They were really good personality wise. They seemed to be very thorough. The estimate was a little high. They did a good job and I would recommend them.

He came out and gave some ideas and did a fine job.

We were interested when Angie's list ran a deal from Reliance for the remodel of a kitchen of 10 square feet for $10,000. As ours is a bit larger than this size, we contacted Reliance directly to discuss our options. Reliance offered us the coupon price for the first 10 square feet of space with additional charges for materials and labor to complete the remainder. We also requested several upgrades which also added to the cost. Reliance also allowed us to trade off some items from the coupon specifications which we did not want for other items. While the job started in early September and concluded in late November, an elapsed time of approximately 2 1/2 months, the construction crew was on site for approximatrely 2 1/2 weeks. Much of the additional time was due to the ordering of materials to satisfy our upgrade requests. While on site, the crew always arrived promtly and cleaned up before leaving. All team members were courteous. All were very focused on completing assigned tasks, taking very short lunch breaks. We absoulutely love the finished product and highly recommend Reliance to others!

The framing and electrical repairs were not planned for, but not a shock to me as I had anticipated that there would turn out to be extra costs. This home has had many owners over the years, a couple of whom were some not so very talented do-it-yourselfers as it turns out. The past twenty years in this house have included much undoing of bad home "improvements." Ben and his workers started the job a couple of days earlier than was scheduled which was a nice surprise. The job was completed within the two weeks that he told me it would take. Ben was courteous and responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. He had three other employees who helped with the work who were also polite and friendly. I was thrilled with how the bathroom turned out! The quality of the work is very good. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the experience of working with Reliance Remodeling and the final product. However, I am a neat, detail oriented person and did notice some small things that bothered me a little. I mention them so that other like-minded people thinking about using this company might be aware and point out these issues if they hire the company. The workers used my garage for a lot of the work, including drywall and painting preparation. I have a fairly new concrete driveway and noticed several paint spots on it and on the garage floor. I also noted some paint had dripped on a chair in my kitchen and on my back porch. The good news is that I have been able to remove all of these spots. I didn't notice them until several weeks after the work was done and didn't feel the need to call Ben about them.

It went fine. I got the design, consultation, and renderings. Between the time that I purchased the Big Deal and the time that the work was performed, our plans changed and we no longer want to remodel. However, I will keep the drawings in case our plans change.

Ben,his brother Bruce and 2 other workers put extra effort into the job to insure that we were happy with the project. We were able to take advantage of a promotional coupon that was offered by the company which enable us to add additional cabients and counter-tops which did add nicely to the kitchen. Ben also installed a new dishwasher and over the stove micro-wave. So, our dream kitchen became a reality with new cabinets, and new soffitts, counter-tops and new laminated flooring with new sinks and faucets with Ben and co-workers making it happen. We are very pleased with this project and intend to use this company again along with recommendations for them.

As it turns out, the city of Dublin would probably not approve of the project in mind (kids' playhouse with attached shed), so we were forced to abandon the project. Reliance was very understanding of the situation and offered no resistance in reimbursing me for the deal. They were very easy to work with over the phone, though no actual work was performed.

My husband and I were both impressed with the comfort level we felt working with both Ben and his brother. One or both of them were on site daily.

Ben and his crew were on time every day. They were very professional. No job goes according to plan and they handled the little glitches by coming up with alternatives. They did a great job and I'd have them back again.

They were on time for their appointment, did a thourough walk-thru with us and then responded within 24 hours with a quote. We were put on their schedule within a few days of the original appointment. They completed the work on time and on budget; and they were great to work with.

