Marc was great and went above and beyond the typical realtor service! He was very professional and thorough. The pictures he created of our home turned out great. He also created flyers, which were very effective. Marc was always available if we had any questions or feedback. He sold our home very quickly in a non-ideal time of the year. We also used him to purchase the home and he did an exceptional job with that as well.

Tristam was our contact when looking to relocate to the Columbus area last fall. She helped us find a rental home to start with in a market that is desperately short of rental homes. Her knowledge of the local schools, area, recreation facilities etc was invaluable to our family of four and we could never have successfully transitioned as we did without her. We furthered our relationship with Tristam as she was our representative when entering into a bulding contract for our new home. She was a relentless negotiator on our bealf and was a fresh voice of untainted reason helping us decide what choices would benefit us, not the builder. We just closed on the house two weeks ago and gave Tristam a hearfelt hug for all of the help she has given, going above and beyond with details no other agent would involve themselves in. We trusted her so much we referred her to our parents who are relocating to this area from California and she has helped them to walk through the building process for their new home that will be ready this summer. There really is no issue too small that she won't help or too big that she won't tackle. You would be foolish to decide on anyone else without meeting with Tristam first! We will never use anyone else!
