+ 4 moreTHE WORK WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. WE HAVE HIRED THEM TO DO OTHER WORK.
Description of Work: THE STUCCO WAS PULLING AWAY FROM HOUSE. UPON INSPECTION FOUND TERMITE DAMAGE, THOUGHT WOULD ONLY NEED TO REPLACE LOWER HALF OF TWO STORY HOUSE. AS WORKED PROGRESSED FOUND DAMAGE ALL THE WAY TO TOP OF HOUSE. THE WALL WAS REEMOVED, REPAIRS MADE, NEW FRAMING AND STUCCO APPLIED. THE BASEMENT FOUNDATION WALLS HAD CRACKS, BUT NOTHING AN EMERCENCY BUT WAS SUGGESTED THAT SINCE CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING ON HAVE THE WALL REINFORCED, THAT WAS DONE. INTERIOR DRYWALL, PORTION OF FLOORING REPLACED 1ST AND 2ND FLOORS. ALL PAINTED. THE HOUSE IS 2500 SQ. FT. BILT IN 1976.