Ben, Bruce and the team from Reliance Remodeling did a fantastic job, transforming my kitchen, half bathroom and adding a beautiful hardwood floor throughout much of the main floor. Though I didn?t make any layout changes or knock down any walls, the kitchen has an entirely new, fresh, updated look that includes granite counter tops, spacious cabinets that extend to the ceiling, and a much better central lighting scheme that opens up a previously dark kitchen. I was able to use my existing appliances and wood trim to keep costs down. In the half bath, I also kept some of the fixtures (towel bars, lighting) - and still have a completely new space. Ben and Bruce are very easy to work with, flexible, patient and particularly accommodating to a family that is also living in the house during the remodeling process. They do great work in record time, and do everything possible to make customers happy. I enjoyed working with the whole team and I am grateful to have found such talented, trustworthy contractors. I couldn?t be happier with the whole experience and I adore the updated look of my home. The kitchen is a much brighter, better place to be. I highly recommend Reliance Remodeling to anyone thinking of updating a home.

They were very professional about the whole thing. We knew we weren't ready for a new bathroom yet, but we wanted someone to assess the feasabilty of turning an office into a masterbath, and that's what they did. I had hoped for a schematic diagram of what they thought we could do with the space, but they just provided a computer mock-up of what the room might look like.

Beautifully. Ben worked with me on the layout of the kitchen when it was apparent that the "design" group from Ikea had not only mis-measured the kitchen, but also not drawn the design to scale. Ben corrected those issue's, worked with the existing kitchen to bring the 1950's kitchen up to code and add insulation. He and his associates were on time every day, working steadily through the day to keep on schedule and to finish. When the kitchen was completed, we did an inspection together and I was completely happy.

The Background....We read the email from Reliance Remodeling LLP. We were not in the position at the time of the email to go forward with a remodel but we saved the email. Months later when discussing the remodel again we looked up the old email and began reading the reviews on Angie's List for Reliance Remodeling LLP and also visited their website. Our first call was to Reliance Remodeling LLP. Ben who is one of the owner/operators met with us in our home to discuss the project. Ben listened to our ideas and offered additional ideas that we had not considered and quite frankly did not think were even possible for the space we had to work with. Ben asked if we wanted to buy the materials and we felt more comfortable letting Ben make the selections. Soon after the initial meeting we received a detailed cost estimate for all labor and materials. While there are many amazing parts to this project, the first was that we NEVER considered any other company after meeting Ben. We knew that he personally came across as knowledgable, honest, trustworthy and professional to name a few of his attributes. We scheduled the project with him and patiently waited with excitement for the project to begin. The Project....The next amazing thing to happen was that we met Ben's brother Bruce who is also an owner/operator of the company. Altough they are not twins, and we are unsure who is the oldest brother, they are clones. The project took two weeks and Ben and Bruce arrived every day and completed ALL of the work themselves. No subcontractors, just the two most amazing and multi talented people that we have ever met. We were here for the entire two weeks watching the project from start to finish. The end result exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful, nothing that we ever dreamed was even possible. Ben and Bruce have a gift and we are thrilled to be the recipients of their gift. The Future.... We scheduled our second floor upstairs bath remodel for the first week in December. Now once again we are patiently waiting with excitement for the next project to begin. Ben met with me to discuss the scope of work and provided guidance on my options. We wrote up the job specifications and scheduled a date. His crew was prompt and professional in both their manner and work. This is an older property and there were a couple of surprises which they worked through. All debris was cleared from the job site and I was provided a walk through of what had been accomplished. I am pleased with the results.

They did everything they said they would. We founds some exterior rot and they had to replace that wood. I decided to add the flooring and to change the load baring wall and they were fine with these changes.

