+ -1 moreOver all this is an A+ company. They could do nothing better then they do now in my mind. Their Techs are well trained and professional also.
Description of Work: If you are looking for a company that is honest, fair priced, and professional then this is the company for you. I have used them for several years now. I am a service agreement customer. This provides me annual inspection and cleaning for my furnace and ac. I receive top priority when I call, and I get a discount of 10% off parts if I need them. They are very good at calling and scheduling my service. I no longer have to worry about this. Everyone can appreciate this kind of service in today's world.

Description of Work: We could not have been happier with the service that was provided. We needed heat and when they came out, they were on time, called ahead to let us know they were on their way, looked over the situation, explained in detail what they found and what our options were. We were then given time to decide with no pressure from the Tech. We had the control board replaced and were explained to that we are looking at replacing the system in the future, which we will be calling them for sure. Their professionalism was beyond what we have found in the past with other heating and cooling companies.

Description of Work: The blower on our furnace stopped working, consquently we had no air conditioning for our home during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Lee, from Rightway, came to our home after hours to inspect the unit and tried to keep our A/C limping along until a new blower could be ordered and installed. The next day he arrived and installed the new blower and also noticed some of our ductwork was closed off and fixed the issue. Now our house cools much more efficiently. Even though Lee wasn't able to get the blower unit until the next day, he understood and sympathized with our situation. He put us at ease and made us feel like we were a priority. When the part and approval came through the next day, Lee came to fix the blower promptly. I am most grateful for his understanding and sense that we were one of his highest priorities.

+ 0 moreThere was someone else who was better than Rightway Home Maintenance. Their responsiveness was very good since they came out on the same day I called them. The guy who came out was on time too. If need be, then I would call him back for another estimate.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Rightway Home Maintenance in this month for replacing a hot water heater and for installing a new tankless water heater.

+ -1 moreOk, there was some miscommunication in the beginning but they were more than happy to correct it. A problem with the post needed to be fixed due to circumstances beyond their control (i.e. weather) and they came back out and corrected the problem with no fuss.
Description of Work: Repaired rotted porch ceiling, gutter fascia, and installed post and soffit vents.

+ 0 moreA bedroom window had leaked leaving the drywall wet and bubbled. We called Rightway Home Maintenance, and they sent a man who fixed the window leak, and repaired the drywall. Work was performed so well, you could never tell there had been a problem. Excellent work!
