I called Justin a couple of weeks ago when we discovered mouse droppings in our overhead vents in both bathrooms. Justin came out right away. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He was very thorough in checking both bathroom vents and both attic spaces on each side of the house. He treated both attics for the mice that were already there and also placed 4 shoe size boxes on each side of the house to prevent any new mice from coming in. His fee was very reasonable and he came back out 2 weeks later at no extra charge to inspect everything again to make sure there were no more mice. He fixed our mice issue! We have not had any mice since. I would highly recommend Justin, who is also the owner of the company. He is instantly likeable and trustworthy and a dog lover (as my dog followed him all around the house!).

It took two trips to eliminate the nest but Justin did a great job in eliminating the threat. Justin put on his bee suit to avoid their bites, sprayed dust in the hole they had created in my house and on the second trip plugged the hole with steel wool. He did not pressure me to sign-up for an annual plan like other firms.

Very professional, knowledgable and thorough. Performed a complete treatment on both levels. Said it would take two weeks to completely eradicate the ants and it was almost to the day when we stopped noticing ants. Have on a regular schedule now and have the trust each treatment will be as thorough as the first.

Justin did a great job on our first visit, We had major issues with Stinging insects. We did require a retreat due to the high number of nests, but it's been great ever since.