They came out and I told them exactly what I envisioned for my bathroom. The problem was, their design program on their computer did not have the capability to show what I wanted. I had seen a bathroom on HGTV with the exact things I wanted and told him which show it was and what features I wanted. I wanted copper sheets on the back of the walk-in shower. I wanted a current built-in cupboard and empty wall space at the end of the tub taken out to allow more room for the walk-in shower and a glass block wall built so there would be no need for a shower curtain. I wanted a one-piece copper pan at the bottom of the shower, dark cabinets behind the door where the current built-ins are now, and the current sink and cupboard changed to a concrete topped (that looks like wood) cabinet with a vessel sink of either copper or a ceramic glazed cast iron that wouldn't shatter if something happens to fall in it. The cabinets could be made of reclaimed barn wood or it could be used as a wainscoating, whichever he thought might look better in there. Also, the door to the bedroom is a slider and I wanted that to be changed to a barn door sliding mechanism and the door made of reclaimed barn wood, possibly with a frosted glass center. When I got the plans, it was shown with white subway tile on the walls, ceramic flooring, a black wood sink cabinet and undermounted sink with a light granite countertop. A walk-in shower with glass block wall, white walls, black cabinet behind the door - basically very generic. He apologized that his program wouldn't show what I wanted in the copper, etc., but here was the layout he envisioned, I'd just have to envision it with my extras. I guess for the $75 I had expected a little more in a creative printout. All I got so far was the "creative design" that this big deal offered.

See above. Also need additional options for this survey since many questions don't apply when actual work hasn't been completed. However, since you sent 3 requests to complete the survey, I felt obliged to answer, even though no work has been done and the situation is unresolved. For example, "Would you use this contractor in the future" - should be an option for "Uncertain" since it depends on how this is resolved. Also the required Date of Service - I just used today's date since there hasn't been a date of service yet. The overall Rating buttons won't allow the use of "N/A" so I had to select an F. Then I received a message that my overall rating was higher than the other grades I selected (all were "N/A") and I should change and resubmit. An F is higher and NA? Since I wanted to use the N/A for an Overall rating but couldn't, please consider that my rating and check it for me in your system.

The experience was good . I chose not to do the project because I did not want to change the wall.

Ben and company pay attention to detail and don't cut corners. They are also very friendly and don't get annoyed when asked many questions. They performed additional work, upon request, for a reasonable charge. They took 5 days to complete the job, which was for a large space (separate shower and bath) and seemed very reasonable. We are pleased with the quality of the work and would use them again.

I can not say enough great things about this company. I could not ask for a better contractor. Ben is fantastic. He is super-responsive and very communicative (and in any manner -in person, phone, text, emails), which really worked for me. Ben is also extremely patient and I had lots of questions and needed lots of reassurance on selection, process, materials, etc. Ben came out for our initial meeting and he really listened to me and what I was considering and it was wonderful to have his professional opinion (he kept me from making some choices that I now know would have just added expense and not provided the function or esthetic I was seeking). He has a wonderful design eye and really understands what works together and the finished room is amazing. I really liked the different style choices he provided and once I selected "a style" he knew exactly where to go with it (from the marble to the tile to the fixtures, even to the towel bars). Ben really cared that I was happy with everything and was great suggesting different choices. Once the materials were chosen the work began and I could not have been happier. Ben and his brother, Bruce, arrived with their crew on the first day and the entire experience has been remarkable. I would come home from work everyday and couldn't believe the amount of work that had happened. Bruce and his employees are wonderful. Everyone is so nice and so professional -the work site was spotless and the work performed is impeccable. I really enjoyed the experience which is the opposite of what I expected. You can completely trust this company in your home. I laughed when I read the question asking if I would use this company again - I'm going to HAVE TO (the bathroom looks so great, it makes the rest of my house look bad). I highly recommend you call Ben and Bruce if you're considering any type of remodleing or construction. You will not be disappointed. They make the process easy, the work is fantastic, and the result is better than you expected.

Call Ben and he came right out to see what I needed to have done. The next week they came out and did all the work. They did everything I ask and wanted . They were on time, cleaned up after them self, were very nice to talk to and did a great job! I would use them again and would recommend to others.

Except for a small delay in arriving on the first day (which Ben did call me and let me know about), they were always on time, worked non-stop and tirelessly except for a short lunch break each day. They also patched a place on my kitchen ceiling where there had been a previous small leak from the bathtub which also worsened when they were working on hooking up the new plumbing. They kept things as clean as possible.
