Description of Work: He was supposed to come by this afternoon and bring material for a deck, porch, fence and a hot tub pad. He confirmed that he could come by today and put in a hot tub pad in. I cancelled both a business appointment and a medical appointment to wait for him to come. I waited, and waited. I called and emailed him and left a message. He later called and said he was planning to come in the evening which is not what we talked about earlier. He first said he understood he was supposed to come in the evening, and then later said he sometimes runs behind. He never apologized for my wasted day. He asked what do you want me to do? I asked if he could come and get the hot tub pad done tomorrow. He said yes he could. When I suggested I needed to talk to my husband about this he then proceeded to suggest he take the material back and just forget the job. He lacks good communication and professionalism in my opinion and has no respect for a person's time.
