Description of Work: The owner, Ron, visited our home during March to discuss replacing our front entrance door. He provided several options and recommended either ProVia or Milliken products. We had a difficult time selecting a product from the catalogs so Ron later met us at APCO to see product displays from each vendor. Based upon this review we selected Milliken. Ron prepared an estimate for a door with two sidelites and we placed the order. Kenny installed the door during July as scheduled. He was very professional and within a few hours had the old door removed and the new one installed. We can't say enough about the quality of the installation. Unfortunately we discovered a scratch on the interior of one of the glass panes. Ron contacted the milliken representative, Bill Johnson, who then contacted us and arranged a time to see the door. The next day he was at our house, agreed that the scratch was indeed a manufacturing problem, ordered a new pane and personally installed it a few weeks later. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Richardson Exteriors and have asked Ron to stop by and give us options and a quote for replacement shutters for the front of our house. Would we recommend Richardson Exteriors: Yes, without hesitation. |
