Have been a loyal customer since we purchased our home in 2002. The company has always been good about special needs such as scheduling bulk pickups, etc. Recently, our weekly trash pickup has been missed three times in the last two months. For prior misses, they would schedule a make-up trash pickup and always arrived, but this time they also missed my makeup date. Three attempts to call and two service request submissions on the website and no one will contact me to find out what's up. The customer service staff are kind, but tell me someone from operations will need to talk to me. We live in a neighborhood where there are several choices for garbage collection. Many in my neighborhood have switched to another provider, and I'm seriously wondering if the drivers are hoping we'll switch also because I think I'm the last on my street. The quarterly price above might also tell the story, as I'm learning now that the competing providers are lower. My reward for loyalty. But there are kinder ways to tell me if you no longer prefer to service this neighborhood. All I want is last week's trash picked up. I'm ready to put a sign on my can in the driveway telling the story in case anyone else hasn't switched yet.

I started using their service probably two or three years ago. The cost of their service is about $35 every three months. I think the price is good. They are fine. I do not know what time they are supposed to come, but they do every week.

The garbage disposal service is bundled in with our water and sewer service, so I am not sure how it is broken down. Every three months we pay about a $140 to $150 for all three of those services. I don’t have much experience with them. I don’t really know when they come I guess. They are good. I have no issues.

I think this is truly one of the best companies around, at least on my road it qualifies for one of the best. I've always been told there are two guys in each truck but I've never, ever seen more then one and that one man works his behind off from what I can see. Driving, getting out, emptying, trying to navigate traffic, and he always manages to get the dumpster back in the yard and not sitting half way into the street like I see elsewhere. He handles extra bags and other items with ease and always leaves everything picked up and neat. I truly admire his work ethic.

Again, just everything done right. Never a worry on our part. The only question I have is how to tip this SP, as I don't see him in time to reach him and I'm not comfortable sending money to the company in the hopes he will receive it. I've never had anything but good interactions with Republic's offices but I never want to hope and not know that a tip is received.

Even though they are not the company that we use for waste removal at the retail location, they agreed to come out and fix it, even though this is not something that they normally do. They made an exception because we pay them monthly at our residence to remove trash.

Have used this company for years and have been very pleased. We have never had a problem.
