes) and put the deck back together perfectly. The yard also looks great where the new pipes were laid. Mike Stearns was so wonderful to deal with, as was Nicole (in the office). I definitely would recommend them.

We had several basement waterproofing companies provide suggested solutions to prevent water from seeping through our poured concrete basement wall. Each estimate included extensive work both inside and outside our home and cost several thousand dollars. However, only one person, Mike Stearns with Rogers Basement Waterproofing, suggested that prior to spending a bunch of money on waterproofing efforts we have our downspout drain lines checked for clogging and damage. Sure enough, we had a small section of line that had settled overtime and needed to simply be raised. Mike's honesty, integrity and helpful nature was refreshing and has made me a Rogers Basement Waterproofing customer for life!

Extremely well. Mike was down to earth, personable, summarized the work to be done and cost very well, and answered all questions. Obviously very competent. The workers were very courteous, efficient and expeditiously cared out their duties with minimal disruption to us. It was a pleasure to do business with the company representatives.

Rogers basement was great all the way around starting with the quote interaction with John all the way until the job was finished and the crew making sure I was satisfied before they left. They did not pressure me to overspend on Basement excavating but instead recommended we start from the outside with cheaper options and go from there. They sent an entire crew over with three trucks to knock out all of the downspouts in one day. They laid sod over all of the dig spots so that you couldn’t even notice they were there. All in all, a great hire.

A crew of 8 workmen arrived on Monday morning as scheduled and began work right away. Four of them went to the basement and the other four went outside to work on the downspouts. I found the crew to be courteous, professional, efficient and a cohesive group. The supervisor kept me informed throughout the process on what was being done and what to expect next. Although it got noisy for a little while (jackhammers tend to do that), I was pleasantly surprised at the camaraderie that I witnessed throughout the process. The whole procedure took less than two days and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended and would keep them in mind for any future projects.

It went very well. They took old cement out through the basement window and brought the gravel and new cement in through the window. They cleaned up everything before they left.
