My initial review was not good. The crew that came in did a horrible job, and I gave a bad review. Since then, the owner contacted me and explained the delay in contacting me after the review. Due to some very unforeseen circumstances, he could not deal with this earlier ( work was done in July). He wanted to make things right, and sent his guy Tony to come in to fix things. There was more to do than expected, so Tony came back 3 times to get it right. He did a great job. Ryan (the owner) made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction, and is paying for some damage that was done by the original crew. This is a case of a person living up to his promises, and making things right. Ryan’s integrity is commendable and appreciated.

Ryan and Derrick did a fantastic job! Very professional. Responded quickly to my quote request with very competitive pricing. Out of 5 companies, I was sold on their responsiveness and knowledge. Provided a detailed list of work to be performed. followed up daily with quality inspections. Even had his crew correct areas I felt was okay. Just goes to show his level of quality and service expectations for his customers. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future painting projects.

Contracted Rhino Painting to paint the exterior of our home. It included stucco, siding and entire trim of the house. Quality material used. The project went well.

We reached out to Rhino after reading their excellent reviews. Ryan and his team returned my initial call promptly and came out the next day to talk about the job and provide a detailed, written estimate. The estimate was lower than the other bid we had received and I was extremely impressed with Ryan's professionalism. Our house is a funky multi level mid century modern home with a LOT of windows. That meant a tremendous amount of prep and care had to be taken. Despite a lot of rainy days, Ryan's team worked diligently to get the job done right in the shortest amount of time possible. When we sprang a leak in our kitchen (which turned out to be unrelated to their work) right before we headed off on vacation, Ryan graciously had his carpenter out to fix the problem without even adding it to our bill. Our experience with Rhino Painting was the smoothest and best of virtually any contractor we have used in the past and we highly recommend. The painting looks great and Ryan made sure that we reviewed the entire home exterior together to identify anything that needed to be touched up before the job was closed out.

Ryan is professional, outgoing and truly puts his customers first. His quote was very thorough. He worked hard to accommodate our needs and got the job done in the time he allotted. His teams paint quality was exceptional and so was the patch work they did to prep the walls. Ryan came out and walked the job every day and did a mini punch list, each day, as it progressed. He saw little things I never would have seen and fixed them on the spot. Ryan listened to our concerns and addressed them. I am extremely happy with the job and it is because of the professionalism of him and his team. I also want to note that his foreman was very professional and communicated with us on the progress. I will use them again and highly recommended them to everyone I know.

I hired the team at Rhino painting to paint the interior of my house. I was anxious about this but they put we right at ease. They had 2 guys and 1 woman paint my house and they did an excellent job., Derrick the manager came every day to check how things were going and was very accommodating to my requests and needs. I couldn't be more happy with their work. I give them an A+ rating

Ryan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process and their customer service is absolutely top notch. They came out to see the space, sent me a quote the next day and were able to schedule the following week. The painting was done quickly and looks fantastic. I'll be hiring them again soon to do some additional painting in bedrooms and bathroom. I highly recommend Rhino Painting!

The entire process from quote to completing the project was exceptional. The crew was professional and checked frequently during the project for feedback of their progress. The crew was very accommodating to suggestions. Both Ryan and Derrick checked in frequently as well.

Rhino painting was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Derrick and Ryan were professional and easy to deal with. Work was done ahead of schedule and completed in less than 2 days. Ryan did the final walkthrough and addressed of my concerns. Price was fair and they cleaned up as promised.

Overall, project went well. My husband was not happy with the power washing the first time they came, but Ryan sent his crew back out the next day to soak and rewash our house. Very accommodating with our request. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes and they did quality work!

Ryan and his team are very professional. Out of the 5 quotes we received, they were the most reasonable. The entire house was pressure washed. All the wood trim, gutters and downspouts got painted. The house looks new, very happy with the service. The yard was not torn up, there wasn't paint dripped where it shouldn't and no trash was left for me to pickup. The team was quick and efficient. Would definitely hire again.

I had Ryan and his crew paint our entire house three years ago and called him back to do some touch ups that we caused (entry ways etc.). Ryan came out and gave his advice on how to best approach the areas of concern. He is responsive, fast, and accommodating. His crew came out and did more than I asked for, an excellent job. Excellent. Painters power washed prior to painting and did an excellent job and cleaned up after. They showed up on time to paint, painstakingly covered our newly installed patio to protect it. After caulking, they applied two coats of high quality paint.

Rhino was one of three companies I met with to give an estimate for the painting. Ryan listened to my concerns with the last paint job I had and worked with me to get a good level of comfort for what he would do for me. His estimate was the lowest, but that was not the driving factor for choosing Rhino. I felt comfortable with Ryan, and he communicated often and was patient with me with my many questions. He even offered to power wash my patio, which I appreciated, and took him up on that. The painting went well too. Ryan's crew did a good job power washing to prep the house, and matched the paint colors (house and trim) almost perfectly. After the first coat went on, I had some concerns with some spots that were bubbling and wood that looked like at least one more coat was needed. He relayed my concerns to his crew, and the second coat looked much better. There were still some spots that I felt needed attention, and he very willingly worked with me and got everything looking great. His crew also did a good job cleaning up, and I am very happy with the work that was done. Additionally, due to a minor miscommunication, Ryan gave me an additional discount, which I appreciated very much. I also appreciated his patience with me to address the trouble spots, but I think the house is in much better shape and the house will look good for a good long while.
