Oustanding! I would give him an A+! His personnel cleaned up after themselves and just did an outstanding job. I was very, very pleased with everything they did, how they took care of the property and how diligent they worked. They came on time as promised and I would highly recommend them.

Ron was extremely helpful - was able to give us a very reasonable quote before he left the premises. The work was completed well before the expected finishing date and very professionally done.

I had multiple areas of siding that needed replacement. Ron came quickly and provided a good estimate. The wait time was a bit lengthy but understandable due to the heavy workload in the region for such repairs (I had waited 11 months previously for another vendor just to stop by for an estimate!!). Rodney did excellent work replacing siding, touching up around windows, etc. I would definitely use them again, I've already recommended Richardson Exteriors to friends and will continue to do so.

The work was done on the day promised, done quickly, at a good price, and done well. I would recommend Richardson without hesitation.

Very satisfied with Ron and the work his crew did on my house. Of the three other estimates I got, only one was close. Ron knows his stuff; I just got the feeling from my initial meeting with him that he'd do the job right, and he did. He never tried to upsell me on anything; just told me what my options were. Ron always quickly returned my calls and texts and answered any questions I had. He or his crew came back out several times to make sure everything was finished properly and to my liking; he even had them replace a piece of siding that was damaged a few days after the work was completed. I'd definitely recommend. The final results are outstanding.

I had contacted Ron after seeing his work on a neighbor's home. He was prompt in coming and giving me an estimate. The work was completed within a week. The gutters look terrific, and the work was one quickly. I would recommend and also use Richardson Exteriors again.

It went really well . They were so easy to work with and so knowledgeable of the product and what need to be done. they did not tire to up sale on something that I did not need . The product got there they were there the next day to put on. It was all done and they cleaned up the mess. It was the easiness home repair I have ever done. I would so use them again on my next home repair.

I used Richardson Exteriors when I sided my house & replaced the gutters. I was so pleased with the result that I had them come back to do work on my garage. I wrote a lengthy (favorable) review at that time. Ron was professional and quick to respond to this work. His crew arrived early and worked all day...each day of this project. Great. They team showed up ahead of schedule to replace the gutters. The cost was in-line with others that provide the service. Ron gave us an estimate and a few ideas to visually make the gutters look better on the house and we he suggested we make our gutters larger due to some issues we were having with water backing up. We are happy with the recommendations and customers service. We would hire them again in a minute!

Ron quickly came and gave me an estimate when I contacted him and I was impressed right from the start. He was able to get the work all done very quickly and I think he and his team did an excellent job. No mess, no stress!!! We recently had a front entry door installed by Richardson Exteriors and we are very happy with the product, process, and results. We live in an older house in Upper Arlington that desperately needed new door. The representative from Richardson Exteriors was very helpful in assisting us with making the right choice for our needs and our budget. We ultimately chose a door by ProVia and we are very pleased with the quality of the door and the process of installation. The installation was quick and efficient and they also provided a carpenter to make sure the surrounding trim and wood work around the door was removed and properly reinstalled to its original condition. The door is well sealed, feels solid, and looks beautiful. The entry door that was replaced has a northern exposure and recently on one of our blustery, freezing Ohio nights with the wind blasting the front of our house we were unable to feel any appreciable draft around the door. The team at Richardson Exteriors has exceeded our expectations for completing this installation project and the products available from which to choose allowed us to make the right decision for our budget and remodeling goals. I feel confident in the final result to consider using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Richardson Exteriors did an excellent job residing our home, replacing our gutters, and replacing our garage door. Ron helped us every step of the way and provided us a very fair price compared to quotes we received from other contractors. His team was always professional and accommodating.

I cannot say enough good things about Ron Richardson and Richardson Exteriors. I emailed him on a Saturday afternoon, after getting a ridiculously high estimate from another company, and I received an email back from him within minutes. Ron came out when he said he would and we knew right away that we wanted to go with his company. Ron was honest, reliable and trustworthy. He returns phone calls/texts/emails in a very timely manner and is very knowledgeable about home improvement! The team that came out to do the work did a FANTASTIC job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were kind and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They started work at 8:00am on a Saturday morning and worked until dark! They returned Monday morning at 8:00am, again working until dark and then finished the job on Tuesday morning by 11:00am. My house was completely transformed in 4 days! I am TRULY in love with the finished product. I am SO glad that we went with Richardson Exteriors. If you are considering any sort of Home Improvement, I strongly recommend using Richardson Exteriors!

First round to replace one bedroom and one bathroom window failed because the bathroom window that came was not the correct size. It had been measured correctly during ordering but the supplier sent the wrong size and this wasn't checked prior to the workman coming out to my home. The bedroom window was fine and the work was done well. In the second round that window was smoothly replaced. Chad - the finishing painter - did any excellent job, very professional and careful to not make any messes.

Ron was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the products on the market. We would definitely use them again.

Richardson Exteriors was recommended by a friend and my experience was excellent. Ron was easy to work with, provided good suggestions and very helpful. Kevin and the install team were friendly, courteous and worked hard to insure a perfect fit. I believe the install is just as important or more important than the quality of the window. The installers were on time, protected the inside of my house and completely cleaned up inside and out. The windows look great and enhance the look and value of my home.

After a storm, we learned that we needed to replace our roof. Of course this is always inconvenient, but someone recommended Richardson Exteriors to us, so we decided to call them and are extremely happy that we did. Richardson Exteriors was extremely prompt in their response, coming out to our house and providing an estimate the next day. We immediately decided to work with them, and despite the winter season coming, they checked the forecast and saw that there were three workable days to get the job done, and promised it would be done before the winter. Not only did they get the work done in a timely manner, the quality is extraordinary and they made the entire process incredibly easy, including sending all of the necessary documentation over to our insurance. Our roof and sklyights look fantastic, and I would absolutely hire Richardson Exteriors again, and recommend them to anyone who has any roofing needs.

Very smooth experience from initial contact through installation. Products installed were excellent quality. Beautiful! Exceeded my expectations.

In the end, I feel I got a good product for the best price. It was just complicated and took longer than expected. I'll spare you all the details, but getting their subcontractors coordinated turned what was estimated to be a 30 day completion time into 80 days... Windows came after 40 days but the other finishing work was delayed. Ron and Kirk were very responsive and answered all my questions. Kirk promised that they would make sure everything was taken care of and ultimately he did.

He couldn't commit to a time, but we mentioned that our house was going up for sale in a month and pleaded with him to try. He got it done on time, the workers that he came out worked hard, cleaned up, and the result was great. It looked great AND, special bonus in my world, it doesn't leak.

They were very customer service oriented. They went out of their way to make sure they understood what I wanted and that I was happy with what they did. They went the extra mile in a couple areas for me and they never over-charged me. They were just the best and i couldn't be happier.

Had a few hiccups, but Ron always responded quickly and the job was done right. The final product is amazing. We are very happy.

Very professional and clean, my house looks beautiful and appears as though it will stand the test of time. They worked around my schedule and ensured that I was happy every step of the way. Went over and beyond my expectations!

Gutters up in one day with leaf guard up another day. No problems at all, looks great! Soffits and facia with James Hardy. Looks like another house. Only problem was that James Hardy was on back order, which caused delays. This was not Richardson Exterior's problem. Ron was very responsive, answered all questions, came to site multiple times to review progress. We are very happy with the results
